- I really enjoyed this video. It's got racing and interview footage throughout Joey's 30 year career. A fair bit is from the last few years, but it's the early stuff that's magic.
Joey's funeral in Ballymoney is very touching, and I didn't realize just how hugely he was loved in his home Ireland. This is a good tribute to a real hero.
- In a golden age of motorcycling, it's a shame Hollywood continues to put out so much motorcycle garbage (Torque, Biker Boyz, etc) when the life of Joey Dunlop would make such a great movie, appealing to those who aren't motorcyclists or racing fans (Kudos to Ulster TV for producing this great documentary).
There is so much to enjoy on this DVD: the slow-motion ballet of a great road racer, beautiful scenery, soul-stirring music, the "scary fast" sound and speed of big bore sport bikes (and the smaller 2-strokes) on bumpy, twisty, hilly public roads that have been given over so that true roadracers can ply their craft. Don't be surprised if you find yourself cheering Joey on when the odds seem against him!
A truly reverent look at the life and accomplishments of an eminently likeable individual with a never say die attitude, who continued to confound opponents with his ability to win a young man's game at his age!
- Joey may not be the greatest motorcycle racer ever, but hes the greatest man to ever race a bike!!!!!
In America, road racing means racing around short circuits, but in Ireland and the isle of man, road racing means racing on roads at easily over 200mph and 1 lap is 37 miles long, need i go on!!!! great onboard lap with joey, some great footage from the early days, and also a very touching funeral!!!!!
just brilliant

- Want a movie that's a fun waste of time?Little or no plot?Plenty of explosions, shootings, and scantily clad women? Then "Radical Jack" is perfect for you.
Billy Ray stars as Radical Jack,a former CIA man out to avenge his family's deaths. He fights for truth, justice, and the American Way with his fists, his muscles, his guns--and his mullet. The plot is needlessly complicated with the CIA,arms deals, war veterans,etc-but it makes for good dumb fun early morning viewing.Yay!
- Nice little movie, starring Billy Ray Cyrus and DeDee Pfeiffer. Not much of a storyline, but fun to watch!

2 comments about Motorcycle and ATV Carburetor Tune-up DVD For Keihin Carburetors.
- This video is exactly what it claims to be; it shows how to rejet and tune a two stroke carb and a four stroke carb. Its big benefit is that it shows an actual person doing the work, so you know what to expect. Watching the video will not suddenly make you a competent mechanic, but if you know the theory and are just unsure of yourself, the video will increase your confidence that you are not going to tear anything up by disassembling your carb.
I am not sure that I can do anything now that I could not have done prior to buying the video. However, I will say that I now have the confidence to actually do a procedure I would not have actually done prior to seeing it done here. Prior to the video, I was not sure I wanted to take the carb apart myself, because I did not know what to expect. Now, I see that it is no big deal, so I will do it myself.
- This is a very well put together DVD. I know motorcycles pretty well, I've worked on many since I was a teen, and although I knew many of the things already, I also learned a few things from these videos. He goes step by step into what he is doing, and explains why. Plus the benefits are that you can always stop, and go back to anything you may have missed. I highly recommended these videos!!

- This DVD is insane! Street motorcycle stunting, fireworks, an OCC Parody, the craziest wreck I've ever seen (and the before and after to back it up!), Jackass/CKY style skits, Worlds Wildest Police Chases Parody, tons of bonus scenes and outtakes - definitely a must buy for anyone into street bikes, jackass type humor, or just good entertainment in general
(...)
- This video is pretty similar to other stunt documentaries out there, a few tricks in here that i havent seen on any other dvd..
Overall very entertaining........
- I met Ken Kelley , in Ocean City,MD, at the OC Car Show. He tried to influence me to buy the DVD. I eventually got it, and laughed really hard. The parodies on it are of there own brand of humor. You could compare, but thats stupid. Get it, and you'll see what I'm talking about. I actually remember them shooting this one scene, where they were in Ocean city, and picked up a stop sign and started walking across the street all while the car show was going on . I thought they were playing around when they were doing it,cause someone had a camcorder going. I had no idea it would end up on a DVD. There was a whole bunch of people laughing really hard at the show, cause the Ocean City police pulled up. If you are into Jackass, CKY, or Street bikes doing stunts, an pulling tricks then you will definitely laugh if you purchase this , and watch it. Its all them combined, with a bunch of original humor you will not find elsewhere.
- Without giving away too much there are a lot of wheelies and endos. Don't be fooled not many hot chicks. Director's commentary is f-ing hilarious! With a few exceptions it is a classic fun for the whole family.
- I'am not happy with the DVD. To much time was spent on recording non-sense. The DVD needs more motorcycle action, not someone who is trying to make it to the Big Screen.

1 comments about Motorcycle Gang.
- Me, my sister and my dad often have different taste in movies but when we caught this movie on cable we were all hooked by this action thriller.
In it a family on vacation are dragged off course and into a nightmarish reality by a gang of tougher then tough motorcyclist. If I remember right the daughter is abducted by the ring leader played by a charismatic blond dude with a wolfish grin and crazy eyes that make you think oh no here comes trouble! And trouble indeed happens as this innocent Any American family clash with the rough and tough desert land outsiders. Will the mom's Apple pie serve as a great weapon(via catapult)? Find out in this exciting movie that seems to give a nod to Greek Myth. It's not only fun but smart! I also suggest the movie Sneakers for an exciting movie to watch.

5 comments about American Chopper Season 4 - DVD Set (Part 2).
- What is actually on these releases? Are all the season 4 episodes on them? or are some missing as with previous seasons? Does anyone know? Would love to buy them but American Chopper is a bit all over the place when it comes to there DVD box set collections. Shame really I love this show and would like to have a decent complete box set of each season.
- This set includes 3 disks with 2 shows per disk, total of 6 episodes. The episodes are:
49. Caterpillar Bike 1 Original air date: 4/4/2005
50. Caterpillar Bike 2 Original air date: 4/11/2005
51. Gillette Bike 1 Original air date: 4/18/2005
52. Gillette Bike 2 Original air date: 4/25/2005
53. NAPA Drag Bike 1 Original air date: 6/6/2005
54. NAPA Drag Bike 2 Original air date: 6/13/2005
This is a bare bones set. NO special features, not even a disk menu to choose episodes on each disk. Discovery did much better with seasons 1-3, these new sets leave much to be desired, and at $5+ per episode, the price is steep. Come on Learning Channel/Discovery- you can do better than this!!!!!
- has no extra features like some of the other seasons I've gotten. Almost has a pirated feel to the quality, or lack of. You insert the disc and it just starts automatically into the episodes, no menu or anything. Feels like I should have paid some guy $5.00 from he's car trunk for it.
- Part 1 and Part 2 of seaon four do not appear to be professional done DVDS - it looks like somethimg that was burned on a computer . Scratches on the DVD - No menus. It states it was produced by an AMAZON company not Discovery Channel I love American Chopper but this set is not worth the 29.95 -
- The dvds are definitely manufactured by someone different than the first 3 seasons. The dvds are really bad in the fact that they are out of order on the disc (episode wise). I also had a disc arrive that did not even work. The best part is that the cheap producers did not use any anti-burning techniques, so you can burn / copy them all you want. Might save you some money if you don't want to pay the 30 bucks per set. I would ask around if I were you before buying.
On a good note, the show is still excellent and provides lots of entertainment. I love American Choppers. I just hope they choose a better company next time to release the dvds, just for their sake, because pirating is going to be an issue with seasons 4-5-6 (which I bought).

5 comments about Evel Knievel.
- I agree with the previous review. This is a very cool film of the early 70's, clearly designed to promote Evel and his planned jump of the Grand Canyon (he had to settle for the Snake River Canyon in Idaho instead.) But this is quite simply the worst DVD transfer I have ever seen. The video quality is terrible. For a few bucks you might consider snatching this up, but don't expect much quality wise. On the other hand, this is my favorite George Hamilton performance, although he doesn't really look like Evel, he really nails the performance. John Milius co-wrote the script early in his career.
- EVEL KNIEVEL was a favorite of mine when I was a kid. The idea of someone risking their life for my entertainment didn't bother me then. I was nine after all. Looking back, I think of Evel as an adrenaline freak with major issues, but still respect his right to jump over things. George Hamilton is perfect in the role of Bobby "Evel" Knievel. He captures his smirking attitude toward danger, bodily injury, and death. Hamilton hams it up in a way that only he could pull off, giving life to the legend and the man. We start off in Butte Montana (Knievel's hometown) where a young Evel watches as a car is sucked down into a sink hole. In flashbacks, we are treated to the story (well, small slices of it anyway) of Knievel's life, a tall tale almost as big as Paul Bunyan. I especially liked his obsession with and eventual kidnapping of his future wife (played by Sue Lyon). Hamilton gives us a portrait of a daredevil who knows his own destiny as an american superhero. This is Elvis on wheels, a showman who performs for us, knowing full well that he could splatter at any minute! This guy broke every bone in his body except his neck! The crashes are spectacular and disturbing. I found myself wondering at Knievel's nuttiness and disregard for safety, while marveling at what he actually did. The fact that he survived his many public suicide attempts is a miracle! Watch and enjoy...
- I saw this in a theater, for a "children's matinee"(the original version had some racey stuff in it,and it may have carried an R or at least cautious PG rating, but other versions were edited for the kiddie market), it only ever seemed to play 2nd run in smaller theaters(and 2nd billing at Drive Ins) between 1971 and '73. VERY typical of early 70's filmmaking when just about anyone could make an indie film and get it easily distrubuted to "theaters and drive-ins near you".
This low-end DVD sadly, maybe from the only copy available-on faded 16mm-it is on several other "public domain" labels("Public Domain" is when a film falls out of copyright because it's been edited different ways by different distributors and theaters and the original makers simply lose track of it, or disown it altogether). Still it is a product of it's time. They don't make'em like this anymore! A fun "road" movie from a more fun and carefree time.
- My purchase and delivery of the VHS movie " Evel Knievel " was easy and prompt . However , I disliked the product because the video reproduction was faint and grainy (poor). Also , the sound reproduction was very noisey, cracking and had blank spots (terrible) ! I've enjoyed similar products from indiviguals selling a "used" movie , more than this unopened
item ! My rating is up because the original film is very entertaining ! !
- While remembering Evel Knievel, (gone Six Months now), this was the first film
that was made of his life. George Hamilton in the Title Role (also known for
his portrayal of Hank Williams), captures the essence of this daredevil. Seeing this
in my early years, led to many Twisted Handlebars and bruises. My copy is from a
Rough Film Transfer, maybe there's a better one. Still worth it after all these years.

- I have the first choppahead video and this one is even better. A ton of different bikes and a lot of great people. All home built bikes by real people. A great video for anyone who loves real choppers, not the cookie cutter manufactured "choppers" that a lot of companies sell.
