1. This is a nice little corn bread mold. We are very pleased with the quality.



2. This pan is great quality, and exceptionally heavy duty! I made my husband pick it up just to feel the sheer weight of it, and we were both impressed. Also makes the cutest cornbreads!



3. I haven't used this cornpone mold yet as it is a much sought after Christmas gift for my husband. I was delighted to find it on Amazon and at a great price. It was brand new and arrived quickly. If he has other cast iron corn muffin molds on his wish list I know where to go to find them at a great price.

1. Despite the many claims that silicone molds dont work well for canneles I get decent crispy results with them.
   
   The trick is not to use solid cookie sheet under them because it prevents the molds from getting as much direct heat as possible.
   Its better to just use a rack under them, reason is that silicone is poor conductor of heat so they need to be exposed to direct heat and not shielded by a solid cookie sheet.

1. Patisse Steam Pudding Mold, 1/2-LiterThe pudding mold arrived in good condition and looked like what I wanted. I didn't use it however because I was giving it as a gift.



2. I wanted to try something different for our Christmas dinner, an old fashion English dinner, with the roast goose, roasted chestnuts, and to top it off with a figgy pudding. For the figgy pudding, I needed a steamed pudding mold. I searched the internet, including some stores in England, for a mold and the only place I found one was on Amazon, at the kitchenstore ontenth. Thank You Amazon for saving my dream.

1. I (the wife) bought these to make Creme Brulee in them. I was surprised by the physical size here, but they are the usual high quality from LeCreuset. The largest diameter is 3.25" at the top, outside measurement. Inside, useable diameter is only 2.5". Basically the size of my palm. Check these measurements against other bowls in your collection before buying! Height is 2" tall. Love that Gorgeous Cobalt Blue! Would make good prep bowls or condiment servers. Nice weight.



2. I use them for melted butter for my artichokes, shrimp or crab. They keep the butter hot.
