- Wonderful pan, just what I needed! I had to replace a Calphalon 12" saute pan because the non-stick surface was coming loose. So far, no problems with this one, though I've only had it a month. Caution: this is a very heavy pan, especially with the lid on! Nice that it has the additional handle; makes it much easier to lift out of it's storage place. They caution you to NOT use spray-on products such as PAM, because it will cause problems down the road with the pan sticking. That might be what I did wrong with the Calphalon. This pan had a small dent in the lid when I received it, in the metal rim, but my husband was able to fix it. So far I love this pan!
- This pan is one you'll love. It is heavy and heats evenly and the non stick surface
is so hard and slick that I've yet to see anything stick to this pan.
We use it for stirfry and I've used it for pancakes. For browning roasts before putting
them in the Crock Pot. It has many many uses.
The whole set is equally fabulous. I highly recommend this Anolon Advanced Cook Series.
- Super easy to clean and nothing sticks to this bad boy! This is one heck of a pan, nice and heavy. I cook a lot and this pan has gotten quite a work out. After a year there was some color change to the bottom, but it hasn't hampered the cooking. I love my Analon set, in fact I love these pans better then my Calphalon sets! The food cooks evenly every time.
- I own several Anolon cookware pieces. You will not be sorry to purchase this high quality pan. Nothing beats having the right tools of superior quality for the job at hand.
- I was hoping that the pan would be as good as it looked and it was

- Typical of Anolon's good quality. I am not sure if the oval shape of this pan is a plus or minus. I have used it but really haven't seen the advantage of the shape. Either way, a good quality saute pan.
- I have this pan and my mom always admires it, so I bought it for her for Christmas. It is a great size and shape, you can use it to cook anything!
- I wish I'd gotten this pot years ago when my family was larger. However, even when cooking for 2, this is the perfect pot for chilli, spaghetti sauce, and all of Rachel's "stoups!"
- I bought this pan years ago after seeing Rachael Ray use it on her 30 Minute Meals show. She designed the oval shape for Analon and then added the same pot to her new line of cookware (+ orange handles and an additonal $10). If you are looking for a great pan that is easy to clean and takes up less space on your stovetop than a traditional round pan, this is the one for you. Its perfect for sauces with the high sides helping to hold more plus the helper handle is a plus when pouring.
- I received this pan as a gift not quite 2 years ago. In that time, I can honestly say I use it at least 3 times per week. It really is my pan of choice. The helper handle lives up to its name. Slowly I am replacing my existing cookware; I have just ordered the Anolon Advanced 3-1/2 Quart Covered Straining Saucepan and the Anolon Advanced 11-Inch High Sided Griddle. I need cookware that will perform day in day out and Anolon does. Highly recommend.

5 comments about Anolon Titanium Nonstick Dishwasher Safe 1-Quart Petite Saucier Pan.
- This is a great little all purpose pan. Great for heating soups or leftovers. And it's dishwasher safe. Would highly recommend it! Recently purchased a 10 pc set of Anolon Advanced cookware that can't be put in the dishwasher. If the Titanium set had been around longer and I could have found more reviews of it, I might have purchased it instead simply because it's dishwasher safe. If you're in the market for new cookware, definitely check out Anolon Advanced or Anolon Titanium.
- The dishwasher safe non-stick coating appears to work as advertised. I've washed this saucepan perhaps a dozen times now and can find no degradation of the surface. My only wish is that I could buy a close-fitting lid to go with it. I'm using a lid from a corning ware "pan" that works, but could fit better.
- As much as I love my Anolon Titanium cookware, there was something missing. I had purchased both cookware sets, but really needed something small to heat up soup or sauces. This is the perfect size and the lid from one my other pan fits it. I highly recommend this pan & find it well worth the price!
- This pan is everyhing it is advertised to be. I didn't need to use the dishwasher because a soft cloth wiped out all food reside. I would buy the Titanium series over any other Anolon product line.
- I tried out Analon Titanium and they are the only cookware I use now. I also tried Scanpan titanium and they are not nearly as good. The titanium cookware is incredibly durable (I've had some of my pieces for over four years and not a scratch). The non-stick surface is also excellent. I can use much less oil in my cooking.

- The glass lid shattered the first time we used the pan. I returned the lid to Anolon and was sent a replacement. Have not tested the new lid.
- This looks like a great pan but it is just too heavy. I returned it. I recommend the Circulon Elite match. I love mine.
- My wife and I received the pans in this set for our wedding over 3 years ago. They have been excellent despite very heavy use from us. The non-stick still doesn't stick and there is almost no discoloration. They are very easy to clean because the entire pan is non-stick, not just the inside. The silicon on the handle does an excellent job of protecting your hand from being burnt even at high temperatures.
The only problem we've had is that on a few of the pans the silicon part of the handle came loose. I submitted a request to their customer service department on the web and had brand new pans within a week at no cost to me.

- We couldn't be happier with this product. It's attractive, very sturdy, distributes heat evenly and cleans up in the dishwasher. What more could one ask of cookware? We love it!
- This saute pan is an excellent addition to our set of Anolon Titanium cookware. In addition to being dishwasher safe, this cookware is easily cleaned and distributes heat evenly to the entire cooking surface. This is the best cookware we have ever owned.

- Update 4/30: I find myself always making my pasta sauce in this pan. Honestly, it is great! At least a 4-star rating! Also, in comparing the Anolon Advanced stainless with my Cuisinart Chef's Classic stainless, I see that the Anolon core is an integral part of the pan while the Cuisinart core appears to be welded. Under extreme circumstances (left on high heat unattended), I have seen these type cores separate from the pan.
(3/22)Not quite as cheaply made as the Calphalon 'commercial' cookware. The top is extremely light and loose. The base is medium to heavy weight. I do like the Analon handles and hope they stand up under normal wear and tear. It does clean up like a dream. At $32, I thought I might be getting a bit better quality. Were it possible, I would rate this a 3 1/2 star purchase.

- We finaly broke down and bought a pan...a HUGE one. Holy cow! This thing was DIRT cheap too...but not bad cheap. It is STURDY and cooks WONDERFULLY! And clean up is really a breeze. I am really, really impressed. My husband loves the fact that the handle, lid and side of the pan have grippy handles so you don't even have to use an oven mit. And it's beautiful! So many plusses!
- I love this skillet. Doesn't stick. Large enough for everything. Can even use it for a roast. LOVE IT
- This is my first stainless saute pan, wanted a pan that would handle larger volumes and brown the food well with good fond production also. Other pans are Scanpan titanium and I love them but they dont fond well. This is a great pan and is good value when on special. Handles much more comfortable than All Clad models, cooks evenly and heats quite fast. Good deep sides, nice pouring rim.

- I bought this pan to replace another Anolon Advanced pan we'd had for 5 years. After that many years of almost daily use, the old pan was letting food stick. Our old pan wasn't curved at the bottom - more flat with straight sides - but I remember it cost well over $100 even back then as it's also a large 5-quart. The helper handle is very useful. $50 is dirt cheap for a pan of this quality. When this one dies I'm sure we'll get another one just like it.
