1. I got this set of 3 earrings when it was offered for $29.99. It seemed like a good deal to me at the time. The stones of the earrings are all beautiful. They look real. Their oval cut is brilliant. My only complaint is that the earrings are a little too thick so they stick out further than I would like them to. I will probably end up giving them away as gifts.



2. I bought these for my 11 year old after she had her ears pierced. She wanted something that was easy to put in herself, and these fit the bill. They are reasonably well made for inexpensive jewelry and she has had many compliments on them. I think they are a little large for her, but she likes them a lot. The topaz is redder in color than the picture.

1. I bought this for me, as a reward more or less. But now that it is in my possession I kinda want to buy another and use it to inspire a friend or something. It is beautifully crafted and kinda fun to play with. I would definitely suggest this piece.

3. I had wanted to get this for a while as a gift for a friend. she loves atlases, maps, and globes so i thought this would be perfect.
   
   it is beautiful online, but i was slightly unimpressed when i received it in the mail. it doesn't come with a chain and it is quite small. if i had to make the decision again, i think i would still buy it but ONLY because the idea of it was too perfect and there's nothing else like it out there.
   
   but other than that i would not think it is value for money.



4. I bought this for my sister for her birthday and she loved it. The globe inside actually rolls and you can take it out to be an actual globe. Great buy. Make sure you get a chain to match it.



5. This is a very nice pendant and as far as I've seen, unique. It kind of reminds of me of Orion's Belt from Men In Black :-P A little smaller than I expected, but that keeps it subtle.

1. When I purchased these on August 18, there was not a picture of the item. Part of this is my fault for not being familiar with green amethyst and for buying something sight unseen. However, I don't think it was unreasonable of me to expect some definitive green. The description says that this stone is part of the quartz family; think quartz here with a washed out greyish green color. The picture, which is now posted, is fairly accurate but more definitive in color than what you will receive. They are also larger than I anticipated. The minimum total gem weight is listed as 1.74 carats, which would be roughly .87 carat per earring. My earrings present to be about 1.5 to 2 carats each, which means they are pretty large, probably due to the fact that this stone is fairly lightweight. The tip of the pear to the bottom is 3/8 inch. Amazon ran these on special for $20.99, on a percentage off sale, but if I had this to do over, I wouldn't pay more than $10 for them, although the gold housing on the stones is probably worth the price I paid. In my opinion, they are not suitable for gift giving either.



2. These are pretty earrings, I purchased for a friend and actually was quite surprised at how nice they look. The color is suppose to be a very pale green from what I've seen and that is what they look like. A nice size, not to big, not too small.



3. This was a gift for a family member. It was the perfect size and color needed to match a ring. She loved it.



4. These earrings are lovely. They are clear and bright. The color is a very, very light green. It is not like a peridot green. It is like a clear white stone with just a subtle hint of emerald green. Do not expect any bright color - it is very subtle and soft. Very well made and solid prongs. A+++

1. I'm glad I read the reviews here - I wanted to buy this and the earrings for my daughter's 10th birthday later this month (it's her birthstone), and from what I'm reading it's sized just right for a child. I'll definitely get them now - thanks!



2. Got this for my wife on her birthday last year. It's a beautiful piece but it's VERY small. The picture is about a x4 magnification.



3. It is small! But that's OK my wife doesn't like big pendents. However it was sent just thrown in a velvet bag, which was in a box, in a larger box. It obviously had gotten thrown around so much that when I took it out of the bag to examine it, the chain was in 3 or 4 knots. I'm still working on getting then out without breaking the chain. Hopefully I can do it in time to give it as a gift.



4. this look great in person, i would recommend getting a longer and heavier chain when you get this however. the chain it comes with is a little short for most adults and is a little light, it might be easy to break. other wise my wife loved it.



5. I found this pendant to be very pretty...however the size was much smaller than I expected. I should have done the metric conversion carefully and not relied on the image provided. I think this is a great piece for a little girl, but not necessarily an adult.

1. When I received this necklace I almost didn't recognize it as being one that I had ordered. The color was a much, much darker purple - almost a dark blue. It was a very pretty purple, but not nearly as light as the picture showed it. The stones were also smaller than they looked in the picture, and were very tiny.
   
   Both the 18" necklaces I've gotten from Amazon have been shorter than they should have been. They're fine for people with small necks, but larger women will have trouble wearing them and I'll make it a point to avoid ordering any more, unless they're for presents for skinny-necked people.
   
   Other than that, the necklace is really a beautiful shade of purple and seems to be reasonably well made. Since it's too small for me it will make an excellent Christmas present for my niece. It just wasn't what I expected.



2. I'm not familiar with faceted amethyst, but this is not what I expected. This necklace looks very cheap. The "stones" look like beads, it is like something a child would make in a jewelry kit. My boyfriend saw it and thought it looked like a candy necklace. The stones do look very much like colored rock candy. I've seen similar things being sold at souvenir shops on spring break.

1. It looks to me like the pictures are very accurate. The earrings seem more delicate and sparklier in person but the pendant looks much like its picture. The way the stones in the pendant are cut (they are flat on top) makes it less translucent and not quite as sparkly as the earrings but it is still very pretty and I am more than pleased with my purchase. I especially love the earrings. One of the earring posts was badly bent but I was able to straighten it out without breaking it. It should not have been shipped out in that condition but it didn't turn out to be a problem. Shipping was fast and free...hurray for Amazon!
