  1. I just received these, and they're SO NICE!! I've been waiting to buy some of these types of pans for a loooong time! I am so glad I waited!

*~QUALITY = Heavy Duty, yet light weight & non-stick! YAY!
*~SIZE = HUGE & SQUATTY! These are TEXAS size muffin-tops!!
*~DEAL = You should get them on the 4-for-3 deal! These are nice pans, and I wouldn't have been able to buy as many if they weren't on special!

Bottom line is.., if you're hanker'n for some scrumptious muffin-tops, then look no further! Great recipe on the back of the cardboard label. You DO adjust temp., & time, but that's no big deal! There's a learning curve with everything! I am so glad I picked these ones! I just can't say enough about them! Although, you probably think I've said enough, already! ;0) Enjoy!

  2. I ordered Vitalicious Muffin Tops recently and really enjoyed them, but could not see paying so much for them on a continuous basis, so I decided to see if I could find a muffin top pan and make some healthy muffin tops of my own. I did and I do!! This muffin top pan is really great - I use it constantly. I'm thinking about getting another so I can make up a whole recipe at once. Definitely a great buy!!

  3. I am really pleased with the muffin top pans. I'm still trying to get the baking time and oven placement correct, but even burnt, the muffin tops are delicious. I live in Texas, and now it is too hot for baking, but when it cools off again, you can bet I will get right back to using the pans.

  4. The other reviewers were right. The surface is really non-stick, I barely need to use any cooking spray. I can even use this pan to make other things besides muffin tops. Very nice.

  5. This was a gift for my sister-in-law for her wedding. She only likes the tops of the muffins and she bakes from scratch, so it was the perfect gift. Gret price, great quality, all around great item. I would buy these for myself, but I don't have the patience to bake!

  1. I love this pan! So far even my husband has managed to use it without any sticking. I have had more expensive pans that have not done as well as this pan. I ordered more because I was so impressed. Great Deal!

  2. Just go ahead and buy two now, these are terrific. Easiest clean up ever and bake extremely evenly. Buy two now so you don't have to come back and order another one like I am doing now.

  3. It is heavy and bakes evenly, the most important quality in any bakeware. As I use paper muffin cups I cannot attest to the nonstick capabilities but just judging by the feel of the finish, I would be willing to bet that baked goods would pop right out. If I ever get around to forgoing the paper cups, I'll come back and report on the results. As I live in a rural area, this pan is by far a better quality product than I can buy locally and the price plus the free shipping made it a no brainer to purchase from Amazon.

  4. This is literally the best muffin pan I've ever used, and I have used several types, including other nonstick pans, plain aluminum pans, and silicone.

    1) It is very heavy duty, literally 3 times the weight of the muffin pans I used previously. It's not going to warp and lose its shape!

    2) Very easy to clean. If cleaned shortly after the muffins come out, just wipe clean with a wet sponge. No soaking or scrubbing necessary!

    3) The muffins are standard sized. A recipe that is supposed to make 12 muffins will make 12 muffins. This may not sound like a big deal, but my previous pans always made 14 or so! And there is variation in the dimensions of muffin holes in "standard" pans.

I'm planning on going back and ordering another 1 or 2 of these, and then pitching my old ones. If you're in the market for standard-size muffin tins, buy these!

  5. Recently ordered and used this Farberware Nonstick Muffin Pan and love the way it bakes muffins. Clean up is a breeze. I was hesitant to order the 12-Cup rather than 6 or 8-Cup, but am glad I did. Another Farberware high quality product that you can count on!

5 comments about Chicago Metallic Gourmetware Nonstick 6-Cup Popover Pan.

  1. I grew up in the mid west eating tons of popovers, most people in Utah have never even heard of them. I purchased this pan and they came out PERFECT! I barely buttered mine and used the same one for the second batch.
This is a must have for any one who loves cooking utensils and loves popovers

  2. Get one of these and you'll wonder why you ever made popovers in muffin tins. The drama associated with making popovers in this pan is well worth the expense of yet another pan! I watched them through the oven door while they were baking and could barely wait for them to finish. They were really tall, nicely browned, crusty and light as a feather! The photo posted,(not a user photo) does not do justice to what the popovers look like when they are finished baking.

The pan is well constructed and sturdy. I buttered the cups, and the popovers came right out. Clean up was a breeze.

This is the pan you need for perfect popovers, and I recommend it.

  3. I loved popovers as a kid on those winter nights up at the ski resort. Been a long time since I had one and now I make them constantly. This is perfect and my wife who never heard of a popover makes me cook them for her all the time. My advice a recipe with more eggs the better. Search for Neiman Marcus Popover recipe which is the best one.

  4. I purchased two 6-cup popover pans -- maker Chicago Metallic Gourmetware Nonstick. Even on the first use, the popovers were stunning -- absolutely no sticking. I would recommend any popover fanatic to buy this particular pan. It produces light, fluffy and extremely evenly browned products.

  5. I purchased this Chicago Metallic Gourmetware Popover pan and have been making popovers once or twice a week! They turn out perfect and clean-up is very easy. I didn't follow the recipe that comes with the pan...I have my own and it's easier than the one that they include. They turn out wonderful and I would recommend this product to others. The price was reasonable.

  1. This is a solidly made product that looks like it will last a long time. Made my first batch of muffins today and they popped out perfectly.

  2. I OWN THREE OF THESE! PERFECT FOR JUMBO MUFFINS, INDIVIDUAL CHEESECAKES, MUCH MORE. PRODUCT IS A GREAT PRICE AND WELL MADE. YOU'LL LOVE THEM FOR SURE!

  3. I was a little worried about not having paper muffin cups in this size, but I just sprayed the pan with nonstick spray and the muffins came out fine. I've only used and washed it once, but it looks like it will hold up well and there was no evidence of flaking or peeling.

  4. I bought four of these pans. I gave two to my friend and I kept two. We used them to make red velvet cupcakes for our friends baby shower. The cupcakes turned out so nice. They were big and beautiful. We bought the muffin/cupcake liners at our local Michael's for $1.99. We got all four pans for about $17...It truly makes a large cupcake. Some people even shared one. I can't wait to use these to make cupcakes for my daughters birthday party!

  5. I have used this new tin several times now and absolutely no sticking. I love the size. V

  1. The mini muffins came out perfect, no problem, used a box mix and it filled the pan and we had some left over for a partial second batch. I have yet to be dissapointed with Bakers Secret pans!

  2. I got a pretty good price on this pan so I am not too disappointed that it scratches a bit too easily - but it is a shame that it does... I made mini muffins with it right after I received it and when I was using a metal knife - I don't usually do this but the muffins were stuck on the pan - the metal knife made fine scratches into the pan... not too much damage but it still sucks... One draw back of this product is that the nonstick aspect does not live up to its name....I am still forced to use nonstick spray like PAM before i poor batter into the little cups... but overall, it is a nice piece to have in my bake ware set -and my boyfriend absolutely love the little muffins... it is a cute gimmick - great for making little snacks =)

  3. This pan is for MINI muffins, not regular-sized muffins. The "mini" part should be included in the name of the item, but unfortunately it is not. I had to return my muffin pans because they were not what I thought I was purchasing. Otherwise the quality of the pans seemed high. I think if I had gotten what I expected I would've been much more pleased with the product.

  4. I got two and glad I did. Very strong and easy to clean. Be sure to bake 25 degress lower when using dark baking pans as they bake hotter.

  5. This pan performed very well, but wasn't quite as 'non-stick' as other reviews had led me to believe - I sprayed with Pay and still had a few stickies. It is a nice heavy weight, though, heats evenly and cleans up like a dream. Great value for the price - and Amazon's price is great!

  1. Although you have to use a little more mix/dough in each section, the muffins turn out great! Everyone at work LOVED them.!

  2. Worked at first, but after a few cleanings the non-stick properties are gone. And yes, I have tried everything from cooking spray to crisco, and I know how to pre-heat and bake properly. And I've tried the pan in two different ovens. It's simply no longer possible to bake anything in it without being ruined, and if I have to take the time to cut out little parchment circles every time, the convenience of the pan shape is kinda lost. Go with a different brand, or get egg rings depending on what you are making.

  3. I was looking at this product because I need to bake my own gluten-free hamburger & sandwich rolls, and lo and behold, another reviewer said she bakes her own hamburger and sandwich buns with this pan and it works great. Not only that, but two of these pans will fit in my convection toaster oven, saving a lot of electricity, and it won't heat up my kitchen in the summer. I'm buying two.

  4. IT is a great product at a great price and delivered as
    it said it would.

  5. First time buyer and very satisfied. Product was everything I expected and delivery was faster than expected. Will be using this site again for sure!

  1. My daughter (15) used this to carry cupcakes to school and by the time she got to class, several had toppled. I agree with the comment about it being difficult to get them out of the bottom pan without smudging.

  2. This is the best muffin/cupcake carrier I've ever seen. I bought two, one for myself and one as a gift. It's very stable, very-very practical. I love it! And the price is excellent, too!

  3. Transaction was smooth and quick. Item arrived as described. Very useful item for carrying lots of cupcakes.

  4. As another reviewer mentioned, the top brushes against the cupcakes, mooshing up the frosting a little, and it must be carried very carefully, as any tilt will result in a toppled cupcake.

  5. I received this as a gift but I use it if I only have to transport 1 doz cupcakes. I've found that the upper tray is not tall enough to fit most of my frosting efforts and it sags under the weight of a full load of cupcakes squishing into the bottom row.

  1. The muffin pan is excellent for making store-bought cake mix cupcakes. Just remember to line the pan with cupcake holders.

  2. It's a good item. The food doesn't stick to the muffin pan, it's easy to clean and it's durable. Amazon's price is pretty good too.

  3. This was a great product. I wanted and needed one and found it at a great price. It shipped fast and was packaged very well so that it was not harmed in any way!

  4. The first one sent to me arrived rusted and corroding around the cups. The replacement arrived considerably better but, still with signs of rust around the rings. At $4, you certainly get what you pay for... Second one is going back for a refund this time.

  5. They RUST like a son of a gun! If you have the misfortune to purchase this pan you will need to hand wash and dry it to slow down the rust process. Mine began to show rust after the very first use. After 3 uses it had rust in several of the cups and was too nasty to use. I'm back on amazon to buy some decent Chicago Metallic pans. I'm done buying these disposable cheapies.

5 comments about Wilton Easy Flex Silicone Baking Cups 12 Count.

  1. This is the best invention since sliced bread. I like to make muffins and freeze them for company. This makes it so simple, just spray the cups with PAM and pour your batter. When the muffins are done, they slip right out of the silicone baking cup and I'm ready to make batch two. They clean up with soap and water. It could not be any easier. What I especially like is the fact that when I used paper liners, sometimes the paper would peel off half the muffin and it was not a neat proposition. This makes the muffin come out perfect every time.

  2. I'm very pleased with these baking cups. I use them mostly for muffins, but they work great and the muffins come out easily (as long as you let them cool a little first) with no cooking spray. It's nice to not be going through so many paper muffin cups all the time. You do have to wipe them out before putting them in the dishwasher because the water doesn't get all the crumbs out since they're so lightweight.

  3. I used them in a muffins pan they replace perfectly the paper cups. Not sure they should be used alone on a cookie plate like some did! They come off easily, do not stick to the muffins and are easy to clean after letting them soak in soapy water.

  4. I use these to make banana bread muffins for my family. They are handy to use and store. I spray them with PAM and the muffins come out fine. My only complaint is that they discolored a little on the bottom. Not a deal breaker for sure. I have two sets and they wash up fine and stack up easy. They take up way less space in my cabinet. I use them all the time.

  5. these work just like advertised. my wife is thrilled that she doen't have to go out and buy cupcake liners all of the time.

  1. I ordered these plain ones to replace pretty red foil mini baking cups that melted red all over my mini muffin pan.

  2. I just received this item in the mail. I couldn't find mini muffin cups anywhere so Amazon was my last resort. For $14, I expected to get several hundred muffin cups (no quantity was listed). However, there are only 96 cups, making this product super expensive. I have yet to use this product.
