5 comments about Baker's Edge Nonstick Edge Brownie Pan.

  1. I bought this pan after reading a recommendation for it on someone's blog. I don't regret making this purchase, even though it took a little more organisation from England. I only regret not buying two pans.
The brownies come up beautifully. I can highly recommend the marbled brownies (brownie with cheesecake topping) that come as one of the suggested recipes in the packaging.

  2. AWESOME PAN!!!! If you love brownie edges then you'll love this pan because that's all you get are edges. May seem a little pricey but well worth the investment because you'll have it forever.

  3. Very happy!

Non stick, perfect edges, evenly baked...

    Need i say more?

  4. I bought this pan for my mom's birthday this year because she likes the crunchy corners. She was so excited when she got this pan! There are definitely more crunchy pieces but there are also plenty of softer pieces for those of us that like the not-so-crunchy edges. The little spatula that comes with the pan works wonderfully and the brownies don't stick at all. I even caught my mom pouring muffin mix in the pan and making muffin bars. This is a great pan!!

  5. I am very pleased with the product. It is a very heavy duty cast aluminum, bakes like a dream, and is very easy to clean. If you like the edge pieces on brownies, this is the pan you want to bake in.

5 comments about Wilton Giant Cupcake Pan.

  1. I have used this pan twice since I received it and had no problems. I use Pam with flour, spray the pan well and it comes out great. I filled the pans about 2/3 full and suggested in previous reviews and bake it about 50min. I used two cake mixes and used the extra for cup cakes. The cake came out done, not over done or under done. I would recomend this pan.

  2. Wilton Giant Cupcake Cast Pan I haven't tried my pan yet. It doesn't have any instructions on how to use it with a box cake mix. It only has 1 recipe with it so you have to try and figure out how to use it with your own recipies.

  3. Makes a fun cake! Hard to store and cut the cake (since it is so tall). I just bought a cheap deep tupperware container and turned it upside down to cover it. Other than that it is easy to use and everyone loves the shape!

  4. While this is a super cute idea, I made the mistake of trying this pan for the first time to make my daughters b-day cake. Couldn't get it out. Ruined the whole thing. Also, you definitely need 2 boxes of cake batter or double your usual rccipe to make one cake.

The other bummer is that the bottom of the cupcake cooks much faster than the swirly top so you sort of over bake the bottom waiting for the other side to get done. Bummer. I really love the idea, just hard to execute on...and I didn't even get to the frosting.

  5. I made this cake for my 2 year old's birthday. It was really cute and everyone loved it. Plenty of cake to go around because I made cupcakes too! Only problem was getting it out of the pan. Not easy to put a knife in around the edges because they are not straight, so when it came out, it wasn't perfect. However...still very cute and I will use it again and again!

5 comments about Norpro Mini Cheesecake Pan.

  1. This little pan is great - leaps and bounds above the mini-cupcake pans I used to use for mini-cheesecakes! I lost a couple of the bottoms, so I just shaped some Reynolds Release foil, since it's non-stick, into rounds to replace them. I smear a little butter in the well before I put the foil in so it sticks in there a little better, then pack in the crust. No leaks at all - hey, whatever works! :)

  2. This was just what I was looking for. Great value, great product, and it arrived within a couple of days.

  3. This is by far one of the best cheesecake pans I have ever owned! I was concerned the tarts would be difficult to remove from the pan, since tarts are so small -- but that is not the case at all. In fact, the cheesecakes slide out with ease. The pan is also very easy to clean, which is a huge plus to me!!! Additionally, the pan is quite "heavy-duty" which I believe is what keeps the outcome consistent from batch to batch -- The cheesecake tarts I make bake beautifully every time! The only downside I can see is that the little inserts at the bottom of each section of the pan can be easily misplaced.

  4. This is "just okay"... I feel that it could be more secure on the bottom. The filling oozes out from the bottom no matter how secure I make it. I bought two and am doubly disappointed.

  5. The information contained within the box was not translated to English and is hysterical to read.

Otherwise, this is a great pan. It compares well to others ans I like having the stick out handles for easier removal from the stove.

1 comments about Wilton Guitar Cake Pan.

  1. This is a great pan... It came with a few pictures of different guitar styles to decorate the cake in and the details were really picked up by the cake. It is not nonstick though so be sure to use grease and flower. Other than that though... great pan. I've make an electric guitar and an acoustic guitar. Everybody loved them.

5 comments about Nordic Ware Castle Bundt Pan.

  1. This seller never delivered the item I ordered. He was evasive upon follow-up, and I had to rely upon Amazon's guarantee to get a refund!

  2. I baked a cake in this pan, and donated it to a children's Christmas party that my workplace was giving for mostly underpriviledged children. I was not able to attend, but a co-worker told me what a hit the cake was with the children, even though it only had powdered sugar sprinkled on it. She also told me that several just sat and stared at it before someone won it in a cake walk. I plan to bake several more specialty pan cakes for the party this year--another castle, a train, big boat, etc.

  3. The cakes come out pefect. I am very pleased with this product. It makes me look like I can bake.

  4. This pan makes a "totally cool" castle with very little work. As others suggested, I used cooking spray with flour in it and the cake easily came out of the pan in perfect condition. Decorate it as much or as little as you would like. I needed a simple way to make a castle cake for my son's birthday which followed very closely after the birth of his little brother and this was perfect! I know I'll be using this a lot!

  5. have not actually used it yet, but sure it will be great - great quality product -fun and professional quality, thanks

3 comments about Kaiser Bakeware La Forme Rectangular 9-by-13-Inch Springform Pan.

  1. Used two of these to make a cheesecake for my son's wedding cake, everyone loved it and the pans performed superbly, I bought them for much more than the $15 advertised today.

  2. The fact that you can cut on the base of the pan is a great advantage for serving. Handles 2 recipes of cheese cakes which is an advantage when cooking for a crowd.I also have a square pan of the same brand and find these pans to be of very high quality and value for money. The darker color compliments baking time as opposed to the reflective cheaper pans. A bonus is these pans are super easy to clean.

  3. We love our 13 x9 LaForme Springform from Kaiser. It is fantastic for bar cookies and layered cakes. The sides release from the pan and you can cut and serve right on the base. No more ruining the pan by cutting in it or destroying the brownies trying to get them out. I have never seen anything like this. What a great idea. Someone should have thought of this sooner.

5 comments about Norpro 9-Inch Stainless Steel Cake Pan.

  1. The cake pans are a good weight and size for the price paid. I have baked with them a few times and cakes turned out great! Stainless Steel is the only baking pans that I like to use.

  2. These pans are simply wonderful! Heavy and not thin. You can see and feel the high quality.

As a person who dislikes non-stick anything, trying to find stainless in the stores can be hard. I'm so pleased to have found a whole line of Norpro stainless bakeware!

You will not be sorry you bought these.

  3. All the Norpor stainless steel pans I've purchased are fantastic. Heavy gauge and high quality stainless

  4. I love these Norpro 9-Inch stainless steel pans. Much better than those non-stick ones. Easy to clean without worry of scratching the non-stick surface.

  5. The stainless steel cake pan is very nice addition to my home, it is a great size for a cake and much better performance than non stick toxic pans!

5 comments about Cuisinart Chef's Classic Nonstick Bakeware 9-Inch Springform Pan.

  1. This this leaked so badly that my cake turned into soup. I had even wrapped it with aluminum foil! I tried again, making sure that the bottom plate was placed correctly in the grooves, and filled it with water. Water ran all over the counter through two points in the base.

Lame!! This will be going back immediately...

  2. This pan is nice and heavy. I don't think it will dent so easily like my last pan. It is really no stick. I think it would have been better if I didn't grease it at all although I would still put parchment paper on the bottom like I always do.

  3. Have had no issues w/ this pan. Haven't used it w/ a water bath yet... that will be the test.

  4. Nice pan...no stick....cheesecake, my very first, came out perfectly. The pan was easy to use and seems to be a good quality.

  5. Cuisinart always has the right quality. My wife has an 11" and an 8" spring form pan but nearly all the recopies call for a 9" pan. So I got her one. Now the cakes and sponges will be the right thickness. Not to thin or to thick.

It did arrive with the bottom fitted inverted and it took an act of congress to convince her plain aluminum side went down and the Teflon side goes up. Other than that it was a good experience. Good cakes are the order at our house

5 comments about Baker's Secret 3-Piece Springform Value Pack.

  1. I hadn't been able to find these sizes - especially in a set - locally. There are times I need the smallest size to split a recipe in half so I was pleased to find a set that included it. I recently found one set under another brand where I shop frequently but the size range was in larger increments. I haven't tried the pans but don't expect them to have any problems with the occasional use that I will give them.

  2. Excellent for baking, very easy to unmold baked cakes and no bake cakes. They are perfect for my cheesecakes

  3. I bought this value pack along with a Kaiser La Forme springform pan and let me tell you, the Kaiser La Forme Springform pan is way better in terms of everything but price. This value pack is only attractive because you get more for a low price. The springform pans feel a TINY bit flimsy as compared to the Kaiser La Forme pan. The clasp part is what I didn't like. I had to align the bottom pan at just the right position to the springform pan before I could correctly clasp the whole pan shut - takes skill and about a minute (it only takes about 3 seconds with the Kaiser La Forme pan). I would only recommend this pan for bakers on a budget, or budding bakers who are just experimenting with baking. Before buying, go to a department store that has both brands that I mentioned and try the pans out. You'll know what I mean. Overall, these springform pans will do their job and it's definitely a good price.

  4. I recently got these pans and baked with the 8" inch for the first time- it didn't leak like my other springform pan and my chocolate cake came out wonderful. The quality is good for the money- I thought it might be inferior since it was inexpensive. Great buy. I will use Amazon much, much more from now on. Thanks

  5. That says it all. They are every bit as good as others I've bought for four times the price.
