1. A pretty good verson of their greatest hits especially thier first song, and a good compilation of thier first 45s a even better picture from the first album cover, poor Dave imagine trying to record an album with 3 chipmunks with minds of their own, its enough for anyone to just love them all over agian once you have heard this cd , which proves once again once a Chipmunk allways a chipmunk after all i have listened to them since i was 3 and i am now 40 years old-Mark



2. This CD contains many great Chipmunks hits which I love, but pales in repect to the other Chipmunk's Greatest Hits album, Still Squeaky After All These Years, which has a better seletion incluing many on this CD, and an interview with Ross Bagdasarian Jr. The main reason to buy this one is to get their covers of Beatles songs that are not on the newer one. Enjoyable overall.

1. Over 18 years ago I bought this CD for my niece who fell in love with it. It is great bedtime music. I had my daughter 7 years ago and thought I would listen to Olivia's music while she was in my womb so that she could be comforted by it later. My daughter still listens to it every night and had to make backup copies so we could have it whereever we went (camping, traveling, sleepover at Aunt's house). So now I have another niece who was just born and am getting her the CD as well. I hope that it will be as special to her as it has been to her cousins through the years. It's a must buy



2. I have twin girls, now almost 12. Catherine Grace and Olivia Joy listened to this CD every night for the first year of their life--and have seen many, many of Liv's concerts. They own two of Liv's earrings (Olivia herself has one set; we have the other sets). Nothing like getting a cell call from her secretary or an honor or letters or a call during church choir. Hooray!



3. I've been waiting for a long time to hear Olivia sing some classic standards and she does it with such grace and artistry. Her rendition of YOU'LL NEVER WALK ALONE is one of the best I've ever heard. Heartfelt and sincere. WHEN YOU WISH UPON A STAR has never sounded better. This is a gorgeous CD with lush arrangements and Olivia has never sounded better.



4. With her flawless, crystal clear voice full of emotion Olivia delivers one of her most beautiful, though under-rated, projects of her stellar career. Stunningly arranged, orchestrated, and sung this album presents timeless standards such as The Way You Look Tonight, Twelfth of Never, and an exquisite version of Over the Rainbow. Though intended to be a "lullaby" album, which it completely succeeds at being, one wishes Olivia would have dropped such songs as the child friendly Twinkle Twinkle Little Star for more pop classics. Other stand-out selections are You'll Never Walk Alone, Jenny Rebecca, When You Wish Upon a Star, and the adult contemporary Reach Out For Me. Olivia closes the set with just a tease of the Brahms Lullaby which will make you take a deep breath, close your eyes and wish for more, more, more...a lovely, stunning collection of songs sung by a truly great singer.



5. I've loved Olivia's voice since grade school. She shines on this album. Singing many children's favorites and old standards, her voice is smooth, silky, and soothing throughout. This is a perfect nocturnal selection, and it's a superb and thoughtful choice for any mother-to-be or new mother.

1. You can only listen to Jingle Bells and O Holy Night so many times. This is a fantastic CD. All my kids love this CD and so do I! We had this CD and somehow lost it, so this is my second purchase! It's got a folksy tune that is unconventional for a Christmas CD.



2. I bought this CD so that my children could hear "The Marvelous Toy", but they LOVE the whole tape, especially "Gonna get a Christmas Tree" and How many cookies can Santa Claus eat?" Tom Paxton has the perfect voice for Children's music. but I love listening to him sing too. He's not too country and not too pop--He just gets out of the way and lets the music go sraight to your heart. We love this music, and you will too.

1. my kids and i have always loved this cd. we have all of the radio disney cds in our collection. but this is our favorite. we just the think the songs are so much fun for the kids as well as the adults. it brings back a lot of memories. so when our original cd got scratched, we were all disappointed. because you can't find this cd in the stores any more. but thanks to amamzon.com we were able to replace it at a reasonable price. now we are all happy again.



2. I love the music on this CD because it takes popular music and makes it suitable for children... a very fun and festive selection of songs! Kids love it too!



3. The track listing on here is fairly good, with Steve Vai, James Brown, and many other popular performers (hopefully after hearing these musicians, my nieces will begin to find less worthy children's "music" such as Kidz Bop as musically tedious and unsatisfying as the rest of my family does, and I admit that, even as a 27 year old woman I have recently found myself tuning into Radio Disney (to become familiar with and "hip to" what my nieces like and listen and actually enjoying much of what I hear. Much of what is on this CD and channel appeals to adults and children alike, making them so much better than so much other "family" music. I recommend this to anyone who has kids in their lives, as this music remains totally appropriate, but is not watered-down "kiddie" music that talks down musically to your kids.



4. I work in a before and after school progream and we own all the the Radio Disney Cd's. My 1st - 5th graders love it. They know the songs from radio and the disney channel, and I don't have to worry about inappropriate lyrics.



5. in my opinion this is the best cd radio disney put out. there are a few songs that i could do without but the majority of them are great. the kids love it and the parents enjoy it also. nice up beat songs that will get you and the kids moving! ENJOY!

1. I love this cd. I pull it out around christmas time every year and I enjoy singing along to the old time chrsitmas classics, as well with annoying my family with it. One of my favorite songs is "The Little Drummer Boy" which features Alvin on the drums. there are garuntee laughs and a whole lot of fun with this c.d.!



2. This is the second copy of this cd I bought, My other one was played so much that it got scratched. I wish they had a video to go with it. I love the track with Alvin being a mennance. on the little drummer boy. I tried to order it again 2 years ago and it was out of print. so I was really excited when they re-released it. It is enjoyable for adults and children.



3. This would have made for a wonderful CD that kids and Adults could enjoy together, but some of the songs are realy stupid.. A comes before B, and the terrible verson of The little Drummer Boy really drag down the CD.

   Alvin sounds like a bratty kid who seems to think that if Santa doesn't get to him first, then he will not come at all. The little Drummer Boy shows Alvin being way out of control dring some concert. If these songs were ment to be funny, I must not have caught the joke...

   Liked... Here Comes Christmas, Petite Papa Noel, The Chipmunk Song, I don't want to be Alone for Christmas, and Rudolph The Red Nosed Raindeer... Other then the 2 stinkers on the CD.. It could have been better without the 2 songs mentioned...

Christmas , what a great season, and what great memories are rememebred whenever i play this cd of The Chipmunks, allthough i still wanna know just when is Alvin going to get that hula hoop, after all its been a long time, anyway along with all of these famous people singin along with them they do christmas music with style naturally ,as only Alvin and the CHipmunks can do it , its really a great cd especially because its from them to us- Mark Williams(still listenin after 37 years)

1. My class has enjoyed moving to the songs on this cd. Thank you for making it possible to replace this cd after I lost it.



2. I've had a home day care for ten years, teen ministry for ten years and been a mom for 19 years. I still play this cd in day care once a week! The kids absolutely love it, and I'm not sick of it. I think that says a lot. I've used it over the years at girl scout game days, toddler play dates, Young Life clubs, you name it. Other leaders have borrowed it, and I like it well enough that I still have it around after all these years.



3. I bought this for my 3-year-old who loves to do the hokey pokey and the chicken dance. I was really disappointed with the hokey pokey. It is VERY fast and hard to keep up with. I was looking for a CD with the songs you dance to at weddings. The other songs aren't catching for a 3-year-old. I did like the name game. It has a fun beat and my kids love dancing around the house to it.

1. I love this CD. I have 4 kids ranging from 2-10 and I catch them singing these songs a lot. There's a great mix of old hymns and songs my parents and grandparents probably sang. A few of them were new to me. I love connecting my kids to the past and having them sing songs from the generations before them. I also used one of the songs as background when I made a presentation for the nursery at my church. It was a big hit. I got another copy of this CD for the nursery to play for the kids at my church. An enjoyable CD for the whole family. We love it!



2. This is a cute compilation of gospel songs but after listening to it a few times I personally find it to be a little grating on the nerves. I want my son to recognize some of the older gospel hymns which is why I purchased this cd. I give the cd 4 stars because it does accomplish this goal along with having a cute format. However, the voices on the cd simply get on my nerves after awhile which is why I only gave it 4 stars.



3. I can't say enough great things about this CD. It is awesome......worth twice as much money. When "One Lord" plays I crank up the car radio and me and my 19 month old son ROCK the House!!!! We LOVE this CD. It's got something for everyone. Some of the songs are slow. Some rock!! Some are cute and some just crack me up everytime. A must have!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!



4. It's kind of sad but with all the new "modern" worship songs being sung in the Church, many of the classic hymns of faith are being forgotten. Well, thanks to a quirky movie by two very strange filmmaking brothers, the American church is "rediscovering" these hymns.

   O VEGGIE, WHERE ART THOU? takes it title from the movie with a similar name that had the best-selling, Grammy-winning soundtrack consisting mostly of old time Gospel songs and hymns. Taking its cue from that album, the songs on this album are classic hymns, but with a little Veggie twist. "I'll Fly Away" and "Amazing Grace" are both here, but my personal favorite is "Ezekiel Saw the Wheel".

   Great album for kids, for people who like older hymns, or for a Veggie Tale fan.




5. This is a fantastic CD! My 1.5 and 4.5 year olds both LOVE to listen to this one. I love it because it is a fun, entertaining way for them to learn all the "old time" hymns that I grew up on - my 1.5 year old is already trying to sing along and my 4.5 year old has already learned several of the songs in just the week we've had the CD. It is very well done, very engaging to the little ones, and I really enjoy the hymns myself. This one is a winner all the way around!!

1. I was concerned that the children's bible songs I grew up with would get lost in the shuffle. So when I found this CD I was ecstatic. I am totally satisfied.

3. Bought this for my neice and nephew and they can't get enough of it. They absolutely love it.



4. We got this CD for my daughter when she was about 6 months old. We really like it, but more importantly she really likes it. It's great to look in the rear view mirror and see her kicking her feet with the music.

   A couple of the songs are different from the versions I learned in Sunday School so many years ago, but overall this is a good collection. We are very pleased with it, as is our little girl.

2. My daughter and I love this cd. The songs are wonderful and everytime my daughter hears a song, she remembers the episode that it played on. Very good buy.



3. My wife checked this one out at the library. I expected something so-so, but immediately decided it was broadway quality material and singers. Highly recommend!



4. My daughter loves this album! Not only is it jam packed with wonderful kid friendly songs and beautiful images, it also has all the song lyrics printed on the sleeve so I can learn the songs and sing-a-long with my daughter. A must get!

3. Of course it's from Disney so it's most always likely gonna be great. This is a great selection of songs for anyone with the kid in us. I listen to it over and over.



4. I bought this CD out of curiosity a couple of years ago and have found a whole new avenue of music. This CD is jammed with songs that I never get tired of listening to. My kids, 13 and 6, both beg to hear it every time we get in the car. I recommend it for all ages, young and young-at-heart! Since this first purchase, I have bought other Disney CD's and have never been disappointed!



5. This CD has some of the most fun to dance to and listen to songs ever. My kids have been listening to it for 3 years now and still are not tired of it. My (picky) son (now 6) and daughter (now 5) will both dance to it. Actually, it's a whole family event.

   The night before my husband deployed to Bosnia, the whole family was depressed and down. Trying to liven things up so we wouldn't always remember the depressing last few moments with my husband, I put in this CD. Talk about brightening things up! We were all singing and dancing with everyone smiling. I still enjoy remembering that evening. It's all thanks to Radio Disney.

   This is without a doubt a "Disney Wholesome" CD with no explicit lyrics. This is definitely our family favorite. It could be yours too!
