1. This heart muffin pan works great, even in my old oven, which does not heat evenly. I made a batch of cranberry orange muffins and they glided right out of the pan. I will definitly be buying more of this Le Creuset silicone bakeware and putting it to good use!



2. I had tried the Kitchen Aid silicone muffin pans and was unhappy - they became gummy and the muffins were uneven. Le Creuset silicone muffin pans (I also bought the regular round and the mini round muffin pans)are so much better! I just sprayed a touch of non stick cooking spray and there wasn't any gumminess on the pans. The muffins cook evenly. The pans clean up easily in the sink or you can put them in the dishwasher. And they're a pretty blue.

1. Positives: using PAM or other cooking sprays, the muffins pop out easily without having to push the bottom of the cup on each one. It is easy to clean, and doesn't rust or get nasty like other muffin tins. I love that I can throw it in the dishwasher and that it folds for storage with other pans. There is stability with the weights in the holders on each side.
   
   Negatives: It is hard to place directly on the racks without one side being slanted or dipping. Have to play around with it to get is adjusted and in the heat of the oven, this isn't easy. It doesn't fall through the cracks, but it does lean one way or the other.
   
   I would still purchase it again, as it beats out all the other kinds I had seen. I trust Calphalon and if I ever have problems with it, I know they will take care of it.



2. Purchased for my sister. She loves the silicone bakeware and has a lot of it now. She got rid of a lot of her regular stuff.



3. I really love this muffin pan. The muffins cook very evenly, and then just slide right out with hardly any effort. It's the easiest thing to clean in my whole kitchen ... although it's dishwasher safe I hardly have to, since a quick sponge does the trick. I've used it 4 or 5 times now and no stains or odors have stuck to silicon. I do have to put the muffin pan on a regular baking sheet in the oven, since it's too flexible otherwise. But the flipside is that storage is great -- I literally roll it up and stick it in a cabinet. I love the silicon so much, now I want to replace all my old bakeware.

1. Let me first say that I had purchased this mini-scone pan about a year ago in a 'fancy' kitchen store (I won't name the store)...it was kinda expensive so I considered it a splurge. Honestly, I LOVE my scone pan and use it all the time because it makes perfectly shaped scones. Everyone craves these scones when I bake them but there never seems to be enough to go around. So, I decided to buy a second pan & looked online for a better price. Finding it on your site and getting it in a gift set with a box of scone mix for ALOT less than what I paid for the pan alone was a BONUS!!! Plus, it is shipped in a nice gift box, so I will definitely order more as gifts this coming holiday season. Thanks....M
