1. I got this pan to make a dish that would stick in a regular retcangular baker. With the loose bottom the whole tart just poped out like I had planned.

1. Works beautifully - new recipe for pecan tart beats our southern pecan pie a "country mile".
   We have used it twice for pecan and twice for chocolate during the holidays and look forward to other occasions



2. Most crust recipes are tailored for a 9" pan, so you will have to adjust your recipe so that the crust will fit in this pan. Made a wonderful peach tart the first time out, and it is easy to clean.



3. Finally, I found my Quiche Pans with removable bottoms! These are very substantial pans (like all Kaiserware). I had searched the web for more affordable ones, but always came back to these. Purchase-for-life so to speak ... Never looked at any others again, using these constantly with a smile on my face, I am so happy to own them.!



4. I looked at a few of these pans before I opted for this one. Many are made with metal that may rust on you with use. Personally when I buy a pan, I like for it to stick around for quite awhile. This pan will do just that. It is nonstick, and has a surface that will release well when you make your tarts. Very good quality, with years of service to look forward to.



5. I could not believe the quality of this pan! I even cut on it and it did not damage it! An all around great pan!!!!

1. Upon receipt this item was perfect, and did its job well. I made beautiful quiches with it. I liked it so well I bought a second one! However, over time, and I have owned them for probably 8 years now. They are nothing but RUST ... I have taken care of them well, handwashed, dried completely, stored safely to no avail. I can't cook anything in them anymore for fear of the rust leeching into my food. I would not recommend.



2. It does the trick! I always wanted to make square quiches, and now my dreams have come true!

1. These mini quiche pans come stacked in a plastic bag. They feel heavy and sturdy, nice quality. The removable bottoms are also sturdy and convenient for popping out your tart or quiche. A little big for a single serving but still a nice size. I have used them once so far and like them.
