5 comments about Chicago Metallic Professional Nonstick Perforated Baguette Pan.
- I use this to make the Best Bread Ever by Charlie VanOver. He recommends not putting it on the stone if using a convection oven. Very good results.
- The product met all of my expectations and I'm glad I purchased both the baguette and french bread pans. Highly recommend.
- Great pan! I bake bread twice a week, and I have found this perforated pan of a great help in accomplishing crispy crust. The baguettes come out evenly baked, and the crust "sounds" professionally. The pan is very easy to clean overall with the exception of the holes, but if you use it as much as I do, don't expect it to look new very long :) I highly recommend it.
- Just as advertised and works perfectly. I have had no sticking problems but I use very light flour rather than oil when shaping baguettes. I have not had to spray the pan, though I don't think it would hurt. Using and egg wash (as I do) does clog some of the perforations if you use enough to run under the loafs. They almost all come clean in the dishwasher. A quick touch up with a toothpick takes care of the rest. If you use dough that is too soft or too wet it will sink into the perforations but if the dough is right it's not a problem. Be sure to reduce temperature/cooking time by 50 degrees (f) and 5 minutes are you can use them as ball bats.
- This pan is great! It made excellent sourdough baguettes. They browned nicely and were nice and crunchy. I just sprayed with pam and there wasn't any sticking. Clean up is easy, too. Put it in the dishwasher. I'll be buying the french bread pan next!

5 comments about Chicago Metallic Professional Nonstick Perforated French Bread Pan.
- I LOVE this pan! I bought this along with the baguette pan as I was getting frustrated with bread coming out flat. These pans solved the problem. Every single time, I get perfect loaves. The pans are easy to clean, and I have never had an issue with the dough getting stuck in the holes. I always let my bread rise in an oiled bowl, so perhaps that helps. Do pay attention to the cooking time. The instructions that come with the pans recommend that you cook at 25 degrees less than the recipe calls for - I have found this to be correct. Also, cooking time is shortened - at least in my electric oven - by about 5 minutes on average. If you love bread, you will love these pans.
- Good pans. I use them to make gluten free french bread. Love the crispy crust!
- Another great product from one of my favorite kitchen ware companies. Recommend Chicago Metallic products.
- I also own the Baguette pan, and I wonder how I lived without these pans before. I bake bread twice a week and I was trying to accomplish the bakery-like crispy crust, while having the professional look, too. You will never have flattened breads, and you will love the evenly baked loaves. I get many compliments for my bread, and the crust "sounds" professionally now. The pan is very easy to clean overall with the exception of the holes, but if you use it as much as I do, it won't look new very long :)
You will never regret you got it.
- Love the french loaf bread pan. Works like a dream. Both daughters would like one as well. Great for gluten free bread.

5 comments about Cuisinart Chef's Classic Nonstick Bakeware 9-Inch Loaf Pan.
- This pan works amazingly well. Heat is well distributed and bakes bread evenly. No need to even grease/oil the pan, as the bread always just pops right out.
- The Cuisinart Classic loaf pan is absolutely fantastic. We are trying to eat healthier and our last bread pan ruined our loaves. The non-stick surface of this pan needs just a wee bit of oil and, voila, out pops a perfect loaf of bread! The pan is a good deal at this price.
- Love..Love..Love these pans!!
I bought two of these pans as most recipes for loaves take two pans.
The very first time I baked lemon cakes in these they came out Spectacular!...Golden tops..evenly baked...I could not be happier...after that ...I went looking for more pieces of this bakeware...bought 4...9 inch rounds on a 4 for 3 and gave two as gifts...If you are looking to replace your bakeware..give some serious thought to this line...its heavy duty, and very well made!
- This is a very nice heavy pan that is completely non stick. I would recommend it for anyone that wants a good heavy pan.
- Works great, pleasure to use, heavy duty.

5 comments about Pyrex Bakeware Sculptured Loaf Dish, Clear with Blue Lid.
- My son gave me these for Mother's day. One for Lasagna(rectangle), Brownies (square), baked beans or casseroles and bread. Love them! Love them! The tops work great and easy to remove for old fingers. I am matchie matchie and I have tops too! Who says pretty has to be stupid!
- It's an excellent product, convenient for storage after backing, and easy to clean. Good for meatloaf fan.
- I'm reviewing the 9"x4.5" loaf dishes. Amamzon has them listed as two different sizes which made it confusing. I decided to order them anyway. They arrived in time and I've already used them. They are sturdy and work great to make bread in. Highly recommended.
- This is my favorite loaf pan. Great quality, looks nice and is very easy to clean. The lid fits perfect and stays air tight. You will love this loaf pan. I am ordering 2 more!
- I gladly would rate it 4.5 Stars for it Does The Job Required! I bought this Pyrex for the sole purpose of baking the Irish Bread I bought from amazon. Tasty bread, by the way. The Pyrex Bakeware Sculptured Loaf Dish with Lid had the exact specifications required in the bread package, the right measures and after reading the wonderful reviews and seeing the great price, I bought it. So far it has been used a couple of times and it works like it should. No complaints and the reason I do not rate it a Perfect 5 Stars is just because, I guess. 4.5 Stars for this practical, highly efficient Pyrex Bakeware!

5 comments about Chicago Metallic Commercial 1-1/2-Pound Loaf Pan.
- Top top quality, heavy construction, durable, keeps its shape in the heat, non-stick but doesn't use any coating (I hate coating), made of metal/aluminum so it doesn't corrode or get stained. You can simply feel the top quality of these pans. Best pans you'll even own.
Great for Challa, and any type of bread.
- I have been baking bread for over 20 years and finally decided to treat myself to a commercial grade pan, hey the kids have left so why not spend their inheritance!
Over the years I have used a lot of pans from inexpensive tinplate loaf pans to the good quality non stick pans. This pan ROCKS. Bakes evenly with consistently even brown crust. Great results every time.
I have not had any problems with bread sticking in the pan. I spay the pan lightly and the bread literally falls out after baking. I agree with one reviewer that the folds at the ends of the pan can be a bit of a "pain" (get the pun) when you clean the pan but like they said just use a soft toothbrush to loosen any residue and problem solved (this isn't required all the time).
Chicago Metallic makes a great product .... treat yourself and get this pan.
Highly recommended.
- All of my reviews on the Chicago Metallic bakeware are going to look much the same. The performance of all is great. They all have nooks and crannies that are difficult to keep clean.
But, boy this stuff can cook.
- If you are into serious breadmaking or you simply want to purchase only once in your lifetime, this is the one for you. I've had various pans over the years, but I've never had one of this quality. There is a weight and heft to it that is reassuring.
- Just as advertised, the loafs that comes out of here brown evenly and rise higher than in the typical non stick bakeware. For the money, don't bother asking "Should I?". The answer is "Do it and you won't regret it!" Remember, its a commercial loaf pan, that's why bakeries don't buy non stick.

5 comments about Nordic Ware Scottish Scone/Cornbread Pan.
- I ordered the scone pan wondering if it would make much of a difference in ease of preparation. Yes,it does. No worrying about measuring amounts of dough. You just add more liquid to the batter, yours or a King Arthur mix, fill the sections of the pan and bake. Presto! Perfect scones!
- Very happy with purchase. I had one but needed another for all the scones I bake.
- This pan is the greatest. I put a cornbread mix in the pan and it worked out perfect. It was the best. Next I will make scones. I know they will be perfect also. Nordic is a good brand I have never bought a pan that wasn't to my liking. Make the perfect scones every time.
- When my cravings for scones recently went unfulfilled due to some crazy city wide scone shortage conspiracy, I decided to take matters into my own hands and bake my own.
While searching Amazon for a scone cookbook, I stumbled upon this pan. I received it for a Christmas gift and have used it several times since. I love it. The cookbook I use doesn't call for a scone pan but asks you to lay the dough in a circle on a buttered cookie sheet and cut them yourself. Even though this pan is non-stick, while making my first batch I struggled with whether or not I should butter the pan to avoid it sticking. I ended up not buttering the pan and when I realized how sticky the batter was, I was sure I was going to have broken scones. I was wrong.
I can't believe how easy the scones pop out of the pan. They come out so clean the pan looks like it hasn't been used. The pan is heavy duty, it cooks evenly, washes up nicely and I have absolutely no complaints.
I was worried about having to adjust cooking time and temperature as my cookbook recipes didn't call for the pan, but the scones cooked perfectly and needed no adjustments. I couldn't be more pleased with this pan. I look forward to adding the NordicWare 03337 Cast-Aluminum Mini-Scone Pan to my collection. Happy Baking!

5 comments about Baker's Secret Basics Nonstick Petite Loaf Pan.
- This Baker's Secret 8-hole square muffin (or mini-loaf) pan is great. It conducts heat extremely well, so baking is even and quick. I made cranberry-blueberry muffins with almond meal mixed into the flour, which can be heavy if the mixture is over worked, so I folded the liquid in as lightly as possible. Delighted with the results - the muffins rose very well in my fan forced oven. The pan is like new after washing and I used a nylon brush which easily took every speck off the non stick surface. Easy, just like it says on the label. It's no secret: I'm telling everyone my muffins are great because of my new pan.
- This mini loaf pan works very well for me. I would recommend it to anyone.
- This is the perfect size for two. Mini loaves for those specialty breads....make and freeze and bring out throughout the year. Great for empty nesters who won't be cooking large family meals anymore. I'm glad I found this pan!
- We bought this item in a hope to cut down out meatloaf baking time and it does just that. It also allows us to customize each loaf to the particular tastes of our children or guests. The non-stick surface really works well. Can't wait to try it on individual bread loaves.
- i am looking forward to using my mini loaf pans, when ever they get here. i was in hope shipping methods for this product be quicker, all products i have bought have arrived in geat time just couple days, this products taking almost two weeks. to which i could be using now. otherwise i am sure i'll be well pleased. susanna/nana so c

5 comments about Chicago Metallic Professional Mini Loaf Pan Set/4.
- I use these pans every week to make gluten-free, casein-free (GFCF) breads. I use the Breads from Anna mix. One bag makes 3 full mini loaves. We've found that the bread is much better in these little pans than in the regular loaf pans...it doesn't dry out as much. The pans clean up easily in the dishwasher too.
(more on GFCF cooking at http://gfcfblog.blogspot.com)
- At first , I thought the pans would be too small, but they will accomodate a full recipe of yeast bread with nice rounded tops that fit in plastic bags for storage. The problem with baking bread in the 9" pans is that it is hard to find bags for storage.
- Whoops! I didn't realize these were non-stick until after they'd been opened. Haven't used them and don't plan on using them. But they look nice, so I'm sure they'll be great for you if you don't mind the nonstick thing.
- The quality of these pans are superb and we had a need for a specific size and after checking all the local stores and the internet these were the only ones we found and so pleased we did as they exceeded our expectations. They are awesome.
- These mini loaf pans are very good quality and honestly, they bake my breads just as well (if not better) than my expenisve set of Caphalon mini pans. Really! I could not believe the price that Amazon is selling them for. I figured there must be some sort of hitch. But no, it's just a really fine deal. I would suggest even purchasing 2 sets if you do not currently own any mini loaf pans. Most recipes I make are a perfect fit for 5 mini loaf pans (even though the recipe says 4 - I don't like my breads to rise very much over the top). And at this price - 2 sets is still inexpensive! I very much recommend these.

-
So THIS is how people who make that nice,easy-slicing good-in-sandwiches meatloaf do it. Drains all the grease out and leaves in the flavor of good lean hamburger (no matter what grade you use). Stick with beef, though...not the loaf pan you want for ground turkey or chicken, which has almost no fat content to begin with. The recipe it comes with is really good no matter what kind of meat you use.
- I had one of those cheaper meatloaf pans from one of the catalogs. It worked until it rusted! So I knew the concept worked and that the meatloaf was wonderful, that I could feel good about serving it to my family and know that the fat was reduced. Well I tossed the rusty pan went online and started my search, I found this pan and it was at a department store, or so I thought! When I went there they didn't sell this pan in store but I was able to see the quality of the brand. So I went home and ordered it that day. Well the day it got here I made a meatloaf. What a difference! This pan drained more of the fat, the meatload didn't stick to the pan at all. If you are looking for a meatloaf pan, this is a good and solid pan!
- I bought the meatloaf pan to replace a pan which had cracked and flaking Teflon. I was amazed at the weight and quality of this plan. I use the pan for meatloafs and breads. It's really a joy to use.
- Wow, this really made meat loaf much healthier since the fat drains down and away. The non-stick feature really works! I had dropped some of the glaze on the perimeter of the pan and it baked on and turned black. It cleaned away with ease; in fact, washing the pan was a breeze. The pan set itself is somewhat heavy and feels very durable. I wish I had bought this sooner as my husband loves meat loaf but I haven't made it often due to the fat sitting in the pan. That problem has now been eliminated! I would not hesitate in purchasing this pan. This has been a pleasant experience. I am sure I will be using this pan for years to come. Happy Cooking!
- This anolon meat loaf pan set is great! I've been using these types of pans for years. It keeps the meat from sitting in the yucky grease!!! And, Macy's deliver was prompt.

1 comments about Sante Cabin Kitchen Cast Iron Bread Pan.
- I have several pieces of cast iron cookware, mostly Lodge brand. But since Lodge doesn't make their loaf pans anymore, I went with this brand. I love cooking with cast iron because it distributes heat evenly and will last you a lifetime with proper care & seasoning. I thought I was making good banana bread in my regular teflon pans until I started using this new cast iron loaf pan. WOW, now my banana bread isn't just good, it's wonderful! Cooked evenly, moist inside with a nice brown outer crust. Just like banana bread should be. For the price it's a steal, because you will have this pan forever. Whereas teflon pans scratch and wear out over time. The only downfall some people have with cast iron is the heavy weight, but I don't have a problem with it. Not only am I cooking, im getting an arm workout at the same time!
