1. For the price, I didn't know what to expect. I bought it when it was about $100. It's beautiful and I always get compliments on it.



2. I never thought I'd be the kind of person to wear freshwater pearls. I like this necklace. It flatters the face. I'm able to wear it casually with a white collared top and jeans. I've receive many compliments and I'm glad I made this purchase.



3. Purchased for $135 pre-Valentine's day, which is higher than the usual price. The necklace seems worth this price, but not much more. My wife loves it. It hangs very nicely and has beautiful, subtle colors in it. Classy piece.

1. The Peridots in this necklace are so small and so pale, and so dominated by the comparatively bulky settings, that they can't be seen at all from more than 6" away. From any normal distance, such as standing next to someone, this simply looks like a nondescript silver chain with no stones at all, and is not especially flattering. In intense light, such as a spotlight or direct sun, it can look glittery, but one still can't see the stones, and there is no discernible color from more than a few inches away. What a disappointment: I returned it.



2. This necklace was pretty enough when I took it out of the box, but it doesn't sit right on your neck. The stones turn and point down towards the ground, so all everyone sees is the side of the silver setting. Very disappointing purchase.

1. The pictures of these earrings are beautiful, but deceptive. The mountings are huge and heavy making the earrings hang low. The studs do NOT want to sit squarely on the earlobe, but fall downward. The mountings are WAY too large/tall for the stones. I had to return them because they look terrible on.



2. five pairs of earrings for this price? What a deal. They were even better than I expected. They are a bit heavy actually so I would only suggest them for younger people. But besides that they look great and my girlfriend loved getting them.



3. I bought this pretty set of earrings as a gift for a friend, and when they arrived very promptly and in a nice presentation case, I was well impressed. The recipient is very happy with these earrings, all of which she wears. This set is outstanding value for the money.



4. I am very pleased with these earings, they are much larger than I thought they were going to be and they are very pretty. I'm sure I could not have purchased 5 pairs of earings for the price I did anywhere else.



5. I was a little worried ordering these based on reviews I had read. But I love them. They're a perfect size, the colors are exactly what I was looking for, and they don't fall forward on my ear. I'm guessing that those who experienced this problem either had not put the back on tight enough, or had their ear holes too low in the lobe. They are mounted a little higher than most gemstone earrings, but I find this just lets more light through so the color shows up better.

1. If you don't expect round pearls and don't care that your pearls have these icky looking threads running around the middle of it, then these will do if you want pearl and peridot earrings. I like the color and really debated whether to return them or not because of the crappy pearl, but hey hopefully no one will be fascinated by the lovely color contrast and want to get a closer look. I'm never buying another pearl jewelry from Amazon because of these pearl earrings though.



2. If you're looking for perfection in these earrings, then these arent for you. From a distant, these looked good enough and satisfied me enough to keep; nice green color with pearls, can't really go wrong.
   
   Unlike the picture where it shows SMOOTH oblong pearls, mine had lines horizontally around each pearl, so because the lines were on BOTH earrings, they were uniform in imperfection. Also, from a distant, it's not noticeable. The size is just right, not small that it goes unnoticed, but not big and gaudy either. Nice weight, won't weigh down your lobes.
   
   However, I also purchased these in the amethyst, but the amethyst were terrible. The purple colored looked bleach in spots and the pearls on those were so bug-like and fake with terrible lines right down it, that it looked like plastic. I ended up returning those.
   
   So I can definitely see that these can be a hit or miss.
   
   I liked these though: affordable, nice color combination, nice size and unique.



3. These poor little earrings! A sprinkle of peridot chips atop what could have been a singularly lovely teardrop-shaped pearl - if it didn't have a groove that goes around it, smack dab in the middle! Did someone have to use forceps when they harvested these? It would cost more for me to send them back than to keep them - I wouldn't even give these away as a gift (not to someone I actually liked, at least).



4. Amazon sent an ad for longer drop-earrings, which would have been too ostentatious for my neighbor's twelve-year-old daughter, so I looked around and found these in a more appropriate length.
   
   I was a little disappointed when I began reading the reviews; some buyers were satisfied, some not. Since peridot is Amy's birthstone and the picture so appealing, I decided to take a chance.
   
   When they arrived, there were some things I liked about them, some things not, but I'm still giving them to her because I figure she's young and they will serve adequately as "starter" earrings. Like most of us, she'll probably lose or break one before too long anyway. So what the heck! Meanwhile, she'll get some enjoyment from them.
   
   The peridot chips are a nice size and, actually, quite lovely--a popular shade of green that's uniform throughout the stones--but the pearls leave much to be desired. As other reviewers noted, the pearls have flaws and are NOT round as the picture depicts. I think I "hit" and "missed" on this product because, though flawed, at least both pearls are flawed in the same way, giving them a uniform appearance.
   
   If you're not seeking perfection in these earrings and consider them to be a "fresh and fun way to wear pearls," then I can recommend them. I would definitely not recommend them for a discerning woman, but for pre-teen or teen girls who are seeking their first adult jewelry, it's a good way to start.
   
   I think Amy will see the beauty in the colors and style, thus delighting in this gift, so I'm not returning them. I'll know for sure in August when her birthday rolls around.

5. I bought these for my sister for her birthday with the accompanying bracelet. Both are very nice looking pieces of costume type jewelry. Not lavish but cute. The earrings are not put together well. Within an hour of putting them on, she lost the pearl out of one earring. It just fell off. We found it eventually and put it back on but now she's too scared to wear them again.

1. I bought these to wear to work. The peridot stones are small, but not too small to see, just small enough that it doesn't look like you're wearing bright green earrings, making them versatile enough to wear with just about everything. I wear them 4-5 days a week and get compliments on them; they're a nice deviation from standard post diamonds or pearls, but small enough to look professional.



2. I adore these earrings. I haven't taken them off since my husband gave them to me three days ago. They are light, comfortable, fasten securely, and are just the right size for everyday wear.
   
   As a previous review mentioned, the stones are pale, but they are peridots, not emeralds, so the should be a light color; still, they are definately green.
   
   They are just beautiful earrings and for the price I ended up paying when they were on sale (about $6) they were an incredible deal.



3. I adore these earrings! The peridot stones are a beautiful shade of green, and very sparkly for the size. These are very well crafted and oh so comfortable to wear. The sale price I got them for was a steal, and since they are so versatile I know that these are going to be wonderful go-to earrings for a very, very, very long time.



4. The reviewer who found these small must be a GIANT. These are very nice for the price, very attractive. The stones are a bit lighter than shown, bu they are clearly green. They are elegant small hoops. Latches are snug and wires are sturdy but not too thick.

4. For a earring that was originally 99 dollars, they have a very cheap clasp that does not fasten correctly and if you are not careful, they will DROP or SLIDE out of your ear and become LOST forever! Need to find a better jewelry broker for gold earrings



5. These earrings have become somewhat legendary in the Gold Box forum. They're not something I would ordinarily be drawn to, as I don't wear much gold jewelry, but I wanted to find out what all of the hype was about. I purchased them as a Mother's Day gift. My Mom loved them. The briolettes are very vibrant and absolutely stunning. I was worried that the hoops plus the stones would be too large and look tacky on the ears, but this is not the case. The hoops are smaller than a nickel, so the overall size of the earrings is perfect. I actually liked them so much, I purchased a second pair for myself.
