  1. Everyone was impressed with the cake. It looks really nice sprinkled with powdered sugar(snow). I was impressed with the quality of the pan itself. A nice weight not thin aluminum

  1. Just darling, can hardly wait to use them. Very nice transaction.

  2. When I found a recipe for mini-pumpkin cheesecakes, I knew I had to buy some mini-springform pans. The nonstick feature on this set makes them perfect for any recipe. When you receive them, you will think they are the most adorable kitchen item you have ever seen.

The pans are easy to close and release as they have a nice large clamp on the sides. This makes them perfect for mini cheesecakes. Molten chocolate cakes also sound delicious. For a party, you might want to order more than one box. These pans fit nicely on a baking sheet and you could bake six to a sheet. You could adapt your recipe so you fill these less and then they would make 1 elegant serving per guest for a party.

I was surprised not to find recipes included with the pans, but there are plenty of recipes you could adapt. Just keep the temperature the same and decrease the time. The recipe I have was in the Sunset magazine and called for 10 "tart" pans (4 1/2 inch wide with removable rims). The cheesecakes bake at 325 degrees for 20-25 minutes so that might give you an idea of how you can adapt your own recipe.

  1. This was a neat little cake pan for my little girls hula themed birthday party. We ended up adding malted milk balls for coconuts. Don't think you'll ever get is to look like the picture unless you are experienced in cake decorating and take hours out of your day to complete it.

  1. This is the perfect size springform pan for smaller cheesecakes and dinner menus. Heavier weight for better heat distribution.

  2. This product bakes and cleans up just as well as the Noblesse professional grade pan. I use it about 15 times each week in my at-home bakery.

  3. The internal dimension on this pan is 7 1/2 inches, not 8. Just in case it matters (it did to me, but I'm using it anyway because I kept it too long to return it).

  1. I purchased this pan after reading several reviews on different websites. At times, I have had trouble with other bundt-type pans completely releasing the cakes, no matter how well I prepared the pan, but not with this Kaiser Bundform Pan. This pan never fails to release perfect cakes with a simple, elegant design. The slices can be cut at the already delineated angles, and the cake remains lovely after several pieces have been removed. Out of five bundt pans, the Kaiser is my favorite. This was also a great buy, as usual, from Amazon.com.

  1. I baked Ina Garten's Lemon Cake in this pan for the Holidays and it was not only a gorgeous cake it was delicious..The cake came right out of the pan and I brushed the glaze on with a wide pastry brush...I own many many nordicware pans and this is one of my very favorites. In case your wondering..the pan is large but the cake recipe from Food Network was adequate to make a nice cake without doubling the recipe!...I also brushed the pan with shortning prior to flouring it and lowered the oven temp. to 325 Degrees and it came out a golden brown, just like the picture. If you do a lot of baking...this is a pan to add to your collection!..Thanks Amazon.

  2. I love making special cakes for holidays, and this was special. It came out a little dark but that was not the pan's fault. Anyway, with a little green and red sprinkles and a little icing, it was a treat. I am going to make several for gifts this Christmas. Oh, the pan was easy to handle and cleaned up fine.
