1. Nice cookie sheet, not as thick as I had expected it to be. I guess I am more of an Anolon fan. But it still suited my purpose.



2. I bought 2 of these cookie sheets before the holidays and had the best baked cookies ever. I highly recommend these cookie sheets. I have totally given up on my insulated cookie sheets. I think I will buy 2 of these for my daughter. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!



3. I bought two of these a while ago and I will never buy any other pan again. These things are slick enough that I only need to flour them and the cookies slide right off. I have silicone cake pans and I can tell you that I prefer these, and not just because they don't wobble and spill like silicone does. I am going to give them the ultimate test pretty soon (caramels) and I am confident they will pass with flying colors.



4. I purchased this bake Sheet over a year ago and this is nice & large and heavy and I use my bake matt with this and I am pleased with the quality.

1. It is a bit small but a very good size for small quantity baking and it takes up less space.
   
   One thing I don't like about it is the sharp edges. I have to handle them carefully or I'm afraid I would cut my fingers. Other than that, it does warp a little, but definitely not as much as the super market brands cookie sheets.
   
   Having used professional cookie sheets at bakeries, I think the non-stick coating is good. More than enough for regular home use.
   
   I suppose Amazon could pay more attention to their packaging when shipping items like these to avoid scratches. Just a tape to close the plastic bag or some paper between each of them would be a good idea.



2. I agree! This is the best cookie sheet ever! I normally don't write reviews but I was ordering a few more of these cookie sheets and felt so strongly that this was such an excellent product. It bakes things so perfectly it's unbelievable the difference!!! A special note: it bakes cookies a little slower than dark cookie sheets so add an extra minute to your cooking time and they will come out perfect!

   I highly reccommend this cookie sheet!




3. All cookie sheets I buy in the stores for the same price need to be replaced in a few months, but this one was built very sturdy. I was thinking it was going to be a little bit bigger, but its still a good size for small batches of cookies of anything you need to bake. The items I have baked so far with this baking sheets, have just slid off. I didnt even have to use a utensil to get them off. If anything should happen to this product it is covered with a 25 year warrenty and that also helped sell me on this product. This product is also so easy to clean, it takes no effort at all.

1. Excellent item and service. Although jelly pan arrived with a slight bend in middle of product. Like it was picked up by a strong, heavy hand.



2. I search far and wide to find these Aluminum cookie sheet pans of this size for my wife. She is well pleased with them and likes them better than the teflon coated sheets that are every where. They appear heavier than her old sheet pans.

1. This is a professional product for the serious home baker.One warning note, for best performance, you should also purchase the insert core as well, but it does work without it. I have used it a number of times, for everything from cakes to bread puddings to bars. It has performed well with everything.

1. This set makes a great gift. It includes everything kids need to make cookies - cutters, mixes, a rolling pin, apron, etc. My daughter loves having her own tools when we work in the kitchen (and so do I)!

1. I am pretty happy with this purchase. Cookies don't stick. They come out evenly, but the tops (back of the cookie) don't shape nicely. They still aren't quite presentable enough for gift giving, which is what I was hoping for.

1. Wilton makes the best products for any baker! I only use Wilton when it comes to making decorative cakes for my friends and family.
   This cake pan makes the perfect half sheet cake.



2. I have searched for a long time for the perfect baking pan size suitable for American AND European recipes. This one is just right. Besides perfect browning, all my standard YEAST and baking powder coffee cakes come out great. I am happy and my customers are happy when I make them their mother's Hefekuchen! Amazon always has what I need.



3. After nearly 25 years of cake decorating, I finally found great baking pans worth the money. Wiltons old Performance bakeware line was just ok BUT Wilton's Decorator Preferred bakewear far exceeds every other pan I have ever owned. The perfectly straight sides, square corners and nice edges for grip are great but these Extra-thick aluminum pans distributes heat more efficiently than any others bake pans on the market, with the added bonus of a Lifetime Warranty...who could ask for more. This sheet cake size is the most requested for the cakes I decorate, they clean up great (I always grease & flour my pans) and the weight is just right.

1. It's a cookie sheet -- all I'm looking for is for it to stay flat. I use a Silpat, so for a basic pan, this is excellent. I like the lip only on one side (as long as I remember to put it in the oven the right way) But I might purchase another pair to have as cool backups -- for the price, worth it not to have to wait for my sheets to cool down.
