5 comments about Silpat 11-5/8-by-16-1/2-Inch Nonstick Silicone Baking Mat.
- So easy to clean, and prevents scrubbing pans after baking! Everything slides right off.
- I really like these new silicone baking products. They are so simple to use & clean-up is a breeze; just wipe clean. They also roll up to conveniently store in a drawer. Nothing sticks to them and everything I've tried browns beautifully.
- It works really well. I baked Almond Crisp on it the first time, and it didn't stick on it. Silpat is easy to clean too.
- The product - 2 Silpat baking sheert - were just as described and came in good time. I bought two - kept one for myself and gave one as a wedding gift. I already had one and wanted the second for baking two sheets of cookies. They are WONDERFUL. Your cookies will not get burned on the bottom and bake to perfection. Everyone shoule have at least one. These were a good price.
- Product was purchased as a gift. I love mine so much that I bought one for a friend. Easy to use and clean over and over again. No more stuck cookies! Highly recommend for the baker in your family.

5 comments about Matfer Exopat 11-5/8-by-16-3/8-Inch Nonstick Baking Mat.
- I can't say enough about my Matfer Exopat Nonstick Baking Sheets. I purchased several for Christmas gifts and kept a couple for myself. They are priceless when it comes to perfect cookies and perfect cleanup.
- I love this, except for cookies. Here in the Florida where the humidity is always high, there is a problem with cookies rising. I find that using this mat for cookies increases the problem and the cookies come out hard and flat.
- These mats are terrific. Pizzas slide right off; cookies just cruise off; they work great!
- This product is incredible. Works as advertised. No clean up after biscuits, cookies, etc.
- I've had my Matfer Exopat sheet for about two years now, and its still going strong! The sheet makes cleaning up after baking anything on a cookie sheet a snap, because stuff gets cooked onto the sheet--which is super easy to wipe off--instead of onto the cookie sheet itself.
I've also noticed that the sheet seems to even out the heating differences between cookie sheets, making my baking time more consistent. For example, if I bake cookies using the sheet, instead of using parchment paper, they all seem to take the same amount of time regardless of what cookie sheet I use. This makes baking easier, which is an added bonus to this already great product!

5 comments about Baker's Secret 10-by-16-Inch Nonstick Cooling Rack, Set of 2.
- We just love our Bakers Secret Cooling Racks. We actually use them for cooking bacon in the oven on a cookie sheet. The grease drips off the bacon and there is far less mess to deal with later. They are SUPER easy to clean and store. I'm sure they'll also work great as cookie cooling racks once I start baking more in the fall.
- I much prefer mesh cooling racks to the straight wire ones for cooling cookies. Inevitably at least one or two cookies would slip through the cracks and make a mess, something that doesn't happen with mesh. The racks are no harder to clean or to store than the standard "striped" kind. And you can't beat the price at $3 each. The "feet" are fairly deep keeping the rack higher off the table allowing better circulation, which is especially important when cooling cakes.
- I bought these mostly to drain fried foods in a 10x16 baking pan. They don't quite fit. They kind of sit above the pan. I probably would have seen that coming if I had read the reviews a little closer.
They were inexpensive and seem to be well made, but for my purposes were a little off. I really can't fault them.
- This is a great item for a great price.... These racks are easy to clean and store away. They have a nice black coating on the metal which makes for great clean up. Only drawback is that it does not stack on top of each other but with the price - I am not going to complain! Overall - I would recommend this to everyone! =)
- The size is a little awkward. It's too big to cool one 8-9 inch cake but too small for 2 of them(side-by-side). I just wished it was a little wider and longer in lenght but for the price of $6.99, I guess I shouldn't complain.

5 comments about Norpro 4-Piece Silicone Mini Flexible Pinch Bowl Set, Multicolored.
- These cups are magic. They suction perfectly to your body with the right pressure; the resulting 'cuppage' is both relaxing and soothing. A smal gentle tug from the suction increases blood circulation and relieves stress.
Within days the cups were out of the kitchen and into the living room, as the whole house began suctioning the cups to their bodies with various relaxing results. It feels like an Aspen spa, right in your living room!
Got a headache? Cup to the forehead.
Your leg sore from that long jog? Cup to the Leg.
Carpal Tunnel Syndrome acting up? Cup to the hand.
Let your imagination soar, and buy these excellent Norpro cups and join the 'cupping' revolution.
- I found these so useful that I ended up buying several sets. They're great in the kitchen for having your seasonings in place and ready for your cooking. Because you can pinch them, they pour without spilling. They are absolutely wonderful for crafts such as beadwork. Keeps the beads handy, and makes it very easy to pour them back into storage containers. They're cute and colorful and clean very easily either by hand or in the dishwasher.
- These are neat little bowls to own and come in handy in the kitchen. I like to make my own seasoning blends and have found them useful when measuring out whole and ground spices. Also when pinched together, the mini pinch bowl doubles as a funnel when transferring a small amount of spices to a jar. I think they are a worthwhile inexpensive investment.
- I bought these for my sister-in-law as part of her birthday presents but liked them so much that I kept them for myself. I love the bright colors and size of these cute pinch bowls. Because they are flexible, you can get the contents into small openings if necessary. This set is one of my favorite kitchen acquisitions. I just love them!
- I first saw these being used on "Good Eats", a cooking show. I thought they would be very convenient and easy to store. They are!! I use them all the time. Easy to clean and store.

5 comments about Oxo Good Grips Cake Tester.
- Me and my daughter do a lot of cooking together and when I was placing an order and realized that all I needed was a couple of dollars to receive super-saver free shipping, I thought "What the heck." I am glad I purchased this cake tester. My girls have used it multiple times already and love it. It is a good value for the price.
- This handy little tool is a dream for anyone who bakes as many cakes as i do. Its so light, so small and so easily overlooked yet so useful and handy. It really does the job and makes sure your cakes come out perfect. Love this!
- Everyone needs one of these in their kitchen! Better then a toothpick, knife, or fork.
- Nice to have kitchen tool. Beats the toothpick by a mile! If you have trouble finding in a drawer try hanging it inside a cabinet door close to the oven.
- How nice it is to have another great product from OXO that makes life so much easier for those of us challenged with arthritis. I used to use a corsage pin (2" long pin with a small pearl head on it). It became difficult for me to hang on to and kept slipping out of my fingers. This new cake tester works great! Nice long needle and great pad to hold between your whole thumb pad and fore finger. I highly recommend!!!

5 comments about Vic Firth French Rolling Pin.
- I've been looking for a basic french rolling pin and this was the answer. Small and light, unlike my heavy, old rolling pin with metal in the center that kept rusting.
Perfect for my pie crusts!
- freaks me out a little that Vic Firth makes drumsticks and rolling pins. Bakers swear by it and, so do I!
- Buy it! I bought this in January and can now make fantastic pizza dough and pie crust easily. This is the secret to all things in the kitchen that must be rolled out very thin. Absolutely love it!
- It is a little small to work any dough of consequence. It works well if you are working with a very small dough. This might be a pin to have if you are developing quiver of rolling pins. I bought the OXO rolling pin with the handles. I like that much better
- Nice size, feels sturdy in the hands and rolls out dough easily and quickly! Great produce at the price!

5 comments about Pyrex Prepware 3-Piece Large Mixing Bowl Set, Clear.
- These bowls are exactly what I needed. They were reasonably priced, can be run through the dishwasher and are wonderful.
- This set is excellent value, the price is great. The bowls are very sturdy and can withstand microwaving and baking. I have baked a cake in my largest bowl with absolutely no difficulty (just like my casserole dishes). I replaced one with a cobalt pyrex, which I thought was pretty. However, I realized that because it alters the color as I am mixing, while I like it for serving - the clear is still the best for mixing/baking if you measure things by eye or add food coloring.
- Product just as advertised. I use it to store left over foods in the frig.
- I just receved my new set having broken my old 2.5 quart last week. I would suggest as someone else did that you try to pick up the old Corning version from a garage/yard sale if you see them. These new versions are much thinner than the old old ones and as a result have a "delicate" feel to them.
They also have a slightly blue tint to them unlike the orginal clear versions which make me a bit pensive about their durability due to the issues other have had with the blue sets.
Corning appears to have licenced their production out to World Kitchen, LLC now.
- I bought this set a couple of months ago when I moved into my new house. I can't be happier with them. They are very sturdy and easy to clean. And they actually look very good that I even use them as serve bowls to put on dinner table. This price...I can't ask for more. I bought more pyrex glass stuff after that. They are a bit heavy to use. But once you get used to it, it's no problem at all.

5 comments about Rachael Ray Brick Garbage Bowl.
- I just love this bowl! I use it every day, and there is never any doubt which bowl on the counter is the garbage bowl. It is deep and tall enough to accommodate most anything. My kitchen will always have a rachael ray garbage bowl!
- If not for the Garbage Bowl, I would never have thought of throwing my garbage into a bowl. Now, my kitchen garbage goes into a bowl before going from the bowl into the actual non-bowl kitchen garbage container, which is best done with the Garbage Bowl, as it is specially designed for this purpose. Instead of food scraps and other detritus going from my cooking area to a traditional and hard-to-clean kitchen garbage container before it goes to the outdoor street-side garbage container and then to a garbage truck and then a landfill, another step is added: Garbage Bowl. This makes my kitchen much more clean and productive, as my garbage is right there next to me at all times in this well-designed and attractive bowl - no need to wonder where my garbage is! Thanks to Rachael Ray for thinking of this much-needed kitchen item. I heartily recommend the Garbage Bowl!
- Save your money. Go to good will and get a bowl for fifty cents.
I cannot believe this even exists.
- Yes,I know I could use any ol' bowl for this purpose, but I have really enjoyed this bright, attractive bowl. After it comes out of the dishwasher it even has a designated spot on the kitchen counter. It's good quality melamine and due to that it doesn't retain odors, is sturdy as hell, and washes up like a dream. The design is a throw back to the kitchenware of the 50's and 60's...maybe that's why it appeals to me! I've used it so much that when they went on sale, I ordered another one for myself and one for my mom. I plan to use one for "wet" garbage (destined for the garbage disposal or compost) and one for "dry" garbage (destined for the trash can). As for all those who feel it necessary to post negative reviews for things they don't own, nor even plan to own, stop wasting my time! If you don't own it, your opinion doesn't really hold a lot of water anyway.
- Do we REALLY need a Rachael Ray endorsed mixing bowl to put the garbage in when we already have mixing bowls in our kitchens?
Seems to me that the wheels of endorsement went a-turning and they all agreed that Americans ARE that stupid.
This is the most ridiculous item I've ever seen.

5 comments about Pyrex Prepware 4-Quart Rimmed Mixing Bowl, Clear.
- This very inexpensive bowl has great size and surface smoothness. It seems to resist chipping despite heavy use and rough handling. It also doubles as an excellent bowl for serving spaghetti meals.
- Very nice bowl. Works great. It is slightly less thick than I expected, but it did not make any difference in the function. Highly recommend this.
- A good-quality, handy-sized bowl. The glass was not quite as thick as I had expected, but I'm sure it will last a good, long time if I'm careful with it.
- What more can I say? It's a big glass bowl that works as you'd expect.
- This is a great bowl. It was a replacement for my 52 year old yellow pyrex large mixing bowl that fell out of a drainer and broke on the countertop. I ordered the clear glass 4 quart bowl to replace it and have found the new one to be more than satisfactory. I like the clear glass better than the old opaque glass that was yellow on the outside and white on the inside. The size is just right. And best of all, I did not have to go shopping to replace the broken bowl. Thank you Amazon.com!!!

5 comments about Ateco 11-Piece Graduated Round Cookie Cutter Set.
- I work with polymer clay and these graduated rounds are exactly what I was looking for, and not just for circles. I can make perfect crescent shapes with them, too. The cutting edge is clean and sharp and the see-through design makes perfect placement a cinch.
- I love these except that if they are not totally dry when putting away, they rust so beware of that before it happens to you.
- I bought these along with a set of square cutters. And I use these cutters for just about everything, Cutting crepes, Ham, and of course cookies. The uses are unlimited. There very well made. I hand wash mine and dry by hand and then put them away till the next time. I would expect these to last a very long time.
- My girls use these for everything!! From making sandwiches to play-dough. I wonder if I'll ever get to use them. LOL I've had them several yrs and they haven't lost their shape.
- handy to have this many size choices. Made great cookies and shaped food for the kids.
