  1. It is important to use this pan according to directions to prevent sticking.
It is not like your old-fashioned cookie sheets.
Brush lightly with oil prior to baking NO flour so be sure your cookies don't have loose flour on them.

My cookies , meringues never burn on this pan.
It has a 3 year warranty against warping so the person who said theirs was warped should contact Kaiser.Kaiser Jelly Roll Pan Baking Sheet Extraordinaire

  2. I used the pan to make a couple of pumpkin rolls and what an absolute pleasure. I did use parchment paper, but even where the edges of the batter touched the pan, there was no sticking. the cake baked very evenly...no toasted ends to cut off. love it.

  3. I would not buy this pan again. It came out of the box scrached and it warped during the first use. I never had any problems with other Kaiser pans before but this one isn't worth the money.

  4. I bought this pan because it was non-stick, plus it had the air cushion between the layer of steel. I bake my usual brownies and cookies and they all stuck to the pan. It stuck more than my glass pyrex casserole pans. It was not easy to get it off, I had to scrape it off and it took time and a bit of muscle. Definitely not non-stick. The air cusion works from preventing the bottom of the cookies from overbrowning, which is not exactly a great idea since the top of the cookie become significantly more brown than the bottom of the cookie, which sometimes is moist and not quite holding the cookie together.

On the up side, this pan doesn't warp if you are baking at 350 degrees of below.

I am returning this item, I wanted non-stick and this definitel was not.

  5. Such a dual purpose pan! I use for cookies and as a jelly roll pan! The insulated design made it so easy to use with out burning!

  1. Amazon listed in the description that this sheet has a "ribbed grip" and "22 baking recipes included". I purchased the product and when it was received recently neither was true. I added another pic to item page as the one they currently show is the ribbed grip version. Purchased for 4.99 and so far the non-stick coating has worked well. Inexpensive item that works well but just didn't match Amazon's product page description or current product image shown.

  2. I bought several of these for gifts. Everyone can use a new cookie sheet right. Especially if I can get a $17+ cookie sheet for around $7. I don't think it probably works as good as the insulated sheets I use, but they are getting it for free so they should be happy. If their cookie sheets look anything like mine do after a year, I'm sure they will appreciate a new one.

  3. This is a nicely sized, heavy duty cookie sheet with a non-stick surface that bakes biscuits and large pizzas great. Easy cleanup and even cooking.

Only reason for the four stars is not because of quality or finished baking results using the cookie sheet, but rather because of the packaging of the sheet in the shipping carton.

Our sheet arrived with the non-stick coating worn off of one edge of the sheet because it had not been wrapped properly. But, since the non-stick baking surface itself is not effected, it is not a major problem.

  4. I just got these today and they are not as described here. The height is not 1.8 inches....it is more like .6 inches. There are not ribbed handles. These are flat cookie sheets with no sides. One side has a slight lip (that is the .6 inches part) which is what you use to put them in and out of the oven. There is no recipe book. These don't look bad but they are definitely not as described! I am going to try baking on one and see if they heat evenly - I will update this if they cook well.

  5. The cookie sheet came in unwrapped with some other items I ordered stacked on top of it! The cookie sheet was scratched all over! The sticker on the cookie sheet says "made in England", not Germany. No cook book!

  1. My husband bought me this pan as part of a set. I have not had any trouble with it as another reviewer has. I do save mine for cookie baking though. It bakes cookies beautifully and when they are done, you just tilt the pan up and the cookies slide right off.

I love mine and its my favorite cookie pan.

  2. Everything sticks to these pans! I cannot get OFF the potato residue and I'm probably just going to throw them away.

They are awkwardly heavy. They do not warp, but they do pop out of shape (this happens when the pans are in the oven and you'll hear a very loud, scary pop).

    Just awful.
