2. I bought this as a today's special and it was a very pleasant surprise, despite the tangled chain. I think Amazon may need to rethink how they package pendants in those pouches, especially very fine chains like this one. It really is pretty for such an inexpensive piece of jewelry and I received a number of compliments in just a few wearings. It only gets 3 stars because a stone fell out after less than a week and it has to go back. I do like it enough to consider re-ordering to see if it was just an issue with this particular piece.

1. I bought this necklace cord to use with a pendant I have and absolutely love it! I have since ordered 4 more for friends and for myself. Compared to other cords selling on Amazon for $8 + $4 shipping, this cord was a very reasonable $5.99 and the shipping was FREE!!! At that price, I will come back when I need more. In fact, I'm going to order the other "FLOCK" style cord from Serenity Crytals for my fall/winter pendants as well...



2. This cord is a replacement for a necklace I purchased elsewhere. The original cord was not very well secured in the clasp department. This cord is much better, much more durable to hold the charm I have for it. Even after tugging at it a little, it still doesn't fall apart. Thanks for supplying such a product!

5 comments about Sterling Silver Celtic Knot Crescent Moon Pendant with 18" Necklace.

1. I love this necklace. Its so beautiful. I thought it would have been bigger, and I was expecting it to be bigger, but it wasn't. But I still love wearing it!!



2. This pendant is small, about the size of a dime, and very light. It is one-sided - the opposite side is hollow. It appears exactly as shown. The chain it comes with is 18", which is pretty standard, and has a circular clasp with the knob you have to pull on.



3. It's a nice piece. I love Moons and Celtic knots so it's the perfect kind of casual, wear it with anything type necklace. I was worried that it would be to big but it's actually quite small. I only gave it 4 stars instead of 5 only beause I'm a petite person and I wish it gave you the option for a shorter chain. 18" is always too long for me so I have to go buy another chain for it.



4. The moon is indeed smaller than expected, but it's also chic and delicate. I generally like plain jewelry, I also liked it that there were matching earings too! What I didn't like was that the chain was too long - I don't get why they have to make them so long - and I had to use my own. But other than that it is adorable!



5. I've got both the pendant+necklace and the matching earrings, and the first thing I noticed was that they were smaller than I expected them. However, they work wonderfully. The necklace is of a very good quality and the pendant is beautiful. Now, be warned, the backside of the pendant, just like with the earrings, looks unfinished, as if it would have been poured into a mold and no one cared to close it. It's not smooth or a copy of the front. However, really, that's not a side you are going to look at, now do you?
   
   If you buy this pendant, knowing this, you won't be disappointed, and you might end up wearing it everyday like I do. However, a piece of advice: buy the earrings too. They make it perfect. :-)

1. My husband surprised me with this Acorn pendant as an early Christmas gift.
   The photo pales in comparison to holding it in the palm of your hand for the very first time.
   
   The Citrine color is a deep yet rich hue of gold and the delicate spray of diamonds accenting the front of the acorn really makes this pendant stand out against a dark colored turtleneck sweater.
   
   The gold chain that comes with the pendant is a bit too delicate for my taste so I will be replacing it with a stronger gold chain. Otherwise this is a real beauty and anyone getting this as a gift is sure to love it!



2. I gifted myself this lovely pendant for my bday and I am not disappointed. The citrine is a beautiful golden yellow color. The diamonds are only on 1/3 of the top circumference and not very striking but accentuate the citrine nicely. The gold finishing is very good and the chain very pretty and delicate. I'm scared it might break so I will replace it with a stronger gold chain but God its pretty!



3. I ordered this item when it was promoted on lightning deals and it arrived yesterday. When I opened the box, I was really disappointed with the product.
   
   I know that jewelry looks much better when showed on TV or on a Web site. I had also checked its real dimensions (images are always much larger) and I knew it would be small. Still, I was disappointed by its size and by its overall quality.
   
   I thought the pendant would be somewhat flat, but it is round (just like a real acorn). And the diamond particles are placed only on the front side and back is just plain gold. Since the pendant is round, it wouldn't stay in one position and it will roll left and right revealing the side without any diamond particles. That would be odd.
   
   The chain it comes with is so thin that using it to hold the pendant would be unsafe and one could lose the whole thing.

1. This is a beautiful little set. I bought this so my daughter could keep it for her child one day. It is well made-no complaints.



2. I recieved this set today. It is very nice and at the price I paid, I think I have got a good deal overall.
   
   Fortunately I didn't buy this to give away as a complete set because the pretty pink box with a ribbon was totally wrecked and couldn't be used. It has had some considerable weight drop on it at the side of it that has crushed it. The actual pearls were not effected, as I think the foam they were sitting in helped to absorb the shock of the obvious impact. The impact was so great the foam was still crushed. The box was inside another for delivery, so how huge must the impact to it have been? Or did Amazon send it like this? Did the delivery company damage it and not say something? I am wondering...
   
   Still happy with the actual product.



3. Bought this from the Amazon Gold Box deals. For the price, this is a lovely little set that my wife and daughter can enjoy together. (I ordered it as a gift from my daughter to my wife for Mother's Day.) Quality seems to be pretty good from what I can see. The set just looks very pretty and is fun for mom & daughter to wear together.



4. I purchased this for my mother not realizing the daughter necklace would be extremely small. It fit around my neck like a choker. When my mother opened the box, she said that she could use it as a bracelet. It's really fine quality. I almost wished I purchased one myself.



5. My husband bought this set to have my daughter give it to me for Mothers Day. When she realized that it was a set we would both use she was even more thrilled! What little girl doesn't like to wear thing like mommy has?? We put the necklaces and earrings on immediately and wore them all the rest of the day! Now whenever we go somewhere (even to the grocery store) she asks if we should put on our matching jewelry!
   The necklaces are nicely made and should last for years. the one drawback to the necklaces is that they are close enough to chokers, I would have liked a little more slack in mine. It was not TIGHT but I personally do not like straight around the neck, I like a little slack so it drapes a little. The Pearl earrings did not make our ears itch or break out after a full day of wear.
   The best thing about this set in my opinion is the wonderful memories we will have of wearing our matching sets to special occasions together!

1. This pendant was ordered as a gift for a young lady. It is very sparkly and dainty. The chain is thin and delicate, and the pendant is light. Beautiful and inexpensive, too!



2. This is a very nice, feminine sterling silver pendant necklace. The chain is 18 inches long. The CZs really sparkle and add to the femininity of the flower.
   
   The height of the pendant is just over 1 inch and the width is just over 1/2 an inch. It's not small but not large - it is JUST perfect. It would even be nice on a teen. Perhaps a special occassion warrants a piece of jewelry that is affordable but looks like you spent more - here's your necklace!

1. My son is having a Halloween themed wedding, my gown is gorgeous gothic black velvet- not your typical mother of the groom! I bought the pendant and matching earrings they will compliment my gown beautifully. I love Black Onyx and will definitely wear these pieces again and again not just at Halloween time.
   I am very impressed with the quality from this vendor and will certainly shop with them again. My only regret is the matching ring was sold out at this time!



2. I am so surprised that something so small can be so elegant. This is a truly beautiful piece of jewelry, and I must say that the picture doesn't do it justice. For reference it is about the size of your nail on your thumb. It looks stunning from afar, especially if you buy the set of earrings to go with it. It is stamped on the back as genuine sterling silver.

1. It looks to me like the pictures are very accurate. The earrings seem more delicate and sparklier in person but the pendant looks much like its picture. The way the stones in the pendant are cut (they are flat on top) makes it less translucent and not quite as sparkly as the earrings but it is still very pretty and I am more than pleased with my purchase. I especially love the earrings. One of the earring posts was badly bent but I was able to straighten it out without breaking it. It should not have been shipped out in that condition but it didn't turn out to be a problem. Shipping was fast and free...hurray for Amazon!



2. The stones are pretty. The color is wonderful. The earrings look fairly sturdy. The pendant is nicely done. I was disappointed in the quality of the necklace. The necklace was extremely delicate (thin) and looked tarnished. My recommendation is to use another silver necklace in lieu of the one that come with the set. The upshot is that instead of using it as a gift for an adult woman, it is now going to a teenager.



3. I bought this set for a friend. She loves it and wears it all the time, even her daughters want to borrow it.



4. I purchased the Sterling Silver Amethyst Flower stud earring and pendant set for my niece. I was very happy with the stone quality and earring backs. I thought that the chain was somewhat flimsy, and I will purchase another richer chain with a stronger latch for her before gifting her with it.
