- Im very pleased with Nordic ware. This cathedral bundt pan makes a beautiful cake. I made a lemon pound cake for a friend of mine for Christmas, she, her children and guests were in awe. I used Pam spay for baking on the interior surface. No problems. Take care of your Nordic Ware and it will serve you well.

- I made mini toffee bundt cakes and nothing stuck. I bought 2 and well worth the buy.
- I have used these at least 10 times since I received them and they are excellent.
- I bought this pan specifically for a molten lava cake I make, and it's perfect.

3 comments about Chicago Metallic Gourmetware Biscuit Pan.
- I recommend Chicago Metallic pans. I own quite a few including this one and they are all great!
- It's a great looking pan, heavy, bakes great and the surface does not scrath.
- This pan looked smaller when it arrived and was labeled as a "biscuit pan". The pan is very sturdy and when baking make sure you follow the instructions i.e. lower the oven temp by 25 deg, and check at least 10 min earlier than the recipe calls for. Very rapid baker! This pan baked up awesome brownies from the recipe included !
Might want to avoid spraying pan. Nothing bad happens, just really not needed.
I am completely satisfied with this pan, and am glad I added this to my Chicago Metallic collection.

- I bought this to send a cake to my husbands work place for his birthday.
It worked really well - as expected. Super easy to clean, and lid held on tight.

3 comments about NordicWare Violet Bundt Pan.
- Nordic Ware's Violet Bundt Pan makes an absolutely stunning presentation; criss-crossed with tendrils and ringed with a base of raised-detail violet leaves, the top of the cake is sprinkled with a ring of raised violets. The details show off particularly well when using unglazed cakes (a dusting of powdered sugar on darker cakes or a dusting of cocoa on lighter cakes will bring out the details). This is always a showstopper when I make my signature Mexican Fudge Pecan Cake from The Pastry Queen: Royally Good Recipes from the Texas Hill Country's Rather Sweet Bakery & Cafe, and people always think that my cakes made in the Violet Bundt came from some upscale bakery. Pricey, but it's made in the USA and will be a faithful friend for years.
- Be aware that you need to use a spray on non-stick oil product. There are a TON of nooks and crannies in the pan. That said, it's still a breeze to clean.
- I love making bundt cake (and eating it too). This pan has such a lovely, intricate design. It browns evenly, and comes out very easily as well. I'm quite pleased.

- Nice construction, good non-stick performance. I especially like the wide lip - makes it easy to pick up with oven mitts. Great value for the price.
- I've been using this cake mold for many times and it still is very sturdy. I love it!
- I ordered this pan to make a pumpkin shaped cake for my son's birthday, and it worked great. I made 2 separate carrot bundt cakes in this pan, stacked them together, iced with orange cream cheese frosting, molded a "stem" out of caramel, and added some decorative leaves on top. Looked exactly like a pumpkin! The cakes came out of the pan easily- no sticking.

- This pan appears to be of high quality but it is a two-piece, something I have no use for. The description should have indicated this. I am sending it back frustrated. If I knew how to get one of these pans to cook a cake without leaking, I am sure it would get a much higher rating.

- If it were a real house, this structure would have been condemned! I suppose, given there were instructions on how to repair damage, I should not have been surprised when three of the six pieces of this gingerbread house came severely damaged. It did make for an entertaining few days as we struggled to get the pieces to remain intact once they were repaired, even calling upon my son-in-law who is a contractor to help shore up the collapsing house. But I'll never buy one of these kits again - think I'll stick with using graham crackers. I will say, though, that the amount of icing was more than adequate and the candy plentiful.
- I ordered five gingerbread houses for our Special Events Committee to use as decoration at our annual employee Christmas party. We each took a house and gave it our own touch. Some took them home to decorate with their children, some did not. The results were unanimous - everyone loved it! All of the products arrived intact, and the instructions were very clear. I liked them so much I ordered five of my own to give as gifts. We would order again in a heartbeat! Just make sure that when making the frosting to make it the consistency of "thick toothpaste."
- This is honestly the worst, most difficult, and messiest gingerbread house kit I have had the unfortunate experience of dealing with. The kids will probably have a good time.... if they're 2. Honestly, stay away. The frosting has a very bitter taste, and make your own frosting. Gross. Yeah, a good product if your a professional cake decorator that wants to decorate the smallest gingerbread house ever. Honestly, it's a joke of a product. Deserves a zero.
