5 comments about Cuisinart Chef's Classic Nonstick Bakeware 13-by-9-Inch Cake Pan.
- We have had it for several months and this pan has met all of our expectations.
- Cuisinart is a name I trust. I have not been disappointed in any way with their cookware, bakeware, or appliances. This pan has been used several times since I purchased it, and it has worked equally well to roast meat or bake a cake. It is also easy to clean which is a plus.
- This is the best Cake pan ever! I bought 2 and thought it was not enough so I bought 2 more.. just in case they stop making them!
- I've had these for a few weeks now and they are nice and heavy, but we forgot one time and used a metal spoon and it scratched the finish already. The finish on the back/outside of the pan is already deteriorating as well, and we only handwash them. It is nonstick, but the instructions say to follow recipe directions and use nonstick spray or shortening or whatever if that's what the recipe says to do. I am not sure why because nothing seems to stick, but using the nonstick spray is starting to stain the pan already, and of course you can't use anything abrasive to get the stains off. Also, they certainly let the bottoms of some rolls burn, and some cookies got quite over done as well, so they sure don't stop that. I'm glad they were on sale and I bought them to replace the cheap crap I've always bought that is black and warped, so hopefully they will last.
- Owed myself some new pans and am I ever glad I got these. Very nice and heavy, great quality. Think these are the last that I will need, they feel like they will outlive me!

5 comments about Kaiser Bakeware Noblesse Nonstick Mini Springform Pans, Set of 4.
- I bought these last year, and they held up for the first few months.
At first i thought they were adorable, but after about 10 months, the paint on them started to peel away from the sides! I was horrified when I saw ( after baking a batch of cheesecakes for Sale) that the sides had pieces of black paint 'baked into the side!!
I would stick to Wilton pans the next time, this one is cute at first, but could get you sued in the end!
- I already owned a set of Wilton Mini Springform Pans, but wanted an extra set so more people could enjoy birthday cheesecake with me (with less work). The Wilton pans are fantastic-easy to clasp, easy to take apart, easy to put back together, easy to clean, study, and have held up perfectly after 10 years.
The new set of Kaiser Bakeware Noblesse Nonstick Mini Springform Pans is quite the opposite. The clasps are cheaply made. They're hard to open and close. My cheesecakes suffered some damage as I tried to release the pan sides. The two parts wouldn't detach completely at this stage-just enough to remove the cheesecake. When it came time to washing the pans, I had to use two hands at great force to separate the two pieces. When it came time to put them back together it took a lot of effort as well.
I would NOT suggest this brand to anyone. I do NOT expect these pans to last long. The clasp quality is poor. The pans did produce nice cheesecakes, but again, suffered damage upon removal from the pans. I have had great results on the past 10 years using the Wilton brand. So, I feel this review is significant. I bought this set on sale for $14.95, and the reason I chose this set over Wilton. I'll stick with Wilton for alll my springform pan needs in the future.
- I made traditional cakes with these pans for my daughter's birthday party. Each of the children decorated their own to take home. The pans worked great! I was a little disappointed to see a little rust show up after washing. This is my only bit of criticism.
- Bought as a gift for my wife, she makes a lot of cheesecakes that the two of us never finish. I thought it would be great to be able to make smaller ones, less waste. The quality of construction on these springform pans are very dissapointing. The top edge is rolled sheet metal and on three of the pans the edge is not rolled over all of the way. This creates a sharp edge that not only can cut fingers but also causes the sliding metal of the spring action to catch and jam, making the release very ineffective. Great idea, horrible execution.
- Cute and small. Perfect for a two person household. :-)
What I did not like is the plate. You actually have to keep the whole thing in your hand to get the plate into the right place and then close the clamp. They should have made the small pans like they did with the 7- or 9-inch pan.
Otherwise the pans work like a charm. The non-stick works perfectly. I`m happy but as I said, they could be better.

5 comments about Anolon Suregrip 5-Piece Bakeware Set.
- This is not some flimsy bakeware set. Each piece has some weight behind it. They are very solid. Non-stick coating seems to withstand scratching from utensil use very well. I like this set so much, I ordered another. This set should not disappoint anyone.
- Very good quality. Will not be able to find a similar product anywhere for under $20.
- The first thing I noticed with this set is that they are heavy-duty and after using a few times I appreciate how easy they are to clean. I have thrown out the old baking sheets and pans and will only use these.
- I love this bakeware, so heavy and will not warp or twist. What a deal, I like Analon way better for all my cookware, better than the other big price brand! I bought a pan with a lid from the "other" brand that starts with "C" and the lid handle got as hot as the pan!! Over $100.00
for a sauce pan and I can't use the lid!!!
Analon is the bomb!
- When we first got the Anolon bakeware set we really liked it. It appeared to be high quality, with a thick non-stick coating, and grips on the ends molded with "Anolon"
However, after a couple of months several pans started to develop a few spots of rust. Now that we've had the pans for 6 months they have large spots of rust everywhere. The rust is not only on the inside, but also on the outside, bottom, sides, and at the place where the metal folds over. Although the non-stick coating appears to be thick, I can't tell if it thins and then the underlying pan rusts, or if it is rusting from the inside out.
I've attached the three rusty photos. 2 showing the rectangular pan (front and back) and 1 showing the cookie pan (back).

- paid for 2 day shipping but received the very next day. pan exactly as described with decorating ideas. perfect!
- I used this cake pan to make my daughters 6th birthday cake. I have absolutely no cake decorating skills and I was able to replicate the cake on the insert with no difficulty. I would recommend, that in addition to using shortening to coat the pan, also use flour. My cake came out great!
- The Wilton Crown cake pan is ideal for themed parties. My major use of the pan will be for a King/Queen crown with the baby inside, decorated in Mardi Gras Colors. This pan is the same high quality of the other Wilton products. Instructions for several ideas on decorating are included.

5 comments about Chicago Metallic Gourmetware Nonstick Checkerboard Cake Pan Set.
- I mistakenly thought that the checkerboard pans could also be used separately as baking pans. WRONG. The pans are quite shallow and aren't as nonstick as one would wish. The actual checkerboard pan is ingenious though, but I care naught for such a cake and returned the pans.
Also, upon shipment, all the pans were stuck hard into each other. It took some time to pull them apart.
- I recently purchased 3 sets of these checkerboard cake pans. I baked 9 (half inch) layers to make a Praline Doberge cake. It came out wonderful. I love these little pans. They also are great to bake my biscuits in. I stack them for storage by putting a napkin between each pan (keeps them from sticking together)
- I was very disappointed with this product. When it arrived, the pans were dented in and the plastic ring had one leg broken off. The overall quality of the cake pans was very cheap and flimsy. I returned them the next day and ended up finding good quality ones at my local Michael's craft store for $12.99. Think twice before buying this product and then decide otherwise.
- I do love the checkerboard cake pans! The only thing i'd like is for them to have more than one plastic insert. I know, none of the sets do, but it's still a pain to have to wash it between filling each pan!
- Be aware, first of all, that the non-stick pans are dark in color, so you may want to adjust your oven temperature down a few degrees. I did not use the recipe on the back of the box; instead, I adapted another recipe I like. The results were a bit disappointing, though the checkered pattern was indeed amusing. The cake turned out a bit dry, and that's why I recommend a temperature adjustment. I plan to try doing an ice cream thing with the pans this summer. My other comment on these pans is that it's difficult to pour the batter in the proper places without using a tapered ladle - or even WITH a tapered ladle. But it can be done.

5 comments about Nordic Ware Deluxe Bundt Cake Keeper.
- While this product is a perfect size for storing a cake, it is not good quality. The base of the cake keeper began cracking after only a few uses. The crack quickly grew larger, and I had to throw it out. Don't waste your money.
- I love my cake keeper, like all cake keepers I don't try and carry it around by the lid regardless of how well it "locks" into place. But when it comes to presentation and storage this product is great. With it I can keep a cake on my table for a good week without the cake drying out and getting stale, plus it looks great.
- I bought this even though there had been some harsh reviews for it. It's really nice and a guarantee for 5 years. I love it.
- I read the reviews, and was a bit concerned by the comments regarding the fragility, and durability of these Cake Keepers. But.......................................... I have 2 of them, and am ordering a third!
These are lovely, easy to use, keep your cakes ( or Meringue or Cream Pies ) very fresh , and are so much lighter than the glass cake keepers.
I do not plan on using the dishwasher to clean these, and will not allow sharp knives to be used upon the surface of the tray portion.
I am very impressed with the quality, and beauty of these Nordic Ware items. Nordic Ware has always provided fine quality, and beautiful baking objects.
There is also a rectangular cake keeper in this same Nordic Ware series. I highly recommend it, as it is perfect for Brownies, flat cakes, loaf cakes, cookies, etc.
HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!! You MUST try at least one of these!
- This is a great cake keeper/carrier! I would definitely buy another one ... would give it 5 stars except it scratches fairly easily.

- This pan is a durable, heavy duty baking pan. The size is perfect for the task. The interior coating makes it easy to remove baked items and clean.
- After receiving these pans I am once again convinced Chicago Metallic makes a great product. Heavy duty, perfect size for baking terrific biscotti. Although, there are many items that can be baked in this pan! I truly recommend the product.
- I have enjoyed baking biscotti in these pans, they are a very good quality and I recommend them highly.
- Very heavy duty and more durable than typical cookie sheet. Very pleased with the product and the outcome of my biscotti. Highly recommended.

- used this for the first time for a birthday cake, it was a huge success, made me look like a real baker of cakes
high quality metal, non stick
would recommend it to anyone interested in a fun cake
- This cake pan set is beautiful, and works well for beautiful cakes, very impressive at parties.Wilton Checkerboard Cake Pan Set
- I've only made a "candy corn cake" (found in the Wilton 2006 Cake Decorating Yearbook, pg. 42) so far, and it turned out pretty good. I made the cake from scratch, and the batter was thinner than a cake mix. The color rings weren't as exact as in the picture, but it still looked pretty good! I can't wait to make more cakes!
- Excellent product. time consuming but is all worth it!!!!
beautiful outcome

2 comments about Calphalon Classic Bakeware 10-Inch Round Nonstick Angel Food Cake Pan.
- Calphalon Classic Bakeware 10-inch round nonstick angel food cake pan was exactly what I needed. I have a Jewish Apple Cake that I make, and I needed this type of pan. I had to give away my old pan and get a new one because I have Celiac Disease. Anything that had flour in it had to be given away. It has been a long process. I could not find this pan locally. I tried making the cake in a 2 piece angel food pan. What a mess! It leaked out the bottom all over the place. So, I love my new pan. It solved the problem and works wonderfully!
- I didn`t realise it was so heavy. Shipping costs to South America a three times the price of the product.
On the other side it is a great product.
