1. You will love this silicone baking mat! Place any food onto it, put it in to bake, and when you take it out the food will slide right off! It is easy to wash, in warm soapy water, and pat dry. This is so much better than getting out foil, spraying it with "non-stick spray", and throwing it away after using...

1. This product is awful. I could bake cookies on it the first time I used it and never again, even when I was only using them for cookies. I had to adjust the temp to 50 degrees below what the recipe called for per the cookie sheet instructions. Now when I try to use them the cookies are burnt on the bottom and mush on the top. They still work for fish sticks (only if I adjust the temp to 75 degrees lower) and I guess that's the only reason I keep them around. I guess I should tell you I've had them for going on 5 years now, the kids do love their fish sticks.



2. I bought this on sale at Amazon for $6.99, and have used this pan twice so far (to bake cookies), and the nonstick surface works great. No need to grease the pan; cookies (even the burnt caramelly bitty pieces) come right off. They also seem to brown the cookies more evenly (comparing the lighter tops to the darker sides and bottoms of the cookies) than do my other baking sheets. Apart from the manufacturer's warnings not to cut on top of the surface with metal knives, etc. (printed on the packaging but not included in Amazon's description--apparently metal spatulas are ok but knives are not), the only other caveat I have would be to make sure that it fits into your oven--the 17" width is suitable for most but not all ovens.

1. I bought this to replace an older insulated baking sheet which had become stained with years of use--partly because it was not supposed to be immersed in water. THIS model, however, has tiny vents/drainage holes on the bottom, making it MUCH easier to clean!



2. This is a very high quality baking sheet. I expect to be able to use it for many years. You will need to adjust baking time for cookies as it is a darker sheet, check on them about 2-4 minutes earlier than baking time suggested. I also adjusted the oven rack further away from the heat source as this sheet holds heat very well and evenly.

1. I like the pan alright. It does warp when in the oven heating which I thought it wouldn't so thats disappointing and its kinda big for storing. But I like the silicone grip and it is non stick...so for the price...not a bad cookie sheet.
