1. The product itself is beautiful.
   
   The product arrived 5 days late, was not shipped until the predicted arrival date and the company was not very responsive to the first few e-mail.
   
   Turns out they were attending a jewelry show with limited access to e-mail. They provided a reasonable explanation for the delay in shipping, offered a complete return if not satisfied with the product and ultimately refunded the shipping charges.
   
   Overall rating would be good on the service albeit slow.
   
   If you are ordering from this company, give yourself 2 weeks padding and you'll be more than happy.
