  1. This little skillet has come in so useful . . . in fact, now that my fruit trees are bearing, I may make nothing but crepes for breakfast for the rest of the summer! With this skillet, it's almost as easy and quick as making pancakes.

  2. This is my second purchase of exactly the same skillet. Most of the cookware I use is the Anolon Advanced because of their excellent heat distribution and non-stick qualities. I have tried others but Anolon Advanced is still my favorite. Allows for healthy essentially fat-free cooking. The outside finish is also very easy to clean.

  3. I love Anolon pans. I got this one to complete the set
    I purchased.

  4. LOVE ANALON but this is about the size pan to fry just a egg. I am slowly replacing my pots and pans with analon products. They are great as far as non stick goes you can make anything from ribs to cakes and the pans are as easy as a wipe down. I got the 5qt stock pot also that is way too small.
    5 stars quailty
    5 stars price [I paid 19]
    3 stars for the rest
I will never really use this except for saute' onions, peppers etc.

  5. Very heavy and well made. Nothing sticks to it. Easy to clean. Great price too. A must have!

5 comments about Anolon Advanced 3-1/2-Quart Covered Straining Saucepan.

  1. I consider this one of the most helpful items that I've purchase in a long while. I've found a dozen uses for this pot and it is so esy to keep clean and so useful.

  2. I love this saucepan. I have used it for everything from boiling potatoes to deep frying artichokes and it has handled every task very well. I use it often and it has become one of my favorite pans.

I love that it is extra deep. The self-straining lid makes it easy to boil food and saves dirty dishes. It feels sturdy and well-made and I like the soft feel of the handle. Clean-up is easy.

    I recommend it highly.

  3. I really like this saucepan. I bought it for the straining function. But I found it gets used all the time. It is very easy to clean inside out.

  4. We burned up our old one and this is better than the one that came withour original set. The "pour" lid feature is great for removing liquids before serving

  5. I absolutely love this pan! The straining feature is fantastic! The pan is heavy so I rest it against the side of the sink to help hold it steady. The handles stay cool so you don't need a potholder but you might want to use one to protect against the heat from the steam. I recently acquired the 10-pc. set of Anolon Advanced cookware and am very happy with it. The thing that bothers me most about the cookware is it takes a little longer to cook things because you can't use high heat. Boiling water takes a long time. The cookware is very sturdy and is a breeze to clean. So easy that it's not a big deal that it isn't dishwasher safe.

5 comments about Anolon Advanced 18-by-10-Inch Double Burner Griddle.

  1. Product did what it is it supposed to do. I read reviews on this product from America's Test Kitchen and I had been looking for a griddle pan to make pancakes. The pan worked very well and my pancakes came out better than anything I have ever used in the past. It even worked out well on an electric burner (old oven) since the heat distribution is as good as the reviews said it was. I would highly recommend this product and the price was very good.

  2. I agree with the reviewers who detailed how lightweight, nonstick, and evenly heated this griddle is, but I have had a different experience than those who found it warped. I set it on several surfaces in my kitchen, and it laid perfectly flat every time. Perhaps there was a bad batch, or Anolon has corrected the problem.

Anyway, another reason I love this griddle is for how quickly it heats. With it I need a lower heat setting than with my heavy Anolon skillet, and my pancakes cook significantly faster (I actually burned the first 2). I can whip out a stack in about 1/3 the time I did before, which makes me more likely to do more complicated recipes (like yogurt and banana pancakes-mmm) or add bacon and eggs to a meal.

Add all this to the fact that I paid 1/2 the price on Amazon than what I found it for in a department store (and got free 2 day shipping with Prime), and I could not be happier with my purchase.

  3. All of the analon advanced products are wonderful; easy to clean, sear well, etc. They are rated well. The griddle has a drip corner to pour off liquid.

  4. The griddle works fairly well, however, on our flat stove top, with the pan being slightly warped, it does not evenly heat up the entire surface at the same temperature.

  5. Seems flat when cool, but when on cooktop and hot, one whole end sits almost 1/4" above the cooktop surface. Causes big problems with the heat limiter circuitry on modern ceramic cooktops! Look elsewhere.

  1. I bought this pan 5 months ago and it is the BEST non stick cookware I have used in a long time! I had given up on the non-stick cookware due it it not holding up after several months. A friend of mine has a whole set if this cookware and has had it for 2 yrs, so I decided to give it a try and I absolutely like cooking with it...easy clean up afterwards!

  2. this is my 4th anolon advanced purchase. they are made to last. i am slowly replacing all my pans with these.

  3. We purchased the Analon 10" and 12" a couple of months ago. Our choice of Analon was based on reviews posted here. Must say, the most positive reviews were not exaggerations. They are both great.

  4. For $40 this pan cannot be beat. Just be sure to always use wood, silicon or plastic on the inside, never metal, it will eventually get scratched. I feel this pan is as nice as the All-Clad version and it's less than half the price! I also love the handle, very secure and "grippy." Even cooking and super non-stick. What more do you want?

  5. ok, so the small Anolon Advanced open French skillet is scratched, but it actually works great. No problem, the scratches are not real deep and it doesn't cause sticking. I love it because it is so easy to clean. Just use hot water, swipe with a paper towel and " oh my goodness" it is clean. Want to try the dirty? Like use a heavy load of cheese on a grilled cheese sandwhich... and still hot water and paper towel and u r done. And hey, these things really are pricey on the market, so a scratch here and there is ok as long as it is not nickle deep. Smile. Seriously people, it works so well I enjoy heating up a cup of chili in it. I only gave it four stars cause of the scratches. Did I say scrathes? Overall the price is just fine, cause I believe... if I live that long... I will be using this for a LOOOOOOONNNNNNNGGGGGG TIME> Smile.

5 comments about Anolon Titanium Non Stick Dishwasher Safe 8-Inch Open French Skillet.

  1. I like the fact that I can put this in dishwasher.
I've had this for about 6 months. It started to have grease built up on the side (inside and outside) that I can't wash off easily. Don't want to use metal scrub to clean it becasue i don't want to ruin the non stick layer.

  2. pros:
    1) Heavy,well built.
    2) Excellent non stick coating.
    3) Looks like it will last for years.
    4) Dishwasher safe (with restrictions).
    cons:
    1) The handle becomes too hot. After few minusts of frying an egg you can touch only the last 5 cm.
    2) Not very stable. tend to lean to the direction of the handle (on my gas stove).

  3. This is a great pan to cook with as it holds heat well and food does not stick and is my everyday pan for breakfast. The titanium exterior looks good but is easily nicked. The interior scratches much easier than my other Anolon non-stick pans which I have used for years. The scratches have not affected pan performance.

  4. Heavy and feels like a good quality product. Can also use in dishwasher and oven.

  5. This skillet is a gift for my son's Grandmother (my ex mother-in-law).
It goes beyond my expectations. I was impressed with the quality of the skillet. It will be used on a regular basis and is constructed to take the use. I will most definitely order another size of the same kind of skillet.

5 comments about Anolon Titanium Nonstick Dishwasher Safe 12-Inch Open French Skillet with Helper Handle.

  1. This is a wonderful skillet... not praise I offer lightly. Worth every penny. Watch the "helper handle" it doesn't stay as cool as they say it is supposed to.

  2. First the good news. This is an extra heavy skillet with durable finish and good handles. It easily handles two quarts up to the bottoms of the rivets and distributes the heat evenly across the bottom of the pan. But for the bad news I would give this skillet four or five stars.

The bad news is that someone at the Anolon plant damaged the pan BEFORE it was placed in the Anolon carton. Neither the Anolon box nor the outer UPS shipping carton showed any damage when I received the skillet. It wasn't until the the following day, after I threw out the packaging, that I noticed the a small sharp blow had been delivered to the rim of the pan which deformed the pan slightly. True, I should have been more attentive when I received the pan, but I never suspected Anolon would package damaged goods.

I'll live with my mistake but will not purchase anything by Anolon again!

  3. A fair price for this dishwasher-safe, non-stick pan of this high quality. Even cooking with little or no oil. Very pleased.

  4. After reading other reviews on this skillet I orded it. We love it. It is so nice to cook on low heat and have the meat to brown. I just heat the skillet up on med heat and put a chop in it cooks very slow and nice. I do need to use any oil or breading. I love this skillet.

  5. If you are going to buy only one pan this is the one. It's perfect for every use as far as size and depth, and wipes clean! A little on the heavy side but that's the quality it's made of. The only thing missing is a lid, but you can use one of thoses universal size lids for all pans. For such a quality pan I would like to see a quality glass perfect fit lid. Other than that you can't find better.

  1. My roommate had one that was brand new in which I left water at a bowl in the pot for maybe 10 minutes and the water alone cooked away the protective layer inside the pot and stained it white. Since the pot was not mine I had to replace it at $60. I would have never paid that much if it were for myself.

  2. Currently this product does very well. For the price you can't beat it. Non-stick works exceptionally well.

  3. My wife and I received the pans in this set for our wedding over 3 years ago. They have been excellent despite very heavy use from us. The non-stick still doesn't stick and there is almost no discoloration. They are very easy to clean because the entire pan is non-stick, not just the inside. The silicon on the handle does an excellent job of protecting your hand from being burnt even at high temperatures.

The only problem we've had is that on a few of the pans the silicon part of the handle came loose. I submitted a request to their customer service department on the web and had brand new pans within a week at no cost to me.

  4. Whether you hate or love cooking, this is a great piece in a wonderful set of cookingware. I've yet to find a better coated set of pans. Yes, they are expensive, but when you figure how many times you buy "value" pots and pans at Wal Mart and Target over time, you begin to see that real value can truly be found in quality and not just price. So about the saucepan: it's the perfect size, durable, not too heavy, coated and has a secure rubberized handle. Its a great investment to consider.

  1. The Anolon 2-quart covered saucepan is great. I love the rubber handle on the saucepan and on the top. It keeps each from getting really hot. I also love the glass top. It enables you to see the sauces, soups, rice, etc. as they are cooking. The product itself was sent quickly.

  1. I have three sizes of these skillets. I love all of them. You cook without oil. The clean up is great. Every thing is cooked on med to low heat. They are wounderful. I would tell anyone to buy them.

  2. We know have 2 10 inch Analon Titanium skillets. We like them all very much. We had some earlier analon skillets and they are very good, but the titanium series is better. An earlier Anolon skillet still is non-stick but is starting to lose something. The titanium does not seem to be losing it. Great skillets.

  3. Heats super evenly, non-stick works fantastic, dishwasher safe as long as you use the right detergent. It doesn't get any better than that!

  4. I first discovered Analon Titanium (restaurant tested) fry pans in Macy's. They only had an 8 inch model, which I purchased as it is perfect for making a personal omelet. They are heavy gauge aluminum clad in titanium on the bottom and have completely steel handles unlike the lower grade of Analon which look very similar but have silicone rubber handle grips. As such, the metal handles are much better for popping a meal into the oven after initially frying/browning it on the stove. The nonstick coating is very high grade as well.

  5. This would be the perfect fry pan for me if it wasnt for the somewhat rounded bottom. The pan rocks toward the heavy handle, causing the oil to puddle to that side. If you have a gas stove this is probably not a problem because of the way the cast iron "fingers" support the pan over the flame. But if your have a glass top stove or an electric with the standard spiraled type element, I'd recomend getting a different pan.
