1. I used this silicone pad on top of a cookie sheet for over 8 hours of non-stop Christmas cookie baking, and it worked great through it all without stopping to clean it off. This is an excellent product and I would definitely purchase it again and recommend it to anyone who wants to make baking easier. You just have to season it a little first with some oil, and then you're set to go. I wash mine by hand, because the dishwasher would remove the oil seasoning. The easiest way I have found for drying it is with a paper towel instead of trying to air-dry it, I've found that works best. You will not be dissapointed! :-)

1. I was looking for cookie sheets that were easy to clean, non-stick, non-warping, that wouldn't rust and could take the heat.
   
   Pros: Have cooked several batches of cookies, the sheets have shown no signs of warping. Cookies baked evenly, no burnt spots.
   
   The cookie sheets are super easy to clean. I made sugar cookies with green and red colored sugar topping. After every batch I wiped down the sheets with relative ease, but some sugar did melt onto the sheet. I couldn't believe how easy it was to wash off the melted sugar.
   
   They're durable, no nicks or scratches with normal use.
   
   Cons: None
   
   I love these cookie sheets and intend to buy more.

1. The SilverStone Soft Touch products are magic. This is the best non-stick bakeware I have ever purchased and believe me, I have purchased products from stores, on line, TV (QVC), etc. only to throw them out. The SilverStone is HEAVY and well coated on all parts. No uncoated metal shows as in some brands. I've done cakes and brownies, chicken, vegetables, etc. in the oven without any spray or grease on the bakeware and after cooling a few minutes the cakes and brownies flip out when the pan is turned over. If it should stick, nudge it with a spatula and flip it. The clean up takes less than a minute. Baking is fun again.

This is going to seem like a petty complaint, but it's important for anyone (like me) who is looking for a small cookie sheet to fit in the toaster oven: Including the generous oversized handles, this sheet actually measures 17" x 10-3/8". It is a great cookie sheet, though, and I will keep it to use in the full-sized oven.



2. I have 3 of these cookie sheets in different sizes and they're great. They nest into each other, if you have the small, medium, and large one, plus they are very easy to clean. The handles on the side make it easy to get in and out of the oven and everything I've baked on them has turned out great.

1. I'm unhappy with this airbake jelly roll pan. It warped during first use at 450F for 40 minutes. I'm going to write the manufacturer about it to get my money back!

2. In order to make an fabulous apple pancake (recipe included)- this pan creates the most wonderful presentation. There are restaurants around the country that serve this and its great to be able to duplicate it with this pan!
