1. I returned a pan set that I purchased on Amazon because the bottoms were leaving white residue. I ordered these as a replacement as a gold box item. I was heistant as there were no reviews at that time. I am glad that I made the purchase. These are very high quality pans that make cooking fun! The handles are a nice length and the lids have nice size nobs. Be sure to have a philips screw driver upon arrival as you will need to assemble the lids. They also tell you how to care for your pans and instructions upon first use that ensure longevity. I own an electrical stove and they cook very evenly on my stove! With this being the case, I am sure it would do amazing on a gas stove. Product was packaged very well and shipping was quick. I am having a very positive experience with this product!



2. I absolutely love these pans. I've owned numerous sets over the years, none compare to the Berndes, not even close. They cook even, perfect for my glass top due to the flat bottoms, and clean up is amazing! Inside and out, cleaning is a breeze. My mother-in-law had one small skillet that was a Berndes, that's how I knew about them. I went on-line to find them. Actually would've paid substantially more on e-Bay. Was glad I found them on Amazon. Wonderful value, the lids are great, overall a beautiful set. No complaints at all.



3. We are generally very pleased with the product quality and performance however one of the pan arrived flawed. It came with a stripped screw that holds the handle to the pan. A pan with no handle is not very useful. We had difficulty reaching the company via their 800 line, leaving serveral messages that went unreturned. Finally an e-mail message was answered. A return label sent. The pan picked up, but we have yet to hear anything back from the company. We are in the third week. Problem resolved? Not yet! Berndes, are you listening? 4. Excellent product. Broken handle on one pot, informed manufacturer was told would replace handle but nothing yet after two weeks.



5. Just got them a month ago, Excellent Quality- its easy to see the German's casting master piece- many years of building quality cookware.

1. Simply buy one piece of Berndes such as a small skillet, wash & dry it, then heat it to medium heat without oil and drop in a fresh egg. NO STICK. Nothing, no matter the cost, will pass this test as beautifully as Berndes. Steel cut oats are always a cleaning/scrubbing challenge in Creuset or AllClad but rinse out of these pans with almost no effort.
   
   This cookware is without peer and is a joy to use.



2. I purchase both the 7 and 10 piece set of Tradition and use Berndes non-stick all the time and it is the best & most durable nonstick I have ever used. I have used non-stick by Calphalon, all Clad, Circulon, ScanPan, + others but none is as good as Berndes. It is NO STICK like no other brand around.

1. I have been using these products for several years now. The quality and cooking quality are first class in all aspects. They are made like pans costing 3x as much. The outsides of all items are non stick coated for easy clean up. They are made in Germany with a very high level of craftsmanship.



2. We actually purchased this set about 3 years ago. I came across it here on Amazon and though I would take a second a write a review. This cookware is amazing! Cooks evenly, cleans up instantly, and after almost 3 years of use, it is still like brand new. Very heavy duty, strong non-stick coating, and will not warp like the cheap stuff.

   If you are considering a new cookware set, do not hesitate to purchase anything by Berndes, it is worth the money.




3. I got this set for x-mas and it is fantastic. The 11" skillet has steep sides so it holds an entire meal, while the smaller skillet is perfect for eggs or small jobs. The stock pot works wonderfully for gumbo. I have not had anything burn with this set and clean up is as simple as warm water and a sponge. The glass lids all fit perfectly. I did have one lid handle that was attached backwards, but 5 seconds with a screwdriver fixed that. Must have been hitting the beer a bit heavy that morning in the factory :)

   The stuff is MASSIVE, so make sure you have large cabinets to store them and strong arms to lift them. I have dinged up the skillet a bit but the non-stick coating is thick enough so small scratches do not get through, so it still performs well. Compared to the thin, warped, scratched stainless and non-stick junk I had before, these pots and pans are just fantastic. I only gave them 4 stars because I don't have a lot of experience with high quality cookware and there could be something better out there, who knows?

1. I've been a Berndes lover. I have not seen them sold in the stores for some reason. I got my first set of Berndes eight years ago and the coating just started to come off a little bit. They heat up evenly and are very durable. I like non-stick pots and pans but most of them are cheaply made. If you like non-stick professional pots and pans this is the one to go for. I have been using the new sets of pots. They are really great.



2. These kitchen pots are heavier than most; difficult for older citizens to lift and safely move on stove top. Exceptionally well made. One piece arrived with defective lid knob which was quickly and politely replaced. Slow to heat but retains temperature well. Fry pan does not brown well. Easy to clean!
