1. This is my first piece of All-clad and I'm amazed at the quality and ease
   of use. Baked on, reheated meatloaf was a breeze to remove - soaked
   for 20 mins in warm water and didn't even need the nylon side of the scrubber.
   The sponge side removed everything in one swipe. It's clear
   this pan will last forever. Will definitely be getting the 12" pan to
   go along with this one, probably the last pans I'll need to buy so very
   well worth the price.



2. This pan is the -first- I've purchased to start my collection. It is absolutely beautiful and so easy to clean!

   With cooking being my number one hobby, this collection will surely be a wonderful gift to pass down to my daughters one day.

1. This is the pan that my children (and their parents) used for cooking
   oatmeal, melting butter, making cocoa, heating soup, and an assortment
   of other homely cooking projects. It's a great all-around pot that is
   smartly designed and heavy enough to heat things evenly, but not so
   heavy that carrying it when it's full will be a chore. In contrast to
   French copper pots, this one has a stainless steel interior rather
   than tin, and is considerably more useful, because lighter in
   weight. If you occasionally forget about the rice or the oatmeal, your
   pot will not be wrecked - even after hours of heat baking the
   food. Soak in cold water and scrape it off - gracefully, in fact. Food
   can be scrubbed off with no fear of scratching the steel. Any old
   copper cleaner will polish the exterior. The lid has a loop handle, so
   that it can slip over the pot's handle for easy storage. This is a
   costly item, but will last forever, cleans easily, and is just plain
   beautiful to look at. It's simply a great gift, and by the way
   "All-Clad" products last a lifetime (and are warrantied as
   such).

1. I bought this to stir-fry tofu so that I could phase out my non-stick pans. I followed all-clad directions to warm the pan on low heat, add some oil and then add the food. But both times, the tofu has stuck and become a mess. I haven't tried veggies yet. Maybe they will work better.
