  1. Depth of the muffin cups are nice - not too big, not too shallow. The pan is very easy to clean. It's a good value for the price that I paid.

  2. This was the most expensive muffin pan I've ever purchased, but I'm now convinced that it will last a long time and be well worth the price. It does what it needs to do, and doesn't do anything it shouldn't. In other words, it bakes muffins and cupcakes uniformly and without sticking. Super easy to clean up.

And this may be superficial, but the dark color is very satisfying to look at. It definitely gives the impression of quality. And since it performs with quality, that's not just its good looks -- it really is a high quality tool.

  3. I have been looking for good muffin pans, but i found great muffin pans! Nothing sticks to these, no spray needed. I did notice the bottom of my cupcakes were a little dark, so i lowered my oven by a few degrees and that fixed things. They are so easy to clean, i just put them right in the dishwasher. I even ordered the 6-cup muffin pans cause i liked these so much.

  4. What a great pan. It is sturdy, with extra deep cups and handles for easy transfer in and out of the oven. The pan comes with a non stick coating and with an added skiff of Pam, muffins, rolls and cupcakes come sliding out. The pan seldom needs washing because everything releases so completely.

  5. Like the other Kitchenaid nonstick bakeware, this muffin pan is made from very heavy gauge metal and, unlike Ecko and even Wilton, the nonstick coating is thick and durable.

Don't gouge the surface with metal implements, don't overheat the muffin pan (450 F max), and don't use an abrasive nylon pad like a Scotchbrite to clean it. The nonstick surface is so effective that there should be no need for harsh cleaning. Even seriously baked on foods should come off after an hour of soaking in warm water.

  1. As many of you I find myself going thru different phases of cooking and baking. I will have several months when all I want to do is bake cakes, months of cupcakes etc. Well, this fell into my Muffin craze and needless to say, I'm still in it. This muffin tin carries the wilton reputation and for the money is everything it should be. I purchased King size muffing papers online and the sky was the limit. You get the most beautiful muffins and cupcakes you have ever seen. My motto is is "Go Big, or Go HOME!!!"

  2. Practically indestructable, and can go through the dishwasher, if you don't mind the aluminum changing color. These don't burn the muffins like the coated ones do, on the bottom. Even if I turned the oven down, I still fought the coated ones. These are the best.

  1. After many uses it works fine but not completely non stick. Instead of Pam, I use Crisco brand nonstick spray which is 100 % canola oil (canola and olive are the healthier oils for your heart).

The oatbran recipe calls for 1 tablespoon canola or olive oil, I use only 2 teaspoons of oil and the spray adds the other 1 teaspoon per six muffins.

I don't have time for making bread every day, muffins way faster and just as good.

  2. This 6-cup regular muffin pan is the perfect size for toaster/convection ovens. Jiffy cornbread muffin mixes make exactly the right amount for each cup and bake in 15 minutes in my Delonghi 1099 convection oven. I spray each cup with Pam for easy muffin release. Soak the pan in hot water for a few minutes after each use and then clean each cup with soap and water. Highly recommended.

  3. With the cost of propane being what it is, it's great to have these to use in my toaster oven, instead of heating up a big oven. Have used these multiple times and have been very happy with the quality. I've used muffin liners and have baked without the liners and both worked well. I recommend this item.

  1. These exquisite pastel-tinted cupcake cups are wonderful for use when throwing themed parties for girl friends, particularly wedding and baby showers. You can make cupcake batter that's either dark or light, then pour it into the cups, then bake the whole get-up in the oven without any problems. If you buy the cups early enough, you can advise on the invitation for attendees to wear clothing of the same colors, and you can acquire decorative flower arrangements also matching the colors. Everyone tires of the same old brown or white or wax-paperish cupcake cup. If you'll get this pastel variety, it'll make your party a smashing success. (And don't forget theme hats to, adhering to the pastel color scheme!)

  1. This has all the bakeware you need to get your kitchen started. Decent quality and assortment. The only negative is the cheap measuring cups that come with the set. The handles started snapping off around the third washing. I didn't count that in the rating since I like the actuall bakeware so much.

  1. I am very disappointed with this muffin pan. I've probably used it a dozen times and I have to dig and pry to get the muffins out. It's no better than the cheap one I bought when I got married 40 years ago. Furthermore, it's horrible to clean. If anything, I have to scrub harder than on my old one.

  2. I am so exited... my first batch of muffins with this brand new pan came out nicely. Crust are on top, around, and bottom. I chose this pan because of its curvy design of the muffin cup wall-to-bottom (vs. straight 90 degree wall). Because of the crispy crust all around plus the nonstick, I just need two fingers to fish them out to the cooling rack. Nothing was left in the pan for cleaning.

  3. Initially I gave this item 4 stars, but actually now that I have used it for a couple months, would take that down to 2 stars if the amazon system would allow a change in rating. The heaviness of the pan seems to retain a great deal of heat, which often results in muffins burning on the bottom. I would not recommend this item.

  4. I love cornbreads. This pan really worked magic with my Boston Market corn bread mix. Comes out perfectly even, no oil needed, each muffin pops out with such ease. Super heavy duty too, nice hefty weight.

Especially it's on the 4 for 3 special, such a great deal.

  5. This is a nice quality pan. It has a sturdy "heavy" feel to it. I have used it quite often and there is no warping. Items come out very evenly cooked and clean-up is a breeze.
