5 comments about Anolon Titanium Nonstick Dishwasher Safe 1-Quart Petite Saucier Pan.
- This is a great little all purpose pan. Great for heating soups or leftovers. And it's dishwasher safe. Would highly recommend it! Recently purchased a 10 pc set of Anolon Advanced cookware that can't be put in the dishwasher. If the Titanium set had been around longer and I could have found more reviews of it, I might have purchased it instead simply because it's dishwasher safe. If you're in the market for new cookware, definitely check out Anolon Advanced or Anolon Titanium.
- The dishwasher safe non-stick coating appears to work as advertised. I've washed this saucepan perhaps a dozen times now and can find no degradation of the surface. My only wish is that I could buy a close-fitting lid to go with it. I'm using a lid from a corning ware "pan" that works, but could fit better.
- As much as I love my Anolon Titanium cookware, there was something missing. I had purchased both cookware sets, but really needed something small to heat up soup or sauces. This is the perfect size and the lid from one my other pan fits it. I highly recommend this pan & find it well worth the price!
- This pan is everyhing it is advertised to be. I didn't need to use the dishwasher because a soft cloth wiped out all food reside. I would buy the Titanium series over any other Anolon product line.
- I tried out Analon Titanium and they are the only cookware I use now. I also tried Scanpan titanium and they are not nearly as good. The titanium cookware is incredibly durable (I've had some of my pieces for over four years and not a scratch). The non-stick surface is also excellent. I can use much less oil in my cooking.

1 comments about Anolon Advanced 4-Inch Chef's Knife.
- The Anolon line of knives are one of the best out there. They are well balance and easy to grip. A man's knife. I am an amputee (only one hand) and this is the knife to have to cut meat or anything else that needs cutting one handed very easily.

2 comments about Anolon Titanium Nonstick Dishwasher Safe 6-Quart Covered Stockpot.
- Ideal size for large batches of soup/sauce and small batches of pasta or rice. Functional choice for a small apartment kitchen, if a large stock pot won't be needed and storage is an issue (would have been handy when I lived in a NYC studio). I'm a big fan of this product line (see other reviews).
- This pot is the perfect size for making soup. I love Anolon Titanium cookware. The food cooks nicely in it, does not stick and it is easily washed. They are a bit heavier so you know they are going to last you a long time. My one complaint is that the handles on the lid don't stay cool, so you must use an oven mitt. But otherwise I love all my Anolon Titanium cookware!

1 comments about Anolon Titanium Non Stick Dishwasher Safe 3-Quart Saucepan with Lid.
- I have a 4-Quart Saucepan with Lid. I was lukcy to pay much less money at a discount store.
I've tried all different levels of cookware in my life (from a grocerystore brand to All-Clad), and Anolon Titanium is the best!
It never sticks, and it never burn my food no matter how hot it gets.
I really wanted to own a whole Anolon Titanium set. However, it's a little too expensive ($325) for me by now. Possibly because of its brand new technology. I sincerely appreciate your unique invention. One day I'll own all of the nonstick hard anodized titanium pots and pans!

5 comments about Anolon Classic 10-Inch Crepe Pan.
- I use the Anolon 10" crepe pan to make Swedish pancakes. It the perfect size and the non-stick surface has held up after several years.
- I bought this at the same time as the book "Crepes: Sweet and Savory Recipes...." and let me tell you, this pan is fantastic. I would give it more than 5 stars if I could!!
It not only turns out crepes very easily and nicely, but is also great for cooking up an egg or two and the cleanup is really simple with that non-stick surface. Heating is gradual and balanced well by the construction. No fast heat-up or hot spots on the pan....well made and durable
- Inner size might be 08 Inch only. Detail should provide the actual inner size.
- What a disappointment! I've waited several months for what I thought would be a larger size non-stick crepe pan. Apparently Analon is using a defective ruler. First of all, the outside dimension with the lip is not even 10". However, when I measure a crepe pan, I measure the inside dimension, not the outer lip because that inner dimension is going to be the size of my finished crepe.
This is an 8" crepe pan, not a 10" crepe pan. So I guess if you really want a 10" crepe pan from Analon, look for a 12" crepe pan.
I could have picked up an 8" crepe pan at any discount department store; I didn't have to wait over two months for a mediocre, small, lightweight, cheesy pan.
- I purchased this crepe pan after reading the reviews. (I cancelled another.)
I have learned to equate 'heft' with quality. This item (packed loose) seems very flimsy (which is why it heats and cools so rapidly). I paid $15.99 for this item. I see it is now listed at $19.99. I believe it is not even worth the lower price I paid. Stick with Anolon Advanced if you are seeking quality (or the inexpensive Calphalon 'Commercial' which is heavier weight).

5 comments about Anolon Advanced Clad 10-Piece Set.
- I also researched pans for several weeks before I bought this set. I have had the pans for 2 years now and couldn't be happier. I have several of the extra pieces including 5 quart saute pan, 2 quart saucier, 4 quart stockpot. I could have afforded to buy any pan I wanted. The pans perform great and have cleaned up well. I have not had a problem with the outside rivets like another reader did. I also have had no discoloration problem. I bought my set at an outlet store but wish the were available in stores. The pans have a good weight, cook evenly and are so easy to handle. I was very unhappy with the handles on many other brands..So uncomfortable in your hand. I cook a lot and want something that feels good every time I take it out of the cupboard. Also great pans for teaching kids how to cook due to the cool comfy silicon handles. I was a little leery of buying the pans because they are not advertised and there was very little information about them. I trusted my own judgement and I'm really glad I did.
- I've had this set for about 6 months now and there's nothing obviously amiss except for the fact that the steamer insert does not fit snugly onto the stockpot. I'm not sure how they could have missed this since the lids generally form a nice seal during cooking. The end result is that I've been steaming things for up to twice the cooking time to get the same results as a Circulon stainless clad set (with steamer insert) that I've been using for over 5 years. If you do a lot of steaming, you might be disappointed. This newer set doesn't get as much use at a vacation home so it's not the end of the world for us.
- We looked at alot of cookware and compared alot of prices. It came down to this set or the Anolon Titanium set. In the end we went with the Stainless and are happy that we did. Quality is great. We also bought the Anolon Stainless Steel 15 pc. Knife set and are just as pleased with them.
- I spent weeks researching cookware. Even wrote up notes after reviewing exactly what size and type of pots and pans I need given what and how I cook. Then researched everything on Amazon and Cooks Illustrated. Almost settled on some aluminum disk cookware when I found the little-mentioned Anolon Advanced Clad line. It was everything I'd wanted but couldn't find from any other manufacturer - rubber handles, metal lids, fully clad aluminum, attractive enough for a pot rack. Wow! The quality is amazing, I'm not kidding when I say it seems even more durable and well-built than the All Clad I went to try out at the store. The quality is great, the cool rubber handles extremely comfortable, and even the pieces were just right for me (I really wanted a steamer and just about nobody offered one). Everything heats up nicely, retains an even heat, and cleans up better than my old Costco nonstick. It also has well-fitting metal lids, my last set had glass which I could never get clean and always worried about dropping.
I got a super price from a marketplace seller for a brand new set. And I loved it all so much that I ended up buying the saucier, an 8" nonstick fry pan, the 13" grill pan, and quite a bit of the suregrip (no potholders needed) bakeware. Anolon turned out to have exactly what I was looking for at a price I could afford. I'm excited about cooking again.
- I ordered my pots on 1/23 and have been using them occasionally since they arrived shortly thereafter. The first thing I noticed was after the first use, the small saucepan's bottom was heavily discolored. I went to their website and found the reccomendation to clean it with a bit of lemon juice and that helped, but did not completely remove the discoloration. I figured it was just a fluke with the single saucepan and continued to use my new pots. Now *all* of my new pots (with the exception of the ones I have not yet used) show discoloration at the bottom. So much for "stainless" steel.
I purchased this set to replace an extremely cheap Farberware stainless steel set that lasted over 8 years. The Anolon pots are constructed much nicer than the Farberware pots, they are better balanced and the silicon handles are awesome. However, it took the Farberware set 8 years to get to this degree of discoloration and it was the only reason I got rid of them. Now I'm sorry that I threw them out before properly testing these out.
I emailed Anolon shortly after the first pot discolored and I have not yet heard back from them. Since they are not interested in addressing my issue in a prompt manner: these pots will be making their way back to Amazon's warehouse as soon as I pack them up.
