5 comments about Rachel Ray Garbage Bowl, Quartz.
- If you've bought this item your an idiot, you can go to any dollar store and buy a plastic bowl if you think it contains some sort of magic or will make your cooking easier you need help.
While I think cleaning up as you go along cooking is a great Idea I have to say you can do it on the cheap remember that dollar store well they sell plastic bowls and alot more and guess what you don't have to pay shipping if you just want to waste money or throw it away you have too much, send it to me or donate it to your local food bank or a local charity.
This is just a waste of money and a blatant name branding scheme anyone dumb enough to spend money on this shouldn't be allowed near sharp knives.
- The item is made with very thin plastic. The bowl didn't ship well. I received the item damaged. Would not recomend. I ended up going on eBay and buying an antique Texas Ware bowl.
- I was so glad that I purchased the quartz color bowl. It is so easy to peel fruits and vegetables over the bowl. At the end of the day we take out everything and put it on the compost pile. I debated about paying that much just for a garbage bowl but I do not regret it because it makes it so convenient to recycle.
- I love watching the 30-minute Meals show. I have gotten a lot of great ideas for cooking quality meals fairly quickly. But I have also fallen into the television trap of "I want that!" from watching the show, and I purchased several Rachel Ray items online including this garbage bowl. The products are not bad quality, as far as I can tell.
But I have a suggestion. You can find a lot of these items at places like Kohls and you can see them first before buying. I was shopping at Kohls and came across the Rachel Ray line. But I also found a bowl I liked even better than this garbage bowl that would work for the same purpose. And it was less expensive, especially when shipping was taken into account. I am now giving this bowl to my sister and keeping the one I like better.
I remember falling into this trap before when I was invited to about fifteen Pampered Chef parties in a six month time period (when everyone I knew caught the Pampered Chef fever). I ended up buying a lot of things I really didn't need. I also discovered that the items weren't very well priced when I went to a Williams Sonoma store in the mall and found near identical items that were priced even cheaper and that I liked even better.
I just recommend people look at these products in person before buying.
- This is a great bowl and the only reason I purchased it was because it matched my decor. I could easily use any bowl for garbage, and not spend 14 for it. But I love it.

5 comments about Parchment Paper Sheets - 13 × 18.
- This item took awhile with shipping, only because it comes from Canada. I work in a bakery and know parchment paper. This product is quality with lots of sheets to a box and a very good price. Not like the rolls you buy off the grocery shelf. I will definitely order from Goldas Kitchen again.
- This parchment is very convenient to use. It does not curl on your baking sheets. Works great for all kinds of baking or candy making.
- These are slightly larger than my "standard" half sheet pans, so I have to do some folding each time, but my own fault for not measuring more carefully. The quality of the parchment is fine, pretty standard, really. When you get the box, you might want to open it on the end only if you need a storage device for them in your cupboard, and the box works pretty well. Go forth and bake.
- I put raw meats onto these for a kitchen scale to weight so that the scale would not get messed up. I also put chicken between the layers of the parchment paper sheets then vacuum sealed. A great way to keep frozen things from sticking together.
- This is a wonderful convenience item. I have used these parchment sheets for baking cookies, bread, and even chicken breasts. The size is perfect for my newly acquired Nordicware 13x18 baking sheets. The price is great too. I was paying between $3 and $4 for a standard roll of parchment paper at Wal-Mart, and quite a bit of it was going to waste due to cutting / sizing to fit my pans. I will definitely order again when this box runs out!

5 comments about SoftWorks 3-piece Plastic Mixing Bowl Set.
- These mixing bowls are wonderful. The rubber handles and bottoms are surprisingly helpful (no more bowls sliding around the table when you are trying to mix with one hand). They seem durable, and the price is not bad as well so I would definitely recommend buying these.
- I had a set of nested lightweight bowls, that had a bit of a pour spout..but
not enough...I was still pouring 1/2 of my product on the
counter top..decided to find another set that actually worked!
These do! And they do NOT slide around on the counter/table top either.
A nice set for newlyweds setting up house. Just watch that you don't
do what I did, I thought there was another larger bowl and ordered it
(well, you might actually READ...I guess I didn't!) so I ordered and now
have another of the largest bowl in this set...but that's not all bad =)
This is really a great set, another fine Amazon product.
- I got these as a wedding present about four years ago and these bowls have stood up very well. I've made everything in them from big batches of cookies to pancake batter in the small one. The non-slip grip is nice and at first I thought that it might pull away from the bowl when they got older, but they've been amazing. I bought the smaller prep bowls at Target for little jobs. The other reviews say that they are a bit pricey (and granted I got these as a gift), I plan on buying a set for my younger sister. I have a $10 off coupon from Bed Bath and Beyond that was in the Sunday paper and that will cut the cost almost in half.
- These were of very nice quality, the non-skid bottoms were good, but they were a little pricey. I had a discount, otherwise would probably not have paid the original price for them.
- on time as specified, quite skidfree hardplastic, should have come with lids for the price, very pricey for plastic, use supersaver shipping,it remains to be seen how they will scratch as the type of plastic is not specified????

5 comments about Progressive International Biscuit and Cookie Cutter Set.
- You get a lot for your money here and they work just fine; just keep in mind that if you can cut with both sides then both sides are pretty sharp. In hindsight, I don't need this many cutters so I would have preferred a blunted side to use as a handle instead of double-sided. Also, if you don't need a million more pieces in your kitchen, this might not be the set for you. On the other hand, they store easily and clean up easily as well.
- I love these cutters! They are a great value since there are two sides for each size giving you a choice of a scalloped or plain cut. I use them for biscuits, cookies, and yeast rolls. And, they have a very handy container to keep them organized.
- I also found the 3 7/8 inch fits perfectly into a one pound coffee can that I used for making Perogi, it makes it more comfortable than the ruffled edge. Very well made, and the size is printed on each cutter.
- I've had this set of cutters for over a year and have used them more times than I can count. I use the largest size to make hamburger buns, the smaller sizes to make bite size cookies. There's sizes perfect for sandwich cookies, sugar cookies and biscuits. You have a choice of scalloped edge or flip it over and use a straight edge. They've easily cut every type dough I've used them on and they come packaged in a clear round container than keeps them all together instead of being scattered in different drawers and cabinets. I have two large boxes of cookie cutters but this is the set I always reach for.
- I was looking for biscuit cutters on Amazon and there were so many to choose from. I decided on this set and am so glad I did. There are a bunch of sizes and the store nicely inside each other. You can make biscuits or cookies with smooth edges or wavy edges. A good find.

5 comments about Ekco Cooling Rack, Set of 2.
- Gotta say I'm very happy w/ my purchase. Just the right size for storing yet big enough for cake/cookies. Chrome is nice & does well in dishwasher. I was afraid the price would reflect the quality but happily pleased. Wow only 2.99 for 2 pieces- it's a great product.
- I use them all the time and they work well; however, they are pretty small (each rack holds 6 muffins or one cake).
- I like these they are not as heavy as my old racks, but they seem to do the job and so far have not rusted
- very flimsy. only good things are that they were incredibly inexpensive and do not take up space if you have a small kitchen.
- These racks are perfect for me, as I have limited space in my kitchen and they are small and easy to tuck into my cabinet. The racks aren't what I'd consider "heavy duty" but then the price reflects that. I usually only bake one loaf of bread, or a dozen or so cookies at a time so these racks serve my purpose and hey...you can't beat the price!

5 comments about KitchenAid K5ASBP Bowl for 5-Quart Professional Stand Mixer.
- I ordered this item, the purchase acknowledgement showed I had bought it, but when the package arrived it was something totally different. First CSR tried to tell me I had ordered the sanding belt they shipped and the mistake was mine, and only when I insisted on speaking with a supervisor did I finally get someone to admit they had shipped the wrong item. But, they couldn't ship me the right item - it was now "unavailable". I did get a refund.
- This bowl does not fit all 5 qt mixers. It certainly does not fit my model which starts with the letters KG. Don't let the title which indicates it fits 5 qt Professional mixers fool you too.
- I ordered this bowl for my mixer, and I recieved SANDER BELTS! Ace Hardware Outlet are complete scammers!
- It is so wonderful to have an additional bowl for my mixer...I used to have to stop in the middle of a project to wash the bowl, but now I just get out the second bowl. It fits my 5 qt mixer perfectly, works great. Be advised, it does have a shiny finish, unlike the bowls that come standard with the mixer. So, things like water droplets and fingerprints show up more, but you just have to be careful when cleaning it. And I actually prefer the shiny finish!
- This has really come in handy. Having a second bowl to whip egg whites after mixing cake batter then fold them together has made baking cakes a breeze. I am glad others warned to check the model number on the mixer for compatibility. I will be using this frequently as I do a lot of baking and an occasional catering job here and there.

5 comments about Mario Batali Dough Separator / Scraper.
- I have an old pastry/dough cutter which is metal and it is starting to rust and oxidize which makes me worry about using it. Some of the plastic ones don't cut cleanly and soft doughs stick to them. This one releases the dough and cuts cleanly. Plus I will never have to worry about oxidation again.
- This is an excellent product. It separates dough easily and is easy to clean. I'm very glad I bought it.
- LOVE this tool, can't be without it. Use it as a bench scraper when chopping for mis en place! Light weight, slightly flexible, angled to help guide the food into a cup or bowl or pan.
- Love this product and was thrilled to find it available at Amazon. It's called a dough separator but I use it to scrape veggies off my wooden cutting board. It's become one of my favorite kitchen gadgets.
- I actually purchased this item in plastic because it makes wonderful "block" when painting woodwork in my house. I simply place the scraper against the area that I don't want painted and it does the job. I know there are products in the hardware stores for this, but the scraper fits my hand better and works perfectly.

5 comments about Kuhn Rikon Stainless-Steel Cookie Press with Storage Box.
- love this cookie press. I was able to not only use this press for recipes that called for one, but even for regular sugar cookies, and bag mixes. the case it comes in is great, and i really liked all the different disc's that it comes with. If your looking for a good cookie press, this is the one. dont waste your money on the plastic ones!
- This is a nice looking product and is packaged very nice but it doesn't work that great. I used it to stuff eggs. It was very difficult to get the mixture through to pipe into the eggs. When it did come out it was all over the place.
- I do not know much about this but my wife was thrilled to death when I surprised her with it so that must mean something.
- I ordered this item with some trepidation - I usually mistrust gadgets. It was delivered really fast. I immediately set about making some cookies with it and I'm STILL grinning from ear to ear. Its easy, creative, clean and very very satisfying to use. One tiny caution, wipe the cylinder and your hands before each load, it gets a bit slippery. I love the box it comes in, makes storage so much easier.
- I am so happy with this purchase. I have been making Spritz cookies for the past 5 years with an old cookie press, they always came out to big. I bought this and after only making 3 cookies, I learned how to use it. It makes the nicest looking Spritz that I have ever made. GREAT BUY
