1. Very unhappy with this product. No instructions with it. No way for insert to lock into pan. Caused my Christmas cake to leak all over the inside of my new oven. Pan is so bad I threw it away.

1. I bought this Springform pan for a specific recipe, I usually use the 9", but needed the 10". Since I didn't think I would need it much I got the 'cheaper' model. It worked for the recipe, but when I went to put it away it was warped and would not fit back together. I handwashed it and so it must have warped from the heat of the oven, which, for something you plan to use in the oven is not a good thing!! I returned it and will try another brand.



2. I love to cook as a hobby, A means to relax and eat a great meal.
   
   I found the Patisse springform pan easy to clean, easy to use, and has a tight seal rim. It has not oozed through 7 cheesecakes and two layered cakes.

1. Maybe I'm doing something wrong but when I've used this product to make cheesecake, I've found that the silicon slips easily off the base when handling it.
   
   This happened when I went to remove the produce off the baking sheet it rested on when in the oven. It had been freshly removed, so the cheesecake was still "molten" and perhaps I should've waited to it cooled further before seeking to put it on a wire rack for cooling. I attempted to lift if from the base (not the handles) but it just slipped right off of the base.
   
   I like the concept and will try to use it again for cheesecake. In the meanwhile, it should be good as a cold mold....



2. I've owned many springform pans in the past 22 years, and I am so excited to use this one, after receiving it earlier in the week. Now I have to buy one for my sister, who loves to cook almost as much as I do.
   I was surprised to see that it didn't leak, it sealed well and the cleanup was easy. I encourage you to look past the price (which is somewhat higher than regular sprinform pans) and spring for this item. It won't rust, the coating won't "peel off" and the base can be put in the dishwasher without fear of rusting, warping or being scratched. I am so happy to have found this. Whoever came up with this idea is a genius!!

1. Im very pleased with Nordic ware. This cathedral bundt pan makes a beautiful cake. I made a lemon pound cake for a friend of mine for Christmas, she, her children and guests were in awe. I used Pam spay for baking on the interior surface. No problems. Take care of your Nordic Ware and it will serve you well.
