- This is going to seem like a petty complaint, but it's important for anyone (like me) who is looking for a small cookie sheet to fit in the toaster oven: Including the generous oversized handles, this sheet actually measures 17" x 10-3/8". It is a great cookie sheet, though, and I will keep it to use in the full-sized oven.
- I have 3 of these cookie sheets in different sizes and they're great. They nest into each other, if you have the small, medium, and large one, plus they are very easy to clean. The handles on the side make it easy to get in and out of the oven and everything I've baked on them has turned out great.

- I'm unhappy with this airbake jelly roll pan. It warped during first use at 450F for 40 minutes. I'm going to write the manufacturer about it to get my money back!

- Well, all of my cookie sheets are Family member "hand-me-downs", so this is the first one I've purchased. I've read the warnings about aluminum, Teflon-coated, and some of the other non-stick cookware, so I tossed out all of them.
The first thing I noticed was that cooking and re-heating times were reduced due to the aluminum piece being "sandwiched" between the stainless steel outer shells. I'm talking about time reductions in the neighborhood of 5 minutes per 25 minutes of cooking, so nothing staggering.
However, the evenness of heat distribution will be noticeable in everything you cook and re-heat. Although I thought it might be too large, the size turns out to be very useful.
I work with stainless steel, so I know you should wash this without chlorine cleansers or abrasives that will scratch. It's not so much that you'll ruin the cosmetic appeal, but you'll make it easier for foods to stick to it.
Lastly, don't be surprised if it warps slightly when heating or while cooling. Just keep it on flat surfaces at all times when hot, cold, or cooling, and you shouldn't have any problems. It has returned to its regular condition each time.

- I bought this to make cookies and pizza and it works great for both. No over-browning or unevenness so far.
I did accidentally soak it and it got some water inside (which was my own fault.) I let it drain and set out for a couple days and there seems to be no harm done. It certainly didn't need the soak since nothing sticks, I just accidentally put it in the sink.
Works great with Elton Brown's chocolate chip cookie recipe on the [...] (even sans parchment paper!)
- Bought this because my son loves fish sticks and other foods that have to be baked in the oven. This is a great pan because you never have to spray anything on it and nothing ever sticks. Highly recommend it.

2 comments about KitchenAid 17-Inch Slider Cookie Pan with Silicone Grips.
- I'm sure these 17-inch cookie sheets are just excellent; however, I hadn't thought to measure my oven before ordering them - and they are too large for what I've always thought of as a perfectly normal-size oven. So disappointing, and I had to send them back and find smaller ones. Return shipping was free, and a full refund was immediately forthcoming.
- I like the pan alright. It does warp when in the oven heating which I thought it wouldn't so thats disappointing and its kinda big for storing. But I like the silicone grip and it is non stick...so for the price...not a bad cookie sheet.

2 comments about Norpro 12 Cup Nonstick Farm Cookie Pan.
- I love the Norpro 12 cup Nonstick Farm Cookie Pan, I made the cookies for
my daughter's baby shower, everyone really thought the cookies looked like
real farm animals. My daughter's theme for her nursery is barnyard
animals so this was perfect. It was easy to use and the cookies looked fantastic.
- I bought the farm animal cookie mold a couple of weeks ago on amazon.com and used it immediately. Shortbread cookies are my favorites because everyone at my office loves them. The cookies turned out perfect and everyone was surprised they could tell which animal it was. A lot of times you get cookies or candies that look sort of like; Is this supposed to be a duck or a dog? One bit of caution: Do not chill your shortbread dough as you generally do. Make the cookies as you complete making the shortbread dough. I added chopped Georgia pecans from Pearson Farms (the Elliot variety) and these barnyard animals sang! I noticed tonight that this item is currently not available on amazon. I certainly hope they bring it back because the cookies turned out wonderful. I am going to try making candies tomorrow.
