  1. I made over 250 chocolates and the detail in this mold was amazing. The molds where easy to use and created fun chocolate lollipops.

  2. I received the molds in great condition, and they worked better than I imagined!

  3. I bought these to make favors for a Parisian themed baby shower we threw for a friend! They arrived very promptly and they were easy to use, just like most candy molds. They were very detailed and everyone was very impressed.

2 comments about SiliconeZone Shell Tray Butter Mold, Bright Blue.

  1. I bought this item to use with crafts, It is just what I wanted and works fantastic. I use it as a mold for polymer clay. If it works for butter the way it does for clay you are in for a great surprise.

  2. These trays make really cool molds, we use them for ice cubes and they work well except that the silicone material is a bit flimsy, so it can be a challenge getting them into the freezer, and they must be completely flat or they wont work.

5 comments about HIC Porcelain 2-Ounce Ramekin, Set of Six.

  1. Along with the other available sizes, these ramekins are perfect for holding measured ingredients while I prepare to cook. They clean up from dry duty easily in the sink and wet, sticky ingredients come off without a hitch in the dish washer. The bottom of these dishes is unglazed, so if you set them in water you'll want to let them dry before changing their temperature. Otherwise, you can do almost anything with them.

  2. These are cute little ramekins, great for dipping sauces, prep containers, or setting out toppings such as sprinkles or nuts. A bit small for souffles. One of the six ramekins arrived cracked, in spite of good packing by Amazon. Not adequate packing by the original supplier. Still, it did not seem worth returning. (Still not a bad price, even though only 5 were functional.)

  3. Pillivuyt they are not, but at less than 1/3 the price these are just fine, thank you. They are good for mise en place in the kitchen, and are useful at the table for holding drawn butter or cocktail sauce or such on a diner's plate.

For reference, these *2 ounce* ramekins are 1.5" tall and 2.2" in diameter, and hold 3 oz of liquid when filled to the brim.

  4. My product was received in a timely manner and in great condition. It was exactly as described and an utter delight that it was just what I needed. No issues with this seller at all.

  5. Good value for the price... wish they were wider, like most ramikens instead of deeper.

2 comments about SiliconeZone Snowman Ice Cube/Chocolate Mold, Red.

  1. If you like to suck on ice cubes, these are the perfect size. The rubber-like material makes them easy to pop out, and I suppose you could also use them for jello molds.

  2. The ice cubes come out intact - not chipped or cracked. To get them out, push each cube from the bottom with your finger.

For fastest and easiest results, wait for 5 minutes after taking the tray out of the freezer. This way, the ice cubes will pop right out. If you don't wait, your fingertip will be freezing while trying to push them out.

4 comments about Nordic Ware Platinum Nonstick Cast Aluminum Tartlette Pan.

  1. I've finally learned, it's worth the extra money to invest in really good bakeware. This is a great pan! My tarts browned perfectly and slid right out without sticking.

  2. These wonderful little Tartlette pans are phenomenal! Very substantial quality. Will last a life time. I make sweet little tartlettes, savory ones, nutty ones, philo-dough ones, even mini-cakey ones. But the best are the chocolate cups one can make ( as seen on Food TV ), to be filled when hardened. Of course, one can buy these at specialty stores for a hefty price, the home made ones are easy and delicious. Perhaps not as perfect, but they'll be just fine. And cute, too!

  3. I've been very pleased with my Nordicware Bundt pan, so I chose to go with the brand again for this tartlette pan. It's especially convenient that they're all on one sheet, rather than have individual tart shells.

The pan has a nice heft to it, and it really conducts heat very well. Almost too well, that I nearly burned my mini frangipane tarts. The non-stick lining is superb, and the tarts come out without a hitch.

  4. This pan is the only way I can make tarts without them sticking to the pan. I have tried every other pan known to mankind and this is the best. It's sturdy and very non-stick. I highly recommend it. Tarts come out looking professionally made.

5 comments about World Cuisine Madeleine Sheet, Tin, 1 5/8".

  1. I had the hardest time finding a madeline sheet in local stores (and I live in the LA area)... so I went online and found this tin... it does the job, but the madelines themselves are very small (bite size)... I was hoping to make ones the size you can get at Starbucks (three bites or so)... every recipe I tried made way too many!!! upwards of 80 madelines...

  2. Excellent product! Get 2 pans if you plan on making any since you'll gobble them up faster than you think. The mini-madeleines were adorable, delicious & turned out perfectly. I would recommend using a spray such as 'PAM for Baking' to save yourself the tedious task of buttering & flouring each little shell; the results are just as good, you save time & they clean up in a snap. Wash by hand, don't put the pans in the dishwasher. Five stars for these pans, the larger size are equally good & I bought 2 of those as well.

  3. Nice, but the molds are much smaller than I thought. Think the height of an individual mold is about 1 1/2inch tall. But still nice, next time I will purchase the larger mold.

  4. This pan works very well for baking miniature madeleine cookies. There was no problem with clean-up, and no 'rust spots' as with some baking pans. Maybe since it was made in France! I highly recommend purchasing this item, and the larger size as well. Thank you!

  5. This was everything I expected. I liked the shape and size of the pan, it performed well, and it came right on time.

5 comments about Nor Pro Porcelain Ramekins 6pc set.

  1. I wanted to make some bread pudding but did not have enough ramakins. I ordered these after going through all of those available on Amazon. When I received them, at first I thought them too small, but found out they were just what I needed. Thanks Amazon!

  2. These are cute little ramekins. I use them for prep. Put chopped garlic, herbs etc. They are really handy for that. They are sturdy and well made. I haven't tried to make custard in them yet, but I am sure they will do just fine.

  3. Beware - whoever packs these does not care about obvious risk of something like this breaking. The box was thrown into a larger cardboard box with no padding at all. Extremely frustrating - and not worth going through the return, etc. I'm going to live with a set of 5.

  4. 6 ramekins - 1 broken, 1 chipped. This was a gift - I did not have time to go through the return policy and still give in time as a gift. Gave 4 as gift. Obviously packaging was a problem for this glass ware item.

  5. I love that there was a way to order more than four at a time. the product what as what was advertized. It makes a great custard cup for creme brulee.

5 comments about Chicago Metallic Gourmetware Nonstick Large Tortilla/Taco Shell Pans, Set of 2.

  1. These seem nice enough. They were a gift and I haven't seen them in action. I was slightly upset that they arrived late even though tehy were part of a "Buy 3 get them in 2 days" shipping thingy, but none-the-less the person I gave them to was pleased.

  2. I have been wanting to prepare my own taco salad shells for years. I have been buying and using the shells from Kroger until I bought a set of these shell formers. I have taught myself to use either corn or flour tortillas and everyone loves them.

  3. Excellent product. Produces taco salad shells just like in Mex. resturants. Am ordering more so can serve more at same time.

  4. We really love the tortilla bowl set. They are top quality and heavy metal. I thought they were going to be smaller, but they are large. The pans hold the large torilla shells and make a nice bowl.

    I would recommend these pans.

  5. The product is a good one to have, makes great taco salad shells, although the tast of a baked shell does take some getting use to. This product is good for large tarts.
