1. This design is one of the first floral pans Nordic Ware created. With very little effort it looks like great effort is taken. Perfect for use during Spring and Easter. It looks particularly nice made with a yellow cake with the center portion covered with chocolate icing with large chocolate chips (representing the sunflower seeds) pressed into the frosted middle. Pan preparation is the most important step so take a few minutes and do it right. Spray liberally with a cooking spray that contains flour like Bakers Joy then turn the pan upside down on a paper towel to drain out the excess. The another vital step is, once the cake is finished baking, let it cool upright in the pan 10-15 minutes (no shorter or longer) before turning the cake out onto a plate. Lastly, if you want the detail to really pop, use a light cake (yellow, white, spice, etc.) with a very thick batter -- there are many bundt cake recipes on the internet. If you use a cake mix without altering it for the bundt pan, some detail will be lost - so check for cake mix adaptations on the internet.



2. This high-quality pan is worth its price. It is beautiful enough to display; it molds perfect cakes. Any ordinary bundt recipe turns extraordinary. For smaller servings, you may wish to consider the mini bundt or muffin pans by Nordicware.

5. This is a fabulous cake pan. It is heavy and durable. The nonstick coating allowed me to just spray with oil, and the pound cake I made came out easily and looked beautiful. It makes an absolutely gorgeous presentation. If you like to bake, buy this pan!

1. Again, I was unable to find this item in any store. Finally, I found it online. They work great and my family feels like a 3-layer cake is "more" than a 2-layer cake!



2. These pans are basic, non-stick cake pans. They are nice pans at a nice price. For baking I will use these every time. I Have used this inexpensive bakeware for years. Never had a problem with it.



3. It is so hard to find 8 inch cake pans esp non stick. Baker's secret always provides a good product.

1. I recently moved across country, and had to forsake many of my possessions. "I can do without this biscuit pan," I thought, "I'll just stick them close together in a larger pan." Alas, Dear Reader, it just doesn't do the job. And so, I broke down and bought this replacement pan, and am so glad I did. Even if you only bake biscuits 4 times per year, you really should get this pan. It seems silly that the pan would make a big difference, but it does. It's the perfect size for baking one quantity of biscuits, and is even dark and would do well in a solar oven, all for less than 5 bucks. Now, who can ask for more than that?

1. I have been baking for years and long time ago I used the shiny bakeware, but since I started using the Calphalon bakeware I really like it much better. The pans are sturday and they heat evenly. You don't get hot spots like some other pans. They never, ever stick even without any oil or flour. I never grease them and my cakes just slide out aftr sitting fifteen minutes. You won't be disappointed with these.



2. Calphalon Classic Bakeware 9-Inch Round Nonstick Cake Pan is made of sturdy aluminumized steel and is thick enough to feel very solid. More importantly, the extra thickness will help heat spread evenly throughout the pan and prevent warping over time. The nonstick coating has worked very well so far and with proper care should continue to last for quite a few years. Calphalon does not recommend putting it in the dishwasher, but that is standard for nonstick products.
   
   My experiences with this baking pan so far have been completely positive. The baking does appear to be even throughout the pan and I've had no issue with the nonstick coating. The only thing I can't speak to is how it will perform over many years but it certainly seems very sturdy and durable so far. I can see no problems with it and recommend to anyone looking for a first class 9" cake pan.

1. This pan is great. The only flaw is it needs a heating core to cook thouroughly and you need to use a firm cake recipe. Neither of which is mentioned on the instructions.
