- Item arrived just as promised and was in excellent condition. This was a gift so I have not used it but it did meet my expectations.NordicWare German Gingerbread House Mold
- This is a very nice item to have as a holiday tradition. I suggest using the pan as a mold and bake the pieces on a cookie sheet. That way you don't have to bake three times. It works great that way and then if you want one or two extra pieces for an extra wall etc. you have that freedom.
- I had one of these pans years ago (before my ex stole it!). I loved it, and I'm so excited to have found a replacement! The mold is very well-made, easy to clean, and I've never had a single piece stick.
- This makes a nice gingerbread house - larger than the ones we make from stones - but it takes time to cool between bakings and it requires 3 separate bakings to make 1 house so it takes a bit of time. We usually make several houses and so it is a long process - make your gingerbread ahead of time and refrigerate and then plan on spending a few hours for each complete house. Comes out of pan nicely and gives great details.
- We were sick of buying those cheap $6 kits that were stale before you got them. We bought this gingerbread house mold and made our own house. The decorated house was a (requested) gift for a six-year-old boy. He LOVED IT! And the best part...we can make our own whenever we want to. LOVE THIS MOLD!

- To be honest, I haven't yet gotten around to actually using them to shape cookies but will report when I do so. Until that time, they are doing double duty by serving as wall decorations and very attractive they are. There are a couple of other molds that I also plan to purchase when I next buy something from this seller. Be aware that they are not finely finished, carving wise, and they are raw wood, not oiled or stained. That is fair enough, considering the price. It also allows the buyer to do what they will, depending on the final use.

5 comments about Kaiser Bakeware Kaiserflex Silicone Muffin Baking Cups, Set of 6.
- I bought these recently after buying a similar (more expensive) set at Sur La Table, thinking I'd found a bargain. Unfortunately, these don't compare to the more expensive set, being smaller and very flimsy. You pretty much have to use a muffin tin with these -- they just replace the paper liners, rather than allowing you to bake without a tin. The serving size is also very small, and I find that batter leaks over the edges into the tin if I'm not very careful with filling. So I end up having to wash a tin, anyway! Very disappointing.
- I used these for both muffins and yeast rolls. I didn't grease or spray them in advance and nothing sticks to them. I love these baking cups.
- Overall I am very happy with the performance of the product, My muffins come out easy, and I'm not trying to pull paper off my food. They are very easy to wash. I just think the price is too high for what they are.
- These are bigger than the pastel ones I previously purchased which were a better size for my family.
- i ordered these so that i could bake chocolate lava cakes in them. they work awesome, if they were a little bit larger.

- I bought this in 08/2008 for $12.99 through amazon and love this silicon mold. I made madeleine for the first time and it came out great. I didn't butter or coat the mold with anything to prevent it from sticking and it came out so easily that it slides out by itself. A few that are stuck in the mold just needs a push from the outside of the mold and it comes right out. I baked the madeleines with a williams-sonoma baking sheet under it and the only complaint is that the bottom of the cookie in the middle has a small little round area that is more golden brown than the rest. It's not a big deal for me because I'm not serving it to food critics and I'm too lazy to hold the silicon awkwardly in the oven without the baking sheet. You must fill the mold 3/4 full if you don't want it to over flow. The madeleine size is about a half U.S. dollar coin.
- The mini madeleine pan is so easy to clean, and the cookies never stick! the only drawback to the pan is that you have to fill each individual mold one by one...very time consuming. If you place the silicone pan on a regular cookie sheet, the bellies of the madeleines will be slightly browned, making for less attractive cookies. Make sure to leave a little room in each mold (don't fill it up to the brim) to allow for expansion of the batter.

- I (the wife) bought these to make Creme Brulee in them. I was surprised by the physical size here, but they are the usual high quality from LeCreuset. The largest diameter is 3.25" at the top, outside measurement. Inside, useable diameter is only 2.5". Basically the size of my palm. Check these measurements against other bowls in your collection before buying! Height is 2" tall. Love that Gorgeous Cobalt Blue! Would make good prep bowls or condiment servers. Nice weight.
- I use them for melted butter for my artichokes, shrimp or crab. They keep the butter hot.

- HIC Porcelain 24-Ounce 7-1/4-Inch Coeur a La Creme DishHeart Shaped Coeur a La Creme, Porcelain-4"
These are good quality molds. The porcelain is substantial in weight and easy to clean. They were very well-cushioned and packed for shipping and arrived in good time. I know I will have these molds forever and use them for various special occasions, such as birthdays, anniversaries, Valentine's Day, and for the conclusion to any French Feast. These porcelain molds are VERY well-priced....(I did my homework....the same molds were much more money from other venues). These are an investment in your kitchen equipment that you will have forever and will use over and over again. Enjoy them!
- I bought these to make Coeur a la Creme for my dessert party. They were a great price and arrived very quickly. My only tip is to use orange glo to get the adhesive from the stickers off of the molds. Molds worked great.
- This is smaller than I expected. It is a good size for a light dessert.
