1. These look like they would have fit the bill, but arrived chipped and broken. After second attempt, I have moved on to a department store.



2. The previous poster is wrong. I am a pastry chef. Creme Brulee is best when it is 1 inch thick or less. That gives you a better ratio of crunchy top to silky cream.
   
   You do have to be careful not to drown your brulees getting them in and out of the water bath with these dishes, and I have had some trouble with chipping, but they work perfectly well for creme brulee.



3. ...for creme brulee or any other kind of custard.
   
   I use them as nut dishes when I have company. Totally useless for anything else.

1. These are best cookie sheets we use. In response to the person who had difficulty removing the label, I to become pretty irritated at this but try some Goo Gone; works like a charm.



2. I have no problem with the cookie sheets perse, however, I do have a problem with the labeling and packaging. After purchasing the cookies sheets I took them home to wash before using. You cannot imagine what I had to go through to get the glue-like substance used to attach the label off of the cookie sheets. I was extremely irritated. The product itself is wonderful, but please look into a different adhesive to attach your label!!

1. These mini quiche pans come stacked in a plastic bag. They feel heavy and sturdy, nice quality. The removable bottoms are also sturdy and convenient for popping out your tart or quiche. A little big for a single serving but still a nice size. I have used them once so far and like them.

1. Nothing wrong with the product but packaged poorly....ultimately recieved 6 sets...4 out of six sets had broken pieces. Eventually gave up trying to get the three unbroken sets that I originally ordered.

1. I PURCHASED THIS ITEM FROM TARGET. WITHIN MINUTES IN A 400 DEGREE OVEN MY SMOKE ALARM SIREN STARTED TO RING. I NOTICE GRAY SMOKE IN MY HALLWAY, LIVING ROOM AND KITCHEN. I REMOVED THE BAKE SHEET FROM THE OVEN AND NOTICE SEVERAL WHITE MARKS ON IT. I CALLED TARGET AND I AM RETURNING THIS ITEM......AND NOT FOR A REPLACEMENT!
