5 comments about Lodge Logic Pre-Seasoned Saguaro Cactus Pan.
- This is a great little pan and lives up to the claims of being non stick. I did not have a bit of trouble with sticking. However, the Cactus shapes are very small and you need to use a small spoon to fill the designs. They are also very thin and will not hold much batter. Cornbread easily turns right out of the pan without sticking but they are so thin that you need to be extra careful not to break them. They are as cute as can be! Must admit that! Also, unless you can divide up a cornbread mix, figure on wasting about half of it unless you bake it in something else. By the time the first batch was done, my batter was to thick to get spooned & spread evenly into cactus shapes. Tried adding more liquid but just did not turn out right. This pan was a Great idea but if they would make the cavities deeper so bread wasn't so thin, it would be a perfect pan!
- works great, word of advice warm the pan up first before you put in the batter so it doesn't stick.
- Great product. No sticking. Shapes come out smooth & even. Keep product seasoned after each use
- lodge skillets are comparably well-priced but this cactus pan is in the same price range as the more user-friendly cast aluminum bakeware. The designs in the cactus are just straight lines. This is a very heavy pan.
- Even though the pan is pre-seasoned and using baking spray, cornbread frequently sticks, resulting in a non-cactus shaped lump of food. Then it is difficult to clean the small crevices. Not recommended.

1 comments about Gobel 3-1/2-Inch Brioche Mold, Set of 4, Nonstick.
- My brioche simply pulls off easily right after baking, all the time, no exceptions! All I have to do is hold a warm mold (with a towel or oven mitten) upside down and pull on the brioche gently. Note that it is best to remove the brioche from the mold while it is warm or it might stick. After use, it easily cleans by washing with hot water only and drying with a kitchen towel. Its dark brown color promotes even baking. I have aluminum molds and have used tin molds, all I can say is that this Non-Stick bioche mold is so much more a joy to use. This 3-1/2 inch size is perfect for a 2 ounce dough. Depending on how much butter, egg, and sugar you've used, the 2 ounce portion will make a Brioche that's about 200 calories or more.

2 comments about Gobel 15-1/2-by-5-Inch Mini Madeleine Pan, Non Stick.
- I love my Berndes cast aluminum mini cake pans but they are still too big. This nonstick version is $6 more expensive than the tinned steel version but this one is dishwasher safe and nonstick. It is a very thin and lightweight pan. These molds are the size of a large man's thumbnail. The back is brown colored. The French have such good taste.
- This pan is very functional--makes wonderful mini-madeleines that are almost perfect--spongy, delicate, comes off in one piece easily thanks to the nonstick coating, heats evenly, etc. My only complaint is that the shell-surface is too brown, instead of that nice yellow-golden appearance. This seems to be a problem with nonstick pans in general. Other than this, excellent pan.

1 comments about SiliconeZone 12 Madeleine Mold, Red.
- I used this form several times and it never failed. Easy to handle, non-stick surface works great. The only thing I dislike is result of silicone properties - it bends. So when I bake, the bottom of the form gets pressed against the cookie sheath which browns madeleines at the bottom a bit more than I would like. Otherwise, excellent.

5 comments about Kaiser Bakeware Classic Crossini French Fry and Frozen Food Sheet.
- This is an excellent pan for baking frozen foods. Everything comes out crispy and delicious. I've been cooking fries in the oven for years, but this pan makes an incredible difference.
- I LOVE this pan!! Everything from fried zucchini sticks to tater tots comes out light and crispy. It's easy to clean, too. Just need to put a cookie sheet on the oven rack below to catch the drips.
- This pan is great. Cooks food really fast and makes it crispy in less time. I also just cut up fresh potatatos, toss in a little oil, salt, and bake. Great!
- This is a great pan to make oven goodies (frozen packaged french fries, chicken nuggets/tenders, fish sticks, breaded mushrooms, cheese sticks, jalapeno poppers, etc.) bake up nice and crispy and crunchy! The holes in the bottom of the pan make hot oven air circulate up underneath the pieces. The holes sit below raised ridges that hold the food up, so some fat can drain off. The food doesn't sit flat on the metal and turn mushy. On one end, there is a pouring lip so putting the food onto a plate is easy. This is a fantastic pan if you like it crispy and crunchy!
- Perfect pan for Moms! I am a mother of 3 and small children who only like frozen chicken nuggets, fish sticks, tater tots and french fries. This pan makes all their favorite frozen foods crunchy and tasty instead of being soggy and bland!
