1. I bought this for my wife for her birthday, and it was a big hit.
   
   The picture really doesn't do it justice -- the gold-colored strands that run through the quartz are absolutely lovely, and make for a very eye-catching piece. The stone is attached to the chain with a thin wire that runs through the top of the crystal -- subtle and not distracting.
   
   Depending on your preferences, you might want a longer chain, but so far the 16" one has worked fine for us.

1. I get comments on this piece everywhere I go. People really like it. It is a very nice and solid piece for the price. The necklace is too dainty and easily broken; but, I just use it with another chain and wear it frequently.
