- I have one and wanted another. I will sing the praises of Chicago Metallic again. These are heavy, durable baking pans that will last my lifetime and probably end up in one of my daughters kitchens someday!
- This is the right size for most of my recipes. It's very heavy duty, cooks well, and is easy to clean.
- I have looked every where for a 15 X 10 jelly roll pan. This size is almost impossible to find. This pan cleans up very easily and baking results are excellent. I like this product so well I am purchasing 3 more for my daughter and daughter-inlaws for Christmas.
- Really heavy duty!! I'm very impressed! Don't miss out on the matching grid.

- These cookie sheets are exceptionally thick and strong and won't flex when you take them out of the oven--thereby minimizing the chances of your baked goods sliding off onto the floor. As you might expect they are a bit heavier to lift than a regular cookie sheet but that is a small trade-off.
- This is a terrific buy! The pan is solid and heavy-duty! My mom totally loved it. When I get a bigger oven (mine is a small wall oven), I will be buying these pans!

- I bought 2 of the cookie sheets and absolutely love them.
I highly recommend them. For the first time my cookies
came out perfect. I threw out my insulated cookie sheets.
- In a world where you can never believe what you read, this is just what it says it is. NO more NO less.
- I bought only one but I wished I had boughten more. It's a wonderful cookie sheet and now the price has gone up. If you need a cookie sheet I recommend this one.
- this product will do what you need it to do... also can be used to hit people with. heavy duty, quality craftsmanship.
- This one is a big one works great cooks everything from cookies to baked chicken to enchiladas. Perfect for larger families. Nonstick and very easy to clean. I love it I even ordered me a second one because it was such a great value for my money. I love it. Highly recommended.

- This is just right for our two person family. I have used it for roasted vegetables and also for whole meals. It fits many of my baking recipes adapted for the small family. I love it.
- I like these pans alot. They fit in the dishwasher and clean up great.
Brownies, corn bread, and little french bread pizzas.
I can use 4 at once.
- In my twenties I bought no less than three non-stick cookie sheets while my Grandmother (an avid baker) was still using her aluminum bakeware from the 40's. I later inherited a few of her aluminum pans and I couldn't believe the difference. My cookies were no longer crispy and brown on the outside and soft in the middle...they were baked evenly. I was also able to scub the sheet and place it in the dishwasher, something you can't do with non-stick varieties. Additionally, there is no danger of having teflon flake into your baked goods. Aluminum is tried and tested and provides professional results. Buy the right cookie sheet and buy it once! I have both the half and quarter sheets by Nordic. The lids make it easy to tote your baked goods to the office party too!

5 comments about Cuisinart BRK-100 Brick Oven Classic, Stainless Steel.
- You might think it is pricey, but it is well worth it. We love Cuisinart products - well engineered and well built and a great brushed S.S. finish.
- The Cuisinart Oven BRK-100 is very useful as a way to cook small amounts with less electricity. It accommodates a square baking pan easily. However, I would have prefered a convection oven in retrospect, and the toaster is not very efficient or effective. The brick lined walls and bottom are very good features for baking pizza crust.
- The good:
For making pizza or for baking small items, this works really well. If you want it just as a replacement for your toaster, then you'll be pounding a nail with a sledge hammer... Get it if you need both functions.
The not so good:
1) The printing on the function buttons (on - off) wore off after about a month or so. Not a big problem since we knew what the buttons were for by then.
2) It runs hot for baking, etc, so plan to run it ~ 25F lower than your recipe (also not too big of a problem, once we figured it out).
3) After about 3 mos, the top heating elements failed (big problem).
I just called Cuisinart's customer service. They will be shipping me a new unit (7-10 days), and I'll have to return the old one back to them (along with $20 for shipping both ways). Still, their response was definitely hassle-free. I'll post a few months from now to update...
- We entertain at home a lot but we only have one oven with a small cheap toaster. When the small toaster died on us, it's time for us to look for a replacement. We were looking for something that can be a second oven used for baking, toasting and broiling for small size or small amounts of food. When we compared several different brands and types of toaster ovens, we fell in love with Cuisinart Brick Oven.
First, this toaster oven keeps food warm longer because it has bricks built into the side of the toaster; moreover, this toaster comes with a removable pizza baking stone.
Second, it is easy to use. It has 3 dials to control temperature, cooking function and toast shade level with 2 buttons for start and stop.
Third, it is so beautiful to look at - clean, minimal and simple. It looks like it fits together with my other stainless appliances.
Fourth, it is much smaller than a regular oven but a lot bigger than a regular toaster; however, it is very powerful - capacity of 0.90 cu. ft. 1700 watts of power and 500 degrees F Brick, you can fit in a 12 inch pizza. I use this brick oven more often than the big one I have because it does most of the jobs that I need.
- This oven looks great and cooks great. Toast is done to perfection. If I could, I would add one other thing to it. Presently it only times food set on toast. It would be great if there was also a timer for bake and broil.
The oven holds a lot, and the items I baked in it (salmon, chicken) were cooked to perfection.

- THIS 1 OF BEST I EVER USED///////// VERY STURDY EASY TO CLEAN AND HALF WHAT STORES CHARGE FOR TRASH ////// THIS IS A BARGAIN
- heavy gauge steel with a quality non-stick surface, what can I say? It's a baking sheet, not a sports car.
- I have now used this pan a number of time, mostly at 400 degrees or more, and it performs very well with no warping. It cleans up nicely with minimal sticking. Sure beat the old one I had.
David
- I purchased this specifically because the baking sheet should not warp. I placed three small meatloafs on the tray to avoid spillage, oven set at 350 degrees. When I removed it from the oven, the tray had warped. It was advertised as having a strong, rolled edge so it would not warp. Very disappointed. Don't know procedure for returning items; may not be worth effort and cost to send it back. Also received with a dent on the tray. We wanted a warp-free tray specifically to make Yorkshire Pudding. This is the first item from Amazon that has disappointed me.
- These are the best baking sheets I've ever had. The surface is large and they are heavy duty, solid construction. They clean-up very evenly. You deserve these, aren't your old ones all pitted and stained? These are a bit more expensive than some of the others but you're worth it....

- Can't say enough good about the product. The non-stick really works, heating is even, price is right. BUT it came delivered packaged alone, at an angle in the box, padded only by some crumpled brown paper, and it warped. I was furious! I mean, a warped cookie sheet? I bent it myself back into shape, almost, and after using it for months it is now fairly even, but not exactly. Next time I will buy this product from a local store. As it is an ungainly sized item to ship, I don't really hold the shipper to blame, but it could have been laid flat and padded with popcorn. Seemed very sloppy handling, to me.
- I bought 2 of these a couple years ago and they still work perfectly. I made a LOT (about 200) of cookies for Christmas and wound up using a couple "regular" baking sheets because I only have 2 of these. The ones I baked on a regular baking sheet came out darker, and crispy. I didn't even cook them as long! These baking sheets cook very evenly.
These baking sheets are wonderful. I haven't had any problems at all. As a matter of fact I will be buying a couple more so I don't have any issues this coming holiday season!
- This is a great product. Bakes evenly, uniform browning. Easy to clean. I'm going to buy more of this bake ware. I've had it for years and am very pleased with the results.
- Love this product!!! It is easy as ever to clean! It bakes perfectly with no burnt-bottom cookies or bread to complain about. Effortless is what I was looking for and that is what I got.

3 comments about Gourmet Standard 16.75 Inch x 11 Inch Stainless Steel Cookie Sheet - BW40106.
- I tried the Norpro brand stainless steel cookie sheets, which are much cheaper but had great reviews, and returned them ASAP. They were flimsy in comparison to this Gourmet Standard cookie sheet. They were also all scraped on the edges...definitely not good quality. These Gourmet Standard sheets are extremely well made and polished-off perfectly. I find that my cookies and confections bake wonderfully, the heating seems to be uniform/even throughout the pan. While I do use parchment paper sometimes, the times that I do not the clean up is very easy using an acrylic scraper (Pampered Chef). I've had items stick worse on my old non-stick sheets. After a year or more of use these Gourmet Standard sheets still look brand new. Very satisfied, will order more from this company in the future.
- I'm not sure how they came up with the 13 lb cookie sheet, but it causes the shipping costs from the non-Amazon supplier to be more than half the cost of the cookie sheet.
- This is a good stainless steel baking sheet; however, the description states, "with cookie sheet," which is misleading. This is only one item - a separate cookie sheet is not included. I decided to keep the sheet because of the hastle to return; although, for the price, recommend buying a set from another source.

- This pan does what it promises, even for those of us with finicky ovens. Cookies and biscuits no longer come out scorched on the bottom. Instead, tops and bottoms are both a delicious golden brown. This pan won't save you from overbaking, but it will make a real difference if you time the recipe properly.
