- After buying an induction cooktop, we needed new cookware of magnetic stainless, so bought a set of Emeril's and gave away our old pots. Since we steam a great deal, I bought this to go along with the 3 quart saucepan. Unfortunately, it is as shown, deep but with a smaller flat bottom. This is great for steaming most vegetables, but not so good for asparagus or tamales. For them, we had to keep our older steamer insert for the extra room it affords at the bottom.
- Agree that you really need to use this steamer with the 3 qt saucepan, not the 2 qt in order to be sure you don't boil the pan dry. I love All Clad but am not willing to pay the price. I find Emerilware to be a fantastic alternative. I haven't been able to find this steamer in a store so I'm thrilled to find that Amazon has it. Great for veggies.
- This product is listed with the Emerilware Stainless wok. It is not a steamer assessory for the wok. Rip off advertising by amazon. Emerilware Stainless 12-Inch Wok
- Emerilware is a great stepping-stone in cookware between the common store bought stuff and the extravagantly priced All-Clad type cookware. It is perfect for me. As a matter of fact I Like the slightly lighter weight of the Emeril line as apposed to the All-Clad. The only thing that I don't like is that I noticed the newer pieces from the last six months or so is made overseas. I don't recall that they were before. This steamer fits the 3-quart lidded casserole pan and 3-quart saucepan perfectly. It also fits the 2-quart saucepan but as another reviewer mention it does not leave much water in the bottom of the pan. I do wish that the emerilware line would come up with a double boiler with the same configuration as the steamer.
- Like the product, but amazon screwed me out of the 30 dollar bonus for signing of for their card, they have sent me through more hoops than dumbo to try and get my money.

- I have been using this for several years now. I have been real happy with it. At introduction , it was an incredible value. Higher now,but still a good value in premium cookware.I like the stainless for most things, but have a few pieces of nonstick too. Both great.
- I did a lot of research before purchasing the sauce pan. It was purchased to complete a set of cookware previously purchased. It is the best and will be in use for many years.
- I'll start by saying I'm not an Emeril fan in the slightest, nor a fan of "celebrity chef endorsed" products, so I was prepared to hate this pan. But I love it! It is made by All-Clad and combines all the features you wished All-Clad would combine in any one of their many lines of cookware - full core construction, a copper disk in the bottom and that rolled lip.
That rolled lip is vastly superior to All-Clad's usual square-cut lip (it's been a mystery to me why All-Clad doesn't roll the lip on their entire line-up). I had misgivings about the glass lids. Yet these are sturdy (watch those metal lid-handles, they get hot! Always use a pot holder to lift the lid! Said he, having learned that one the hard way).
These heat evenly and predictably. As this is a small, 1 quart size, I'm usually making something delicate in it - I've had no problems with scorching or burning - the pan is easily controlled.
Clean-up is easy - I toss mine in the dishwasher and the pan takes that in stride. The copper disk darkens from that but comes right back with a quick swipe of metal cleaner/polish or Barkeeper's Friend. Someday, I want a kitchen-full of this stuff.
- I replaced my old Cuisinart Everyday set of pots and pans last year with the full Emerilware set of pots and pans, and could not be more pleased with this purchase. It was missing a few key pieces that I use frequently, including the little one quart saucier, I could not even find this little one in the stores, and I think the $40 price tag is a bit high (considering I only paid $100 for the 10 piece set last year at an After Thanksgiving Day sale). The copper core is really durable and conducts heat well and evenly
- I had 44 year old Revere Wear that no longer worked on my ceramic cook top. Emerilware is terrific. Works at a much lower temp! Cleans like a charm. I love it.

- Used the pan for about 3 month now, so far it's working like brand new. The non-stick on the pan works wonderfully without any scratches or sticky parts.
Pros:
*Non-stick really works well, nothing sticks to it and very easy to clean.
*A bit heavier than normal $10-$20 range pans.
*Looks wonderful - A man's gotta look good even when wearing aprons and doing the cooking!
*Heats up very evenly, great for pancakes or scrambled eggs.
Minor complaint:
The handle is not suppose to heat up. Even with medium heat, the part that is close to the pan does heat up considerably and can burn if not careful.
- I bought this fry pan because we were looking for a small pan for single serve cooking and small batch sautéed food. The nonstick coating is fabulous! Nothing sticks whatsover and it's a great size for cooking small amounts of food like sautéed onions or a single scrambled egg. I would recommend it to anyone looking for something similar.

- Does just what you want it to do. Great for cooking eggs for 1 or 2 people. Super easy to clean. Handle stays cool, nonstick is indeed nonstick. All-Clad is no bargain, but I think you get good value for the money. No warping, consistent even hear across the cooking surface of the pan, easy to clean, and a truly stay-cool handle. And lasts well for years.
- Not only is All Clad stainless cookware superb, the nonstick is superb as well! I am not a fan of nonstick in general however I make an exception with fry pans. Eggs and cheese are just so much healthier when they are cooked with less oil. That being said I have the 7, 8 & two of the 10 inch All Clad nonstick fry pans and I couldn't be happier with them. I have 2 of the 10 inch so I can make two 3 egg omelets at the same time. I find the 10 inch is perfect for 3 eggs, my husband and I prefer our omelets loose or slightly runny versus dry and this is a great size for that, it is also great for several scrambled eggs or breakfast sausage. The 8 inch is perfect for a 2 egg omelet or scrambled eggs and the 7 inch is perfect for 1 or 2 eggs or sausage. The 7" is a great fry pan for just about any small item you could imagine. You will love it!
All Clad fry pans (and the entire All Clad cookware collection) are first class, top quality, well made, designed to last and come with a lifetime warranty. Make sure you only use silicone (my choice), nylon or wooden utensils and hand wash only. The hand washing is a breeze since this nonstick collection is made so well... All Clad makes more sense for your wallet and the environment and wouldn't you rather use "crème de la crème" professional quality cookware than junk? I know I would! Highly recommended! A+++!

- This was my one big cookware splurge. The shape, with a large surface area for reductions, and the small size appealed to me. Well, I used it once and now want all my cookware to be All-Clad!
