5 comments about Cuisinart Chef's Classic Nonstick Hard-Anodized 14-Inch Lasagna Pan.
- I've had this pan for over 5 years now and I can say that it's easily the first one I reach for whenever I need to prepare a dish in the oven, whether a lasagna, roasted vegetables, or a gratin dish. The pan has been incredibly durable and is the perfect size. The nonstick surface has been very durable despite the best efforts of visiting parents and guests to use metal utensils on it. I've given it as a gift and it's been a hit.
- I agree with other reviewers that one cazn not buy a so-called lasagna pan when this page shows nowhere how deep it is. It's not a lasagna pan unless it is a minimum of 3 inches and preferably FOUR inches deep.
- I like this pan since it is deeper than my old pan I was using. My lasagna baked evenly and the pan cleaned up easily.
- The lasagna pan is a nice addition to the hard anodized cookware set from Cuisinart. Just the right depth to prevent spillover and allow for thicker dishes if you want to cook extra. Weighty piece even when empty. Clean up is easy inside, but you must buy a hard anodized cookware cleaner for the outside, or expect stains to accumulate. I have not tried baking a cake in it, but it should not be a problem. The inside has been pretreated to withstand metal utensils, but they will eventually damage the item, so it is best to use silicone or comparable utensils. So far, so good.
- I selected this non stick classic as a wedding gift for my nephew. It is the one I would like to own myself and they were quite happy with the gift. It arrived promptly and in perfect condition.

- It cracked completely in half and broke into two pieces in a 350 degree oven. I even placed the dish in a cold oven as directions state. I emailed the company and received no response. I do not recommend any Le Creuset Stoneware. I own a couple more pieces of stoneware, and I'am afraid to use it now. Afraid it will also break in half and ruin another meal.
- This baking dish is such a delight to use that I have since purchased several more Le Creuset pieces in various sizes. Anyone accustomed to using glass baking dishes will immediately notice how much easier Le Creuset is to clean. Just soak it for a little while in warm, soapy water and even baked-on residue will wash away with ease. Since we are so pleased with our own Le Creuset items, my wife and I now give these casseroles as wedding presents, Christmas gifts, etc. They are always very well received.

- The dishes are basically nice, but the labels on the products were terrible to get off and, in one of the dishes, left a faint print of the words that were on the label. It is fading in time, but it was a problem that was not easily solvable. I used "professional" removers and they had no effect on the label--what ended up working was sink cleaner and elbow grease. I like the dishes and use them at least once a week--perfect for very small portions and handy if there are only two people in the home.

- I was surprised at how heavy this casserole was compared to the old (40+ yrs.)corningware cook sets. The latest products are along the line of pottery, thus they're more stylish.

4 comments about Le Creuset Stoneware Deep-Dish Loaf Pan, Red.
- I bake alot of homemade bread. I prefer the bottom as wide as the top, but these make a delicious loaf of yeast bread. Nice, crisp crust and tender in the middle. I haven't tried them for banana or other sweet breads yet, but the size and shape are perfect.
- I have used this pan over and over again, and am glad to say it cooks perfectly every time! The bread comes out evenly with a great shape!
Would love to have had this pan years ago, it is perfect! Dishwasher safe too!
- I was looking for good solid cookware that would allow me to bake salmon & vegetables (instead of wrapping in aluminum foil). The deep dish washes out clean, and, when covered, keep the food moist and delicious. I sometimes use a lid from another piece of Le Creuset cookware to cover this pan and turn it into a clay oven of sorts. I am very pleased...
- THERE IS NO SUBSTITUTE FOR LE CREUSET'S ABILITY TO DISTRIBUTE HEAT EVENLY, WITHSTAND HEAT WITHOUT STAINING, AND TO TOP IT OFF, IT'S SOOOO EASY TO CLEAN! WORTH EVERY PENNY.

- What can I say...it's a Le Creuset! I bought this for my friend and she absoluetly loved it. She said she is going to make something in it and bring it to a potluck. It looks like $100.00 pan.
- I have three Le Creuset cast iron "ovens" of various sizes, but this is my first "covered" stoneware piece. I know my large family will be eating many meals baked in this dish. It was large enough to cram two large chickens into it, and they came out extremely tender and not dried out. Delicious. I also anticipate using this for potlucks, since it can hold a lot of food, yet still looks great on the table. Because the top is raised, it actually holds more than a similar-sized dutch oven. I couldn't have prepared two large chickens in a similar-sized dutch oven, for example.
And, of course, it was so easy to clean!
- Ordered this item back in April as a Mothers Day gift for my wife as an addition to her Le Creuset set. The box was not opened until today (Mothers Day). My wife brought to my attention that the bar code label indicated it was made in Thailand and that it was "stoneware", not cast iron. At first we thought it might be a "knock off" since neither my wife or myself realized Le Creuset was made of anything but cast iron (I ordered it and am not a Le Creuset expert since the add on Amazon did say "stoneware"). So, after figuring out that the item was most likely a genuine Le Creuset product we felt better but will be wary of low prices for otherwise expensive products...to be honest I figured it was a clearance item was price to "move" and didn't take the cast iron vs. stoneware into account. The product is fine and my wife is happy since...it's the thought that counts but as I said, I'll pay closer attention to low prices in the future.
- The only complaint is this was manufactured in Taiwan and the ad does not
state this fact.
- This is a good quality baking piece that will fill the oven. 5 1/3 quarts! It is a bit heavy but that just means that the item stays warm for a good long time, big lid holds in the heat. Easy to wash because of the ceramic, just sudsy soak. I plan to use it for cold dishes, like potato salad and such. Again, that lid will keep cool, covered and presentable. Great party dish.

- This is my 3rd piece of LeCreuset Porcelain and I am very impressed with the outcome of everything I have made in them so far...this pan in particular is great for cobblers and brownies and pretty enough to bring from the oven to the table...Great Price too Amazon...thanks!
- I've used my square stoneware pan maybe 10 times and didn't have any problems. But today my dish just cracked right down the middle while in the oven at 400 degrees, just like the other 1-star reviewer experienced. I did not see this coming. I'm disappointed, but at least I found it at TJ Maxx for $12.
- I loved it so much I had to add my first customer photo. Like all Le Creuset this dish is heavy, easy to clean, and beautiful!
- Their cast iron ware is fine but not their stoneware. Like the other reviewer mine cracked down the middle on 350 degrees in the oven the second time I used it. It really bummed me out to have spent so much time and money on that dish to have the bakeware crack an ruin my dinner party. I have two other large pieces in my cabinet collecting dust as I refuse to use them and go through that again.
Save your money and stick to higher end stoneware or go for the reasonable priced corning ware. In 40 years it has always performed well.
- I absolutely love this Dish. What I find the most appealing, besides the fact that it looks really nice, is that it is incredibly easy to clean. The food and stains will come right off with almost no effort. I definitely recommend it.

1 comments about Le Creuset Stoneware 12-Ounce Petite Oval Casserole, Caribbean.
- The first thing to know about the 12-oz casserole is that it's small -- good for individual servings of soup or other dishes, but not intended for much more.
As with all Le Creuset products, this is very attractive and made of high quality materials. I have two, and use them for hot appetizers/dips placed on either end of a large banquet table. It's also an elegant way, if not the most convenient, to warm up leftovers. I gave it four stars because the size limits its utility; if you know you want smaller casseroles, these are a good choice.
