- a necessity. inexpensive, can't find in stores, and perfect for large cookie mixes and cake batters. like others have mentioned, i just wish the sides were higher. it's huge, otherwise.
- This very inexpensive bowl has great size and surface smoothness. It seems to resist chipping despite heavy use and rough handling. It also doubles as an excellent bowl for serving spaghetti meals.
- Very nice bowl. Works great. It is slightly less thick than I expected, but it did not make any difference in the function. Highly recommend this.
- A good-quality, handy-sized bowl. The glass was not quite as thick as I had expected, but I'm sure it will last a good, long time if I'm careful with it.
- What more can I say? It's a big glass bowl that works as you'd expect.

5 comments about Oxo Good Grips Cookie Scoop.
- This scoop holds 1 1/2 tablespoons not the advertised 3. I already had this size.
- This is one of my favorite kitchen gadgets for little mouth sized melon and ice cream balls. It is sturdy, reliable, and easy to handle.
- It works really well. I don't put it in the dishwasher though, so I can't attest to it's durability in that way.
- This little kitchen helper is wonderful, when my old cookie scoop gave up the ghost, i chose one from the oxo range. Comes in several sizes, it is wonderfully comfortable, super strong and extremely well made. Thinking now of getting a larger size as well. It is worth getting it shipped all the way over to europe. Thanks OXO
- Dishers are one of those things where it seems like the cheapest one in the store would get the job done. After breaking a few I've reconsidered. This is a great one so far. It's high enough quality to scoop even chilled dough. The sweep has enough clearance from the bowl that the whole thing is easy to get clean.
My one observation: a medium is a bit on the small side, if you are making cookies. I am going to keep my medium but order a large to go with it.

5 comments about Norpro 3496 Donut and Cookie Cutter 2-3/4-Inch Stainless Steel.
- This is a very nice heavy duty item and well made. Yes there are some larger cutters here on Amazon. Just keep looking for the 3" one if you need them larger. But I find that this one works just great. Besides you can use it for both donuts and biscuits.
Bake with Love!

- Our family ordered 3 of the Norpro Donut Cutters and started our own family tradition...grandma, mom, dad and grandsons spent a Saturday afternoon making 19 dozen donuts. We had a blast and the cutters worked wonderfully!
- Very sturdy donut cutter. It is 2 3/4" (which I wish the discription would have stated. I thought it was bigger, I was hoping for at least 3 1/2") Besides that fact, the cutter is sharp and makes great cuts. Very well made, easy to use.
- Well, it cuts biscuits and donuts OK, but for the price and looking at the picture, I thought it would be sturdier. I don't know, I'm a little disappointed in the quality. I wouldn't buy it again.
- Thought this would work looking at picture of it's sturdy craftsmanship, but the middle hole cutter slips out when using it unless you turn it counter clockwise as you are cutting- can only be used as a circle cutter, don't advise getting this to make donuts, especially since there are less expensive versions out there that actually work!

5 comments about Ateco 11-Piece Graduated Round Cookie Cutter Set.
- I work with polymer clay and these graduated rounds are exactly what I was looking for, and not just for circles. I can make perfect crescent shapes with them, too. The cutting edge is clean and sharp and the see-through design makes perfect placement a cinch.
- I love these except that if they are not totally dry when putting away, they rust so beware of that before it happens to you.
- I bought these along with a set of square cutters. And I use these cutters for just about everything, Cutting crepes, Ham, and of course cookies. The uses are unlimited. There very well made. I hand wash mine and dry by hand and then put them away till the next time. I would expect these to last a very long time.
- My girls use these for everything!! From making sandwiches to play-dough. I wonder if I'll ever get to use them. LOL I've had them several yrs and they haven't lost their shape.
- handy to have this many size choices. Made great cookies and shaped food for the kids.

- I am very pleased with my silicone mat. I purchased it mainly for kneading bread dough - the dough hardly sticks to it at all, so I'm able to use less flour for a more tender bread. It washes off easily, too. I don't have any problem with it not staying in place on my counter while kneading dough, and also don't think it is flimsy. Thin, yes, but not flimsy. It is well made and durable.
- This mat is wonderful for kneading bread! Large enough, non stick and non skid on the counter. Easy to clean and easy to store. I hope it lasts forever!
- This product stays in place while in use, which is the good part. Dough still sticks to it, but the worst part is clean up. It's impossible to clean in the sink and impossible to dry. Towel fibers stick to the surface and clothing fibers and hair and other things you would not expect. Perhaps the best method is to wipe it down with a wet cloth while still on the counter top and leave it there to air dry.
- This item is easy to use and easy to clean. I am enjoying it very much. I only wish I had bought one sooner!
- Got tired of fighting the dough/pastry on the counter or the kitchen table; got tired of trying to cover the table with butcher paper that would never stay in place. Made the purchase on this item and have used it a lot. Love it! works great, stays in place, helps with sizing your roll-out and clean-up is easy. It rolls up and takes up little room on a shelf or in a drawer. Every cook should have one. And it's tough!

4 comments about Norpro Stainless Steel Wide-Mouth Funnel.
- It works great for canning. It cleans easily. Honestly, it's not like there are a lot of features to discuss. Still, I figured I'd pitch in for this one. No surprises, so maybe that's worth mentioning.
- It's a funnel. It does exactly what you think it does. The metal is thick enough so that the funnel feels plenty sturdy but not thick enough to become cumbersome. This funnel is made in China. Pretty much anything stainless steel is made in China nowadays.
All in all, this funnel does what you think it does. This funnel is for pouring jams and preserves into a jar. Since it's stainless steel, you can toss it into boiling water to sterilize it. Not that it makes much of a difference since you're going to be sterilizing the jars anyway. And the moment you take it out of the boiling water, bacteria and fungus spores floating around in the air lands on it anyways. Just make sure you boil the jars with your preserves well.
- I bought this funnel for canning. So far I have used it for making jam and it functions perfectly for what it was created! It fits perfectly into the jars without space to wobble back and forth--it's a perfect fit! (On standard mouth jars, that is.) And wide! It catches everything. You would have to work hard to dribble over the edge of this thing (within reason). And it is quality stainless steel, thicker and stronger that some funnels I've used. It will definitely resist denting. Plus, it will look great for years to come. Excellent product!
- this is the best wied mouth funnel I think they make I was very pleased this one is very strong and is larger than most but still the right size for a homemaker that cans once in a while like me, however I sent two to my country cousins who cans alot and she was thrilled and impressed I truely rate this funnel a "10"

5 comments about Wilton Excelle Elite 3-Tier Cooling Rack.
- I love these cooling racks. My kitchen doesn't have a lot of counter space to spare, and these racks are simply perfect when I make cookies. They're quite sturdy, and they fold up neatly for storage in a drawer.
I took off a star because little rust spots have started to show (they showed up after less than a month of 1-2 times a week cookie baking). I wash these in the dishwasher, but I don't use the heated dry option. This is probably causing the rust, I think? The rust isn't on the lengthwise surface I set the cookies on; instead, it's on the spots where the crosswise wires under the lengthwise wires connect. I hope that makes sense, it's rather difficult to describe. Handwashing and immediately drying these racks probably would've prevented the rust spots. The rust doesn't bother me enough to stop using these racks, however.
I've had these cooling racks for over 3 months, and I still love and use them. I will be buying an additional set because with just 3 stacking racks I run out of room with those double batches of cookies. For $10, how can you beat that?
- Wilton Recipe Right 3 Tier Cooling Rack Set Great product. It is exactly as it appears in the ad. It is light weight and collapsible for easy storage. I recommend this product.
- I tell you, I am just in love with Wilton products. I'm a baker and love Pampered Chef as well, but Wilton really nailed it with these cooling racks. They are sturdy, non-stick, dishwasher safe and easy to move even when stacked and full of cookies. After spending a lot of hours researching all the different cooling rack systems out there, I'm glad I decided on these. I'll probably be ordering more before Christmas gets here. :)
- Very nice quality. I like being able to use just one when I'm baking small batches or to be able to stack them up for larger batches. When stacked or single they are very sturdy. Very easy clean up.
- This is not the first product of this sort that I own but I prefer this one. I don't have a lot of space on my kitchen counters too cool things when I bake and this makes things a whole lot simpler. The tiers are sturdy and it is easy to clean and store

5 comments about Demarle Silpat 11-3/4-by-8-1/4-Inch Nonstick Silicone Baking Mat.
- These mats are great! I've ordered more already. I don't know how they work, but absolutely nothing sticks to them. So, no more oiling or spraying the cooking sheets. Consequently, no more scrubbing burnt grease off the sheets. I have baked cookies, rolls, chicken, french fries. The texture of the baked items is still good and the clean-up is considerably easier! I'm sold!
- Well, I thought this size would fit my toaster oven, but no such luck. It's too big for that, and too small for the cookie sheet. It's nice, if only I could use it.
- Demarle Silpat 11-3/4-by-8-1/4-Inch Nonstick Silicone Baking Mat It's wonderful - cookies don't stick - no need to use any spray or shortening - perfect.
- Since I received the Silpat I have baked cookies, pizza, french bread and more on it. Cleanup is a breeze, items brown evenly and don't stick. If you haven't tried it, get one. You'll be glad you did. I have just the large size and will buy a small one as well. (I had figured I could just cut the large one down to size, but then learned that you're not supposed to cut these things!!)
- These things make cleanup after making cookies so much easier! And removing cookies from the pan is a snap. No more prying with a pancake flipper trying to remove stuck cookies. Just lift up the pad and peel away the cookies. I only bought 1 of this size and it's a little small for our pans but the wife uses it for 1/2 batches and such. Very good product!

5 comments about Kuhn Rikon La Patisserie Cookie Press and Decorating Set.
- I actually used this for the first time last night and was very disappointed. The barrel is very small, as were the cookies. I make a spritz cookie and then ice 2 together with chocolate icing like a sandwich and even the largest disc didn't make the cookies big enough. I ended up getting a disc from an old press, but that didn't work all that great, either!! I bought my daughter one and I am thinking of returning it.
- very good quality item that compares with products over twice in price.
I would recommend highly.
- I have tried a few cookie presses and am very glad to say this one actually works with very little frustration!! I have had to return or just trash some presses and was beginning to think it was just me! I highly recommend this one!!! Also easy to clean.
- This was my first time to buy a cookie press and I think I bought the best one! It is very easy to use and clean. Also the recipe is great!Highly recommended!
- It is quite sturdy, and a great improvement over the flimsy aluminum one our parents had.
