  1. Anolon knows how to make it right...........only caution I have is it is a heavy well made product you will use two hands when it is filled.

  2. The Anolon 2-quart covered saucepan is great. I love the rubber handle on the saucepan and on the top. It keeps each from getting really hot. I also love the glass top. It enables you to see the sauces, soups, rice, etc. as they are cooking. The product itself was sent quickly.

  3. My wife and I received the pans in this set for our wedding over 3 years ago. They have been excellent despite very heavy use from us. The non-stick still doesn't stick and there is almost no discoloration. They are very easy to clean because the entire pan is non-stick, not just the inside. The silicon on the handle does an excellent job of protecting your hand from being burnt even at high temperatures.

The only problem we've had is that on a few of the pans the silicon part of the handle came loose. I submitted a request to their customer service department on the web and had brand new pans within a week at no cost to me.

  1. Like all Anolon kitchen products, this butter warmer is a terrific item. Very high quality and functional. Highly recommended!

  2. I love this pot. I got it to go with my Anolon Advanced 12 piece set. It's great for heating up small amounts. I have several recipes that call for one cup of boiling water. It seems crazy to have to get out one of my large pots. This works perfectly. The pour spout is also very nice. It cleans up easily, as does all of the Anolon Advanced line. I highly recommend this pot.

  1. I also researched pans for several weeks before I bought this set. I have had the pans for 2 years now and couldn't be happier. I have several of the extra pieces including 5 quart saute pan, 2 quart saucier, 4 quart stockpot. I could have afforded to buy any pan I wanted. The pans perform great and have cleaned up well. I have not had a problem with the outside rivets like another reader did. I also have had no discoloration problem. I bought my set at an outlet store but wish the were available in stores. The pans have a good weight, cook evenly and are so easy to handle. I was very unhappy with the handles on many other brands..So uncomfortable in your hand. I cook a lot and want something that feels good every time I take it out of the cupboard. Also great pans for teaching kids how to cook due to the cool comfy silicon handles. I was a little leery of buying the pans because they are not advertised and there was very little information about them. I trusted my own judgement and I'm really glad I did.

  2. I've had this set for about 6 months now and there's nothing obviously amiss except for the fact that the steamer insert does not fit snugly onto the stockpot. I'm not sure how they could have missed this since the lids generally form a nice seal during cooking. The end result is that I've been steaming things for up to twice the cooking time to get the same results as a Circulon stainless clad set (with steamer insert) that I've been using for over 5 years. If you do a lot of steaming, you might be disappointed. This newer set doesn't get as much use at a vacation home so it's not the end of the world for us.

  3. We looked at alot of cookware and compared alot of prices. It came down to this set or the Anolon Titanium set. In the end we went with the Stainless and are happy that we did. Quality is great. We also bought the Anolon Stainless Steel 15 pc. Knife set and are just as pleased with them.

  4. I spent weeks researching cookware. Even wrote up notes after reviewing exactly what size and type of pots and pans I need given what and how I cook. Then researched everything on Amazon and Cooks Illustrated. Almost settled on some aluminum disk cookware when I found the little-mentioned Anolon Advanced Clad line. It was everything I'd wanted but couldn't find from any other manufacturer - rubber handles, metal lids, fully clad aluminum, attractive enough for a pot rack. Wow! The quality is amazing, I'm not kidding when I say it seems even more durable and well-built than the All Clad I went to try out at the store. The quality is great, the cool rubber handles extremely comfortable, and even the pieces were just right for me (I really wanted a steamer and just about nobody offered one). Everything heats up nicely, retains an even heat, and cleans up better than my old Costco nonstick. It also has well-fitting metal lids, my last set had glass which I could never get clean and always worried about dropping.

I got a super price from a marketplace seller for a brand new set. And I loved it all so much that I ended up buying the saucier, an 8" nonstick fry pan, the 13" grill pan, and quite a bit of the suregrip (no potholders needed) bakeware. Anolon turned out to have exactly what I was looking for at a price I could afford. I'm excited about cooking again.

  5. I ordered my pots on 1/23 and have been using them occasionally since they arrived shortly thereafter. The first thing I noticed was after the first use, the small saucepan's bottom was heavily discolored. I went to their website and found the reccomendation to clean it with a bit of lemon juice and that helped, but did not completely remove the discoloration. I figured it was just a fluke with the single saucepan and continued to use my new pots. Now *all* of my new pots (with the exception of the ones I have not yet used) show discoloration at the bottom. So much for "stainless" steel.

I purchased this set to replace an extremely cheap Farberware stainless steel set that lasted over 8 years. The Anolon pots are constructed much nicer than the Farberware pots, they are better balanced and the silicon handles are awesome. However, it took the Farberware set 8 years to get to this degree of discoloration and it was the only reason I got rid of them. Now I'm sorry that I threw them out before properly testing these out.

I emailed Anolon shortly after the first pot discolored and I have not yet heard back from them. Since they are not interested in addressing my issue in a prompt manner: these pots will be making their way back to Amazon's warehouse as soon as I pack them up.

  1. I just wish I bought one a little larger...

  2. This is a great pan, I've had it for over a year now. I use it every day for eggs for myself. You can easily scramble 3 eggs in it, or use it to saute onions, mushrooms, etc.... To clean, soak for a while and then it's quite easy to scrub out. It cooks really well, heats evenly and I've never burned anything in it yet. Plus it's so much healthier to use than the non-stick pans. I love the pan so much I just bought two more! If you need a small frying pan, it's great. Highly recommended!

  3. This is the piece I use most. It is perfect for scrambled eggs or cooking meat for one person.

  4. Why does Anolon create a sticky pan that has a name so similar to its non-stick counterpart (Anolon Advanced)? I'm really unhappy that I bought these pans... Though it was probably my fault for not reading carefully enough.

  1. I have two sets, plus quite a few extra pieces, of this cookware. It is the best I have ever used--and I have been cooking for close to 50 years!!

  2. I have several pans of the Anolon Advanced-clad, and I'm supremely happy with them all! This casserole is a great shape, and heats evenly!

  3. Good volume size, good dimentions, cleans easily, good thickness for heat transfer on a comercial gas range top

  4. Have only used it a couple of times, but really like the look and feel of this casserole dish. Excellent heat distribution.

3 comments about Anolon Titanium Nonstick Dishwasher Safe 3-Cup Butter Warmer.

  1. This great little pan completes the Anolon cookware set I bought. I love the shape and size and also the pouring spout. I use it all the time for melting butter or using it for BBQ sauce on the grill. A must have.

  2. I like Anolon Titanium because it is heavy-duty, non-stick, and dishwasher safe. I am slowly replacing my Calphalon Commercial with Anolon Titanium. As always, the service and pricing at Amazon is unbeatable.

  3. This is a great little pot. Perfect for small sauces, melting butter, etc. It's nice not to dirty a larger pot for these smaller jobs. Love the handle and finish.

1 comments about Anolon 16-Inch Rectangular Roaster with Rack.

  1. I have had this roaster for a couple years now and have fantasized about replacing it for almost as long. The high cost of a quality replacement roaster is the only thing keeping this pan in my kitchen.

What I really hate about this pan is its flimsy construction. It is much too lightweight for a roasting pan. While it performs "ok" in the oven, it really fails on the stovetop. This pan just cannot stand the direct heat. It promptly warps on the stove and anything being cooked within will almost certainly suffer a horrible fate. For example, if you want to make a nice pan sauce out of the beautiful fond that's left in the bottom of the pan after a long roast in the oven, you can pretty much kiss those gorgeous bits goodbye. This pan heats so unevenly (whether it's over one burner or spanning over two) that part of your contents will be burning while another part will hardly sizzle. Or if you are trying to cook up some veggies or sear a piece of meat on the stove before you park it in the oven, you will experience the same frustration. The pan will warp and bend and you will have little to no control over the heat in the pan.

I suppose if you only intend to use this pan in the oven, then it will be adequate, although you will not be jumping up and down by it's performance. And you can bet that it will not be able to withstand high oven temperatures either, or you will get warping and burning similar to what you get on the stove. So if you will only use this pan in a moderate to low oven and never put it over a direct flame, then this pan might work for you. But under any other circumstances, I strongly urge you to look elsewhere. The 50 or so bucks you spend today will not justify the replacement cost later.

5 comments about Anolon Classic 10-Inch Crepe Pan.

  1. I use the Anolon 10" crepe pan to make Swedish pancakes. It the perfect size and the non-stick surface has held up after several years.

  2. I bought this at the same time as the book "Crepes: Sweet and Savory Recipes...." and let me tell you, this pan is fantastic. I would give it more than 5 stars if I could!!

It not only turns out crepes very easily and nicely, but is also great for cooking up an egg or two and the cleanup is really simple with that non-stick surface. Heating is gradual and balanced well by the construction. No fast heat-up or hot spots on the pan....well made and durable

  3. Inner size might be 08 Inch only. Detail should provide the actual inner size.

  4. What a disappointment! I've waited several months for what I thought would be a larger size non-stick crepe pan. Apparently Analon is using a defective ruler. First of all, the outside dimension with the lip is not even 10". However, when I measure a crepe pan, I measure the inside dimension, not the outer lip because that inner dimension is going to be the size of my finished crepe.

This is an 8" crepe pan, not a 10" crepe pan. So I guess if you really want a 10" crepe pan from Analon, look for a 12" crepe pan.

I could have picked up an 8" crepe pan at any discount department store; I didn't have to wait over two months for a mediocre, small, lightweight, cheesy pan.

  5. I purchased this crepe pan after reading the reviews. (I cancelled another.)
I have learned to equate 'heft' with quality. This item (packed loose) seems very flimsy (which is why it heats and cools so rapidly). I paid $15.99 for this item. I see it is now listed at $19.99. I believe it is not even worth the lower price I paid. Stick with Anolon Advanced if you are seeking quality (or the inexpensive Calphalon 'Commercial' which is heavier weight).
