- The service is ONLINE ONLY. If you're ok with that, then this is a good company with good customer service. They responded to the online questions I had pretty quickly. They even helped to deliver an out of stock item in time for valentine's day. I was impressed. However, my wife and I were out to the movies two days after V-day and the gemstone fell out! They told me to return it for a refund since that's all I wanted at that point. I mailed it back and saw no refund! The same day that I emailed to inquire about my refund, a replacement ring was sitting at my front door! My wife still has the ring because it is, in fact, very pretty. I sent a nasty email about the fact that I wanted a refund but got an exchange. They claimed to not know why I got an exchange instead of a refund and said that I could send it back for a refund...again. I just decided to keep the ring.
