1. I would not recommend this item to buy. When I received it, I added my charm and birthstone to this. I went shopping with a friend, when I came home my necklace was gone. A $100.00 charm and stone down the drain.

1. The description of this product says it all. It is plain, and the size comparison to a U.S. half-dollar is accurate.
   
   I bought this because I specifically wanted a plain, round locket, and this was the only place I found one that looked right. But if you are shopping for a high-quality piece, consider this:
   
   - The surface of the locket looks no better than highly polished stainless steel, and the side worn toward my skin has gotten very scuffy very quickly.
   
   - The locket's seal isn't great. It stays closed with no problem, but the seal is uneven and there is a variable, visible gap opposite the hinge.
   
   For the price, I believe you could find a nicer piece of jewelry. But if you're shopping for simplicity, this locket is just right.

1. I was very very pleased with this purchase. It was very difficult to find a locket for a man on the internet and this was exactly what I was looking for. Simple design that makes it unisex, it is exactly as described online, and the price was very affordable. My fiancee absolutely loves it as well. Delivery time was earlier than expected, which was very important as it was a gift for him to take on his travels. I found the company to be responsive, as I emailed to make sure it would arrive in time and they emailed back soon after to assure me of delivery dates.

2. I've been looking for replacement stones for my locket since the birth of my son 14 Feb. This was the only place I could find them, since I purchased the locket six years ago. I love that I have the complete set now.
