1. Whenever I purchase a motorcycle, whether it be new or used, the next thing on my shopping list is always a service manual. I have purchased probably 10+ Clymer manuals and found them to be very well written with very good pictures and illustrations and easy to use. I do all my own work on my bikes and have done for 40+ years, but the manuals are easy to understand for an expert or novice mechanic.
   I did find one error in the manual on page 235 in table 2 which gives drive train and sprocket specs. The listing for the DRZ400SM model, which is what I have, in incorrectly listed as 15/44, when in fact it is 15/41. I did notify Clymer and they said they would correct it in the next printing. This was just a monor error and I still highly recommend their manuals.



2. It is exactly what I need to work on my bike and has enough detail to help me decode my VIN, routine maintenance, and complex jobs (like working on front forks/rear swingarm). Quick delivery.



3. This Clymer repair manual is - as always - very informative, with detailed photos and with extensive descriptions of all relevant procedures concerning maintenance and overhaul. Covering the whole bike, frame, engine and electrical system. Furthermore is a usefull troble-shooting chapter and easy-to-use index included.

1. This book is about how the four founders of Harley Davidson thought up the idea and created the company. It tells how the company started and changed over the past 100 years. It's great for kids who are interested in finding out how Harley-Davidson got started.



2. This is a great book for all ages! It has wonderful descriptions and interesting stories! Lots of fun!



3. Very informative with good pictures of both the people involved in building the Harley Davidson motorcycle as well as the materials, places and products used to build them.
   
   Not too long where kids would loose interest but written in a good format that is to the point without a lot of
   useless words.
   
   Overall very good!

1. Has everything I expected from a repair manual and more. Makes an every day Joe like me seem like a competent and skilled mechanic. Please note that a certain aptitude is required to perform even the basic tasks, the book is really a step-by-step idiots guide and any novice should research before attempting to perform maintenance for the first time. The book will help diagnose issue but in the field, unless you have experienced the cause of a fault or breakdown, it could be something else. It's a great book; all V-Max owners should have one. As all V-Max owners know, these bikes were built to last, the engine is a work horse and will keep running with good maintenance as laid out in the book. I hope this helps you budding V-Max owners.



2. I just received for 20 minutes ago, and i think This is the best book I ever have. Nothing like this. Very complete, very details, very user friendly, and offcourse very cheap for me, than you have to trial and error for your vmax. But, i think Haynes should be input the Historial of This Bike from beginning to presents.
   
   I'll buy it again if you made it haynes....

1. this book is an excellent pictorial trip through one of the world's finest collections of bicycles and related items. i have actually been to the Metz Bicycle Museum in Freehold, New Jersey and have had a personalized tour by David Metz, the owner of the museum which is the basis for this book. this book is a very good introduction to the history of bicycles and the photograpy is excellent. however, on an actual tour of the museum you get some of the most interesting stories first hand from David Metz. this 87 year young collector is only too happy to share his knowledge of bicycles with any visitor to his museum. the book and a trip to the museum if at all possible will both be something to remember



2. I too have had the privilege of visiting Mr. Metz's garage-cum-museum, which is only a half hour's drive from here. If you can't get to see his collection first hand, this is the next best thing.
