1. If you are trying to stay away from non-stick backware this is an awesome choice. Pampered Chef should make one! The interior finish does crackle with use, but it doesn't effect the quality of the release. Make sure you pre-soak the pan as indicated in the instuctions if you want a crisp crust.



2. If you like bread with a good crust, this is the deal for you. I've baked three different recipes in this in the last week and all have been really good. I just ordered another. [in case you doubt my belief in it]



3. OMG - this is the third loaf I've baked since receiving this bread baker and it's amazing. This loaf is HUGE! no sticking it pops out of the baker like magic. I like free form artisian loaves but this is the bomb. This baker makes bigger and better risen loaves than placing a free-form loaf (same recipe) on my pre-heated stone. I am impressed and for everyday baking....

1. Arrived Late and damaged at XMAS time. Receipient didn't send it back.
   Took a loss on this one.



2. This loaf pan was great. I made pumpkin raisin bread, came out of the pan easily. The pan cleaned up easily also. Corningware holds up nicely also.



3. The extra depth and weight of this loaf dish make it easy to let breads rise higher (without going over) and the stoneware makes it bake very evenly. It is easy to get stuff out (I use a little PAM).
   I bought two and I am very pleased.
   (Plus they are attractive enough to server in!)



4. This loaf dish is great for baking banana nut bread or any other of your choice. I especially like it when I cook a meat loaf as it doesn't stick as on other loaf pans I have. In my busy days, I need dishes that don't need a lot of scrubbing.



5. If you are serious about baking bread, then this is the loaf pan for you. They are slighly larger than the normal glass loaf pan. Although you may find a less expensive glass loaf pan, this perform very well and will hold those recipes that tend to go over the top of a small loaf pan. They are more expensive that other glass pans, but nothing beats a hot loaf of bread coming out of the oven, done to perfection, and these loaf pans are great.

1. We gave this pan as a gift because we like ours so much.
   It's a great reason to have meatloaf - the grease drains away and cleanup is easy.



2. I am very pleased. I received this item without any problems. I have used this item already without much fuss. Now if I could just get the pan to cook and clean for me ;-)



3. I've got two of these pans. This pan is a MUST for anyone who cooks meatloaf! I've had mine for over 5 years and I've never had a problem with it. It's amazing to see how much grease actually drips to the bottom of the pan. I gave one to a friend who loves meatloaf and was always complaining about all the grease left behind in her old pans. And she LOVES it too.

1. I really like this pan...it is heavy and definitely will not warp...the silicone handles on the edges and the extra large rims make taking this item out of the oven very easy....the only negative I have is that I used a metal...probably my fault....spatula to take out a piece of meatloaf and it scratched the bottom....I was surprised at this, because I didn't think I pressed that hard to get such a noticeable scratch....nylon or silicone would have prevented this most likely.

1. I used this pan extensivly during the holidays and it performed better than my favorite stainless Revere-wear pan. Nothing stuck in it. Loosten the sides and the loaf came right out, even date loaf. I'll probably buy another to make perfect pairs.



2. It's very nice that the dimensions are embossed on the pan but can you tell us what those dimensions are?
