- I was looking for a replacement for my wok pan which I've had over twenty years. It was hard to choose, but after reading reviews for various pans, I decided on this one. Overall, I really like the pan. It's a great size for stir-fry and I love that it comes with a lid. That's a helpful feature because I always had to use a large plate for my other pan whenever I wanted to keep the meal warm a few minutes. My one complaint is that it doesn't come with a second handle because when the food is in the pan it is quite heavy.

Love this pan and I uses it everyday for not only stir fry.
- This is a great piece of equipment for many cooking tasks; don't let the "stir-fry" moniker limit your uses of it. In fact, because of its large flat bottom, it doesn't quite work as well for stir-frying as a traditionally shaped wok, and the nonstick coating, while durable, means you have to be a little bit too careful when moving food around -- a true stir-fry should be stirred with abandon. But this large pan is good for all kinds of sauteeing, and because of the high sides its capacity is tremendous. Combined with the tight-fitting glass lid, one of the best uses of this pan is to make risotto for a huge crowd; it's also really nice for tossing almost-cooked pasta into a hot sauce.
A few minor notes: be aware that the pan is really very large, and quite heavy, and because of this it takes a long while to heat up. It can be hard to lift when full of food. You probably wouldn't want to use this for a side dish, to whip up a little sauce on the side, or to cook for one or two people. It can block nearby burners on a small stove. The silicon-covered handles are oven-safe to a degree, but they're not magic; coming out of a hot oven they will be painfully hot to the touch.
- I am very pleased with this pan. I use it for stir frying, but it could be used for many things which might require a large pan.
Cleanup is easy.
- I didn't know Anolon before receiving a gift of a small Anolon frying pan for Christmas. It's wonderful! Extremely nice quality construction, good weight in the hand, nice handle. And the non-stick surface is superb! Nothing sticks and it cleans up with just a wipe of a damp cloth. Highly recommended -- exceptional quality for the price.

- Best Wok I have found or seen anywhere.
Wish I had seen it before the other three I tried!!
- I have done about a dozen meals in this wok now. It cleans very easily, and has cooked some wonderful meals. I have read the manual, which is fine. I use an electric stove, and have found that I need to use a higher temperature than the manufacturer recommends in order to get the wok to perform as desired. I use a medium-high heat.
In general, the wok heats nicely and keeps food warm if you have to wait. The non-stick surface works very well. The food does not stay on the sides and has the tendency to slide down, but the cleaning of the wok afterwards is a snap. I don't believe you will find a nicer wok in this price range. To get a nicer wok you will have to go to china town, etc...
I have big hands and I find the handles a tiny bit small. I am 6'5" tall. The lid keeps the steam in, but be careful when tilting the lid as it will let all the water drop at once. The glass at the top of the lid is nice in theory, but it fogs with water droplets, so you really can't view once the lid is on. I use a hot pad when removing the lid because the metal part of the handle does get hot.
- This wok is so far the best one that I have ever had. It is truly non-stick easy to clean & the glass-domed lid is a really nice touch, which gives the wok a very classy look.
I am addicted to cooking most of my meals in this wok from salmon fillets to one-pot family meals.
I highly recommend this wok with no doubt!

- I've had this cookware for about 4 years. It is not truly dishwasher safe. Over time the exterior has become quite dull and ugly. It seems to have faded in an inconsistent way. Even though this cookware has a "lifetime" warrantee, Anolon will not replace the cookware if it becomes damaged from being cleaned in the dishwasher.
- I bought this pan because I needed a new wok. I'm normally not a big fan of non-stick pans because I cook a lot of Asian foods that normally require high temperatures. But after reading the reviews, I bought this pan to try it out. It has performed very well. I do have to spend a bit more time preheating the pan, but because of its heavy mass, once this pan is hot, it remains hot. Cooking Asian foods in it is a breeze. Though it doesn't provide the same flavor as a carbon-steel wok would, most of us, including myself, don't have the multi-burner gas stove to get a wok hot enough to get that Chinese restaurant flavor. This pan has become my everything pan, from breakfast to dinner, Chinese to Italian. Its ease of use and cleaning caused me to buy one for my sister.
- One of the best I have ever used.
Very easy to clean and not too heavy, compare to some of the other ones I had in the past. It is not light though, my wife does have trouble handle it using just one hand.
NO lid.
for the past month, I am truly happy with it. my sisiter has a similar one for about 2-3 years and it is still going strong.
- Non stick, heat even. I love this product. The only concern is that it is a little bit too heavy for me.
- I was actually very upset that I had purchased this pan instead of the 12" Fry Pan. I had trouble getting Amazon to exchange it for what I really wanted. Amazon wouldn't so I ended up purchasing the 12" Fry Pan separately. I love both pans. They are great. I never thought that I would be so pleased with cookware - I mean I rarely get excited about any "thing" - but I love Anolon. It is a little heavy, but it cooks things quickly, evenly, and with NO sticking. Then, the clean up is a swipe of a sponge. Wow.
The Stir-Fry pan was actually great, by the by, it collects the water on the bottom-center for quick evaporation.
