5 comments about Your Right To Be Rich.
  1. I have the print version of Think and Grow Rich as well as this set of CD's and they nicely complement one another. While much of what is in the CD can be gleaned from the book, it is good to listen to Mr. Hill's lectures to reinforce the material.

That said, I must say I made the mistake of listening to the CD's in the car while commuting to and from work. The angst of driving in Southern California doesn't allow for proper attention to be paid to the material in the recordings. My suggestion is that you find a quiet, isolated place to listen to the CD's and then really focus on what Mr. Hill is saying. He is full of knowledge and is also an entertaining speaker. You will not get bored listening to him! It will be so much more valuable than zoning out watching mindless, worthless television shows.

Much of what he says is really nothing more than common sense but it is helpful to have it all contained in one setting, plus how many of us know what we ought to do but don't do it? I believe if a person truly applies the principles and techniques advocated by Mr. Hill, there is no doubt they will be successful.

The Amazon price for the 9-CD set is well worth it. Just make sure you set yourself up in the proper listening environment, then act on what he says.

  2. Mr. Hill has the success system that never fails. This is one of the men that Anthony Robbins copied to build his personal power series. A very good buy.

  3. I love this audiobook set. It is helping me understand my business and explode it to the top better than any audiobook I have ever purchased.
Mr. Hill is definitly the best motivator I have ever listened too. His practical approach to Life as well as Business is amazing. Every household need this book and apply the principles taught in this Audiobook.

  4. Absolutely the most amazing lecture series I have ever heard. I have never heard Hill speak but you can just tell he is absolutely committed to his philosophy by being such a shining example of it! He was paid a pittance when he was interviewing the hundreds of successful people that Andrew Carnegie introduced for Hill. It took him around 20 years to get all that data into a systematic philosophy for personal success! Who else would be more qualified to speak on personal success than Hill?!?

This lecture series contains material that is not in Think and Grow Rich and the Keys to Success books. This should be the bible of success for everyone!

  5. I listen to this in my iPod - it's a great motivational program!! I don't agree with his views on dating though.

5 comments about Think and Grow Rich (Original, Unabridged Edition 12 CD Set).
  1. I've been listening to Napoleon's Hill's original Think and Grow Rich. Though originally published about 70 years ago, the concepts are just as relevant today as they were when written. Moreover, hearing the original words as written by the author without interpretation or addition gives the listener a rich sense of both history and timelessness. When he discusses the potential for new electronic media (in his day, radio, today, internet and TV) for advertising, the concepts are just as fresh as ever. I recommend this book in its original form to be read or listened to over and over for inspiration and for knowledge. It only becomes more relevant with the years.

  2. A classic copied into newer versions call 'The Secret' or some kind of power-of-positive-thinking title. Hard to beleive this was written so many years ago and is still so relivant today. I've heard too many success stories to mention that began with this book.

  3. After finishing "Think and Grow Rich" I have suddenly realized that this simple slogan is the single way of life in a capitalist society. In this book, as the only way of getting rich, the author advocates goal-directed way of life, purposefulness, constant self-perfection, courage, the skill to think and to act, and the other similar traits of character.

Many people came to a conclusion that the wealth, in some extent, depends on a level of education, motivation, self-esteem, and so on. The problem is that not all the people in equal extend incline to the education, to their self-improvement. This is because of the differences of their needs, habits, abilities, capabilities, and so on. Leo Tolstoy in his novel "Resurrection" arose a question of how to improve the level of education within a society: from inside of each individual or from outside? Which came first, the chicken or the egg? Should first the level of education of each and every individual be risen which yields a revolution (dialectic transition of quantity into quality) or the revolution should make the environment to foster the education of every individual?

The traits advocated by Napoleon Hill correspond to the first Leo Tolstoy's way of improving society. If each and every individual will improve, the society will automatically improve. The second way of Leo Tolstoy (create the environment which will foster the education of every individual) is contrary to Napoleon Hill's ideas: "if something is got for free or without big effort, it won't be appreciated, won't be handled with care or you won't trust it". Free education and medical care won't be respected properly by people, regardless how good this education and medical care are. That's why the socialist society will develop slower than capitalist. Marxists knew this and have built the concept of World revolution (to overthrow of capitalism in all countries), and a further idea by Trotsky that it was impossible to build socialism in a single country. Trotsky wrote that the socialist economy is not as efficient as capitalist and without the World revolution the USSR won't be able to overcome its economic underperformance.

Napoleon Hill praises the freedom and opportunities of the capitalist society of the U.S. in particular, which gives, according to Napoleon Hill, boundless opportunities for an individual who is able to think and grow rich.

I also recommend "The Road to Serfdom" by F. A. Hayek in addition to this book. Although "Think and Grow Rich" is a classical self-help book for a general reader while "The Road to Serfdom" is mostly academic, I think that both of them should be read.

  4. The fact that this book was released seventy years ago is astonishing. All the information seems as though Napoleon Hill released his classic
philosophy just this year. Every part of the philosophy is so strong and pertinent today as it ever has been. This book is a must read, or listen, to anyone interested in personel wealth and well being.Very powerful and inspiring listen to this CD two or three times in succession and then once a month for a year until the philosophy is your way of life. You will not be dissapointed.

  5. Napolean Hill's classic Think And Grow Rich is great to listen to on the go. I love this unabridged audio version, I can listen over and over and review the salient points until I get it. Even though the book was written in another era, the information is timeless. I recommend this material to anyone who wants to expand their awareness of how the universe works, in all areas. Great book, greater to listen to on CD.

  1. I guess I was expecting more from a book written more than 60 years ago that supposedly sold millions of copies and was a legend in the sales business. Glad I read it, but struggled through the style. Long, boring references to a bunch of common sense stuff that frankly does not have much relevance in 2008. Oh, well. I guess you get what you pay for, but I don't think I got $4 worth of value from this antiquated look at society, except in historical terms.

  1. THIS BOOK AT TIMES CAN BE VERY PRACTICAL. IT WILL NOT MAKE YOU RICH OR SUCCESSFUL. ALL ANY BOOK CAN DO IS MOVE YOU TOWARDS ACTION, AND PERHAPS ALTER YOUR THINKING. THATS THE MAIN MESSAGE THIS BOOK TEACHES. YOU HAVE CONTROL OVER ONLY ONE THING AND THAT IS YOUR THOUGHTS. AND SO THE 17 LAWS THIS BOOK PRESENTS ARE 17 WAYS YOU CAN CHANGE YOUR THINKING. ONLY FOR THOSE WHO ARE DOWN TO EARTH AND ARE WILLING TO COMMIT THEMSELVES. UNLIKE OTHER "SELF HELP" BOOKS OUT THERE, I.E. WISHY WASHY CRAP LIKE 'THE SECRET', THIS CAN ACTUALLY HELP STEER YOU IN THE RIGHT DIRECTION. I RECOMMEND IT HIGHLY.

  2. It tells how and encourages on how one shouldn't easily give up in life after going through even the last phase of trials. It is living while trying only that you have a guide book to refer to of what you should or shouldn't have done.
    Best read.

  3. Great book to read and have for your library. The only thing I don't like about is that it's bound like a school textbook. However, the content compensates that.

  4. This is a truly outstanding book. However, if you wish to read ANY of Napolean Hill's work stay away from anything published by Highroads Media. What they did in both Law of Success and Think and Grow Rich is change the text to the way they think it should read. The changes made to both books are obvious and definately change the meaning of the books. Stay away from any work published by these people and opt to find editions that are true to the original text.

  1. The book is great. But it is frustrating to keep hearing the "editor's comment" and then "end of editor's comment" and then the comments from the editor. I appreciate the editor putting in his or her two cents, but it is frustrating when you get into the deep thought about what Napoleon Hill is saying, then suddenly, the message "editor's comment" disrupts your thought. To me, it is an ego trip of this editor by putting in too, too much of his comment. The whole CD 2 of the 9 CD is packed with Editor's comment. It is frustrated keep getting interrupted over and over by the "Editor's Comments" and I decided to vent online to let someone else know not to buy this version. If you want to buy, go for the original, the unabridged version of Napoleon Hill's Think and Grow Rich.

  2. The story may seem old but the philosophy is timeless. This program is updated with new millenium success stories and I still listen to it in my car every other week. repitition is the mother of skill

-Timothy Kendrick author-PTSD: Pathways Through the Secret Door

  3. The editors of this book (and specially the Audio version of the book) make it almost unbearable. Their constant interruption of Hill to add absolutely irrelevant additional information and often times unnecessary explanations, make the audio tapes enraging. They break the flow of ideas that Hill expresses so wonderfully. They are so concerned with the time-relevance of examples that they force modern-day examples into the chapters. And they are so long-winded and uninteresting that I found myself screaming at the cd player to please SHUT-UP! Understand: The beauty of a classic is that it is timeless. Now if for copiright reasons they needed to add so much junk to a classic, the audio version should be set up so that the listener could jump-skip their material. The editors ruined the book experience.

  5. I have read the original book and I decided to go with the 21st century edition when I got the audio book. Big Mistake. A third of the material is lame editorial comments. These worthless editorial comments ruin this book. I could not stand it so much that I quit listening to the audiobook. If the editor feels that they have so much to offer perhaps they should have written their own book instead of ruining this one.

5 comments about The Think and Grow Rich Action Pack.
  1. I read this book first in soft copy version, and then I decided to buy this "enriched" version. And I enjoyed reading it.
I you ever read any book from Dale Carnegie or similar authors, you will find many similar ideas in this book. Generally, this is not a rocket science, but having in mind the time when this book was written, you should respect the writer. Although there are some boring parts (when Author boast himself), in general is the book very readable and you should think about advices given in it. After all, author made a great effort analyzing why successful people are successful and where all the others fail. There is a very thin line between winners and losers, but it is fascinating how many people never cross that line - and everything really is in your hands!
However, have in mind time and place where this book was created, have in mind situation at the time and don't follow blindly all that was written in it. But DO read it and Do think about it.
And then read it again. It's worth it.

  2. Even though it was written some time ago, the basic principles outlined by Mr. Hill in this book are just as relevant as ever. There is nothing earth shattering, nor is there anything complicated - it's just basic common sense stuff, but it has all been assembled in one place and written in a very organized and easy-to-read and easy-to-digest manner. There's no rocket science here nor does there need to be any.

That said, it is like what Mr. Hill says in one of his lectures that is on a CD set also available on Amazon. 98% or more of the people who are given these principles don't follow them. The best books in the world are of no use to anyone if people don't put them into action and hold themselves accountable for doing so.

Mr. Hill has organized the book into relatively short and very readable chapters, each dealing with a trait or characteristic that one should aspire to incorporate in his or her life. I would say that anyone who actually does this is going to make significant improvements in their quality of living.

While the author frequently mentions money as the goal (and seems to make it sound like that's all that is important, even though in some other parts he tries to downplay this aspect), this is a book to improve your overall life, not for getting rich dollar-wise (although these principles are appropriate for that, too).

I found that certain parts of the book do seem dated, such as his methods of advertising oneself when looking for a job. This was written pre-internet and also before our present age of information overload in which hiring managers are too busy to spend time on a voluminous resume. Overall however, the principles in the book are timeless and can easily be adapted to today.

Also, this book contains the "Action Pack" not written by Mr. Hill. It contains exercises that correspond to the various chapters. Personally I don't feel it contributes that much to the book and you can do just as well without it but given the reasonable price of this edition it doesn't hurt to have it included. It might be more beneficial to others but for me it wasn't necessary. Mr. Hill's material is much more valuable than the extra material.

  4. This book is highly motivational. I can see its influence in other business books I have read. Good to have in your library.

I only gave it three stars due to personal religious values/beliefs. I agree with almost all he says. I just dont care much for his religious views. The book was progressing very well until I hit the whole "there is no life after death" and "death is just eternal sleep." The author provides this to help the reader lose his fear of death, claiming that religion (at least in the past) fostered fear of death due to the "hell concept."

If you deal better with overlooking things like these then it is a great five star book. Otherwise, glean all the great advise given and work through this last bit- it is still worth owning and reading.

  5. The content of the book is great. However, this version has cheap quality paper, pages that are stuck together and TONS of misspellings. I got so upset with the number of typos that I went to the bookstore and bought another copy.

5 comments about Napoleon Hill's A Year of Growing Rich: 52 Steps to Achieving Life's Rewards.
  1. Napoleon Hill is the recognized expert on all things success. In this book, Hill reveals how you can grow rich, and keep your mental act together at the same time. Typical of Hill's writing style, the book is easy to read, and features numerous examples from his real life experience. Specifically, this book covers, among many other things:

Why some succeed and others don't.
    Helping your children succeed.
    Overcoming fear
    Living your own life

This book focuses on achieving success through positive relationships and a healthy mental attitude. For more information on achieving financial success, you may want to read "The 17 Principles of Creating Wealth," by Phillip Collinsworth.

  2. **** HIGHLY RECOMMENDED ****

This book is not about money but I can certainly see how people who would incorporate the knowledge in this book could get ahead. For me this was a book of "Golden Rules", which if followed, would definitely bring riches to ones life. I don't know of a single person I wouldn't recommend this book to. Get it, you won't be disappointed.

  3. Highly motivated people will love this book. It is a must read for anyone that I meet who wants a little more out of life. It is hard not to get bogged down with all of life's challenges - and to loose sight of what we all want. This book will put things in perspective. It will also provide you with a guidebook for success that can be used over and over.

I've read the book several times now, I find value with each reading. One note, I get so motivated by reading it, that I cannot read just one passage a week. It is broken down into 52 segments to be read at different times through the year. I simply could not do that, I had to read it in one setting.

I hope you will find as much value as I did. It forced be to get up and do something magnificent with my life. I sincerely hope that you will find motivation from the text - go out and achieve something remarkable.

  4. I read the weekly content every day for the whole week, which gives me time to reflect on what I've learned as part of my daily critical thinking exercise. Although I am only up to week five, I am extremely excited to see what unfolds in the remaining 47 weeks. The content each week is only 1 1/2 to 2 pages long and takes less than 5 minutes to read. Each day I glean something new from the material and work it into my daily living. I recommend this book to anyone who wants to achieve a greater understanding of success - not just financial, but all areas of living.

  5. Though the title says "Grow Rich" and most people will instantly think in financial terms, this book really gives you nuggets of wisdom to bring you all of Life's "Riches", from better values, better relationships, better self-confidence, etc.

I loved the chapter formats meant to be one lesson per week for the year, though I read straight through the book. I still go back to the book often and read just one or two of the chapters just to keep it fresh and remind myself to stay on the right track.

  1. Great book. I would recommend this book to anyone who want to be successful in their respective field.

  2. Preparation is definitely the key!

It becomes important that we know about the rules that will ultimately determine our success. Not just to know their meanings and what they do, but to make these principles a part of us - a habit that will lead us to do the right thing automatically, regardless of the circumstances. As Kimbro said, "it is our job as Black Americans to disentangle the myths, misconceptions, and half - truths that clouds the judgments of our society".
All, regardless of race or class or economic status, are entitled to a fair chance and to the tools for developing their individual powers of mind and spirit to the utmost. This promise means that all children by virtue of their own efforts, competently guided, can hope to attain the mature and informed judgment needed to secure gainful employment, and to manage their own lives, thereby serving not only their own interests but also the progress of society itself. Also noted by Kimbro, "Blacks as a whole have moved from a position of utter destitution - in terms of wealth, education, and human rights - to a place alongside their ethnic counterparts".

Black males, particularly, have edged precariously close to becoming an endangered species. There are more Black males in prison and correctional facilities than on college campuses. Functional illiteracy among minority youth may run as high as 40 percent.

The search for solutions to our educational problems must also include a commitment to life-long learning. Learning is the indispensable investment required for success but without life-long learning, one's skills will become rapidly dated.

This would also reverse the current declining trend--a trend that stems more from weakness of purpose, confusion of vision, under use of talent, and lack of leadership, than from conditions beyond our control. We as Black Americans need to realize that we do not simply exist, we need to always realize what our life will be, and what we will become in the next moment.

I took liberty to expand upon the following:

THE PRESIDENT'S NATIONAL COMMISSION FOR EXCELLENCE IN EDUCATION (During Reagan era, still suitable today):

The report called for greater federal support of education and included the claim that the nation was threatened by "a rising tide of mediocrity". A Nation at Risk is a reform based on the development of standards-based curricula. The focus is on outcomes of education in relation to standards of achievement, the idea being that student achievement and instructional programs were likely to improve.

One of the most quoted portions of this report came from the introduction just after the "Rising Tide" remark. It said: "If an unfriendly foreign power had attempted to impose on America the mediocre educational performance that exists today, we might well have viewed it as an act of war. As it stands, we have allowed this to happen to ourselves. We have even squandered the gains in student achievement made in the wake of the Sputnik challenge. Moreover, we have dismantled essential support systems, which helped make those gains possible. We have, in effect, been committing an act of unthinking, unilateral educational disarmament".

The following five recommendations were made by the report:

    Content
Recommended that the graduation requirements for all students be raised to include 4 years of English, 3 years of mathematics, 3 years of science, 3 years of social studies, 1 semester of computer science, and for college bound students 2 years of foreign language.

    Standards and Expectations
Schools should expect better academic performance and behavior from students and universities should strengthen admissions requirements.

    Time
More time should be spent on the new required courses by being more efficient and by lengthening the school day and year.

    Teaching
A series of recommendations that focused around teachers being better prepared.

    Leadership and Fiscal Support
A call to citizens to hold educational leaders responsible be willing to provide the fiscal resources needed to implement the outlined reforms.

Using available statistics, Black America continue to take for granted the enormous and victorious battles won by the Civil Rights movement. "If there is one thing that we have won and accomplished, it is our moral right to exist".

Racism and discrimination should never be an excuse for your lack of development, but real creative ability-ability to live largely in a world based on ones own inner resources, finding one's true self, overcoming ignorance, and always remaining receptive and teachable should be never ending endeavors.

Slavery in America has left a scar on the Black family structure where as slave master would separate parents from children, husband and wife from each other is still visible today with children being born into single parent households or children being separated from parents. This cycle has not ceased but instead has taken new forms.

Kimbro's writing style is multi- dimensional and stimulating to the imagination. It spirals you into the seams of the book. In the section dealing with the " Law of Compensation" there are many lessons to be learned by all ethnicities.

Black people have to take the opportunity and the responsibility by portraying themselves differently. As Kimbro mentioned, your thoughts are the steering mechanism of your life. "Faith only enters the mind that has been properly prepared for it. Although I must add, your heart and your guts usually have a say so with what you think or decide too.

Quoting Thurgood Marshall, " Blacks must earn their way to higher achievement". In other words, through perseverance, hardwork and desire.

As John H. Johnson stated, "Black people have the power to make it in this society".

As George Washington Carver stated, "We must rid ourselves of the idea that there's a short - cut to achievement".

Black America has to realize that whatever God has allowed to be taken away from it temporarily he has suredly replaced it with something far greater. A glance at history will confirm that. Although many individual Black Americans in this society continue to adorn themselves with the albatross of ignorance around their neck. Black people need to reconstruct the perspective lens of White America.

Although I thought, Kimbro did not use fair judgment by not choosing Reginald Lewis (TLC Beatrice) as a role model in his book due to Lewis's butting heads with John Johnson of Johnson Publications. In my judgment, if Kimbro knew about this spat he should have left Johnson out of the book.

Although this book is directed at the African-American community, the principles found within are color blind. Dr. Kimbro creates a step-by-step approach for achieving success. There is enough in the book that merit's a periodical re-read.

  3. An excellent read for anyone who desired to have it all and wants to truly know how to go about accomplishing that very goal step by step.

  4. Think and Grow Rich continues to be a book I would suggest that everyone keep in their library and read at least once a year.

  5. This is one of the greatest books I have ever read. Next to the Bible it has had a positive effect on me and I share its positive message with everyone.

I speak to groups and this is on my suggested reading list.

    A must read.

I am not one who writes or talks much but I have to share with those who I meet.

  1. One of the original sources for many of the 'self-help' books available today, Napoleon Hill's classic is a must read for readers who enjoy these types of books. This book continues to be on best-seller lists, even though nearly eight decades have passed since its original publication - a true testemont to the stregnth of the ideas presented here.

  2. Written more than 70 years ago and the ideas still pertain to life today. There are some ideas of Napoleon's that I do not agree with however many are "right on"! This book will help you gain awareness and conciousness and help you in your spiritual journey.

  4. There are perhaps a half-dozen or so exceptional"financial" books that I've read over the years. This is one of them. Wish I had read this in my late teens or early 20's instead of discovering it in my 30's or 40's. I gave this book as a gift to my daughters when they first entered the working world and continue to give this book as a gift to other young persons.

  5. Who hasn't heard of the classic book, Think and Grow Rich by Napoleon Hill? Is it a book about positive thinking or is it a book about wealth building? The answer: Both! After sixty plus years, this book is still selling millions of copies worldwide and for good reason.

I first read this famous book over twenty years ago. In all honestly, I can say Think and Grow Rich changed by life for the better. The concept that my mind could control my ability to make or not make money was an entirely new realization for me. This book, more than any of my formal education, gave me the training and direction I needed to become more successful and self-satisfied personally, professionally and financially.

Napoleon Hill was an intellectual pioneer in the wealth building movement. His research and study for this book is probably one of the most read, quoted and imitated on the subjects of success and wealth. Around the world, this classic has sold over 15 million copies. One caveat: It was published in the 1920-30's by a man who wrote it primarily for men - it can be sexist. BUT it's the over-all message that makes it a time-proven classic.

Andrew Carnegie commissioned Napoleon Hill to research and discover why some people succeeded despite all odds to become successful millionaires while others, and sometimes with even greater opportunities, could barely make ends meet. Hill interviewed the greatest entrepreneurial leaders of his time - Henry Ford, Andrew Carnegie, Thomas Edison and more. Napoleon Hill devoted years to studying, understanding, interrupting and writing about success.

Hill determined that the truly successful men he interviewed shared certain mental qualities in common. These common qualities became the thirteen steps of Think and Grow Rich. Hill believed that by understanding and applying these thirteen steps, you could live a full, meaningful and wealthy life.

Napoleon Hill discovered that the human mind is our greatest wealth-building ally. Most people, he concluded, were "afraid" of poverty. They literally were programming their mind to be and stay poor. Hill concluded that most of us focus energy on not being poor instead of becoming wealthy. Becoming wealthy is an entirely different mind-set than not being poor. We waste valuable time and energy on avoiding poverty instead of accumulating wealth.

Hill spends the majority of the book explaining the power of the human mind. What you think about and focus on most often, becomes your reality. Becoming and staying wealthy, Hill explains, is as much mental as it is about physically making money. This may sound straightforward today, but back in the 1920's and 1930's it was revolutionary.

Hill concluded: When you combine reasoning skills with imagination, an unwavering belief and then take positive consistent action - wealth can be yours! Basically, "wealth consciousness" is achieved by making the conscious decision to become wealthy. With belief, positive thought and consistent positive action, you're allowing yourself to become wealthy faster.

Think and Grow Rich by Napoleon Hill is the classic read for developing an unstoppable mind-set for successful wealth building. I've personally read and/or listened to this book many times.

Wealth is more than accumulating money; it's a conscious and subconscious mind-set and lifestyle. Wealth is about having the money to enjoy living life. Wealth is an energy that flows in and out of your life. It's our responsibility to tap into this energy and create and maintain an abundant and wealthy life.

  1. This book was GREAT! I reccommend it to anyone, and i actually think that in some way it is better than Think and Grow Rich

  2. This is unquestionably one of the very best books ever written on the science of personal success. Written in the same vein as the Napoleon Hill classic, "Think and Grow Rich," this book is full of inspiring examples of how focusing the mind upon intended positive outcomes can be the catalyst to great accomplishment and personal growth.

The message is extremely powerful and its strict application MUST invariably lead you towards the fulfillment of whatever aims you focus its principles towards.

In the spirit of full disclosure, I should say that I am a speaker, trainer, and author of another unique and highly valuable learning tool that can also be found here on Amazon: The WealthLoop Series Beginner's Guide to Personal Wealth Creation (Combo Audio/Data CD): Audio Seminar With Downloadable 40-Page Action Manual and Active Link Library. It is a straight-forward discussion of the art and science of personal wealth creation and should be considered by anyone serious about wanting to learn more about the right way to get started on the road to personal wealth creation and financial freedom!

  3. I'm a busy venture capitalist who normally would not take the time to write a review about a book that I bought for someone else. But, that's precisely the point. I read "Success Through A Positive Mental Attitude" 30 years ago and it has made all the difference in my life. It can in yours, too, but you have to apply it and constantly monitor your thinking. Everything starts as a thought. The Golden Gate bridge started as an idea in an architect's mind. He then put it on paper and showed it to others in a positive manner and with an enthusiasm that persuaded others to believe in the idea and to take action.

There is one other book that can also make quite a difference and will guide you with wisdom, hope and faith that can fuel the positive energy that comes from PMA. That is the good old fashioned Bible. I'm not religious or a "Bible thumper;" just a guy who wishes he'd read it 30 years ago as well. The two books will arm you for a great life. And, you would like to do something collectively as well (but it is not necessary in order to benefit from these two books), then I encourage you to read my book, "ResoNation." Resonation: Enlightened Government for We the People[

  4. At age 21 I read this wonderful book, and it changed my life forever!
The book inspired me to be more, learn more and achieve so much more, while sheltering me from all the negatives that surround us. Over the last 31 years I have become successful, in great part to this book, which inspired me to write my own self help book: THE POWER OF BEING DIFFERENT.
What really inspires people is real life examples of successful individuals that had been unsuccessful and struggling for many years. This book keeps you pumped up in every single chapter.
It actually inspired me to write and publish 5 of my own books.
My goal was to write a book like this one that would inspire and lift someone up in every single chapter.
THIS ONE IS A WINNER!!!!! Don't miss out.
    John Paul Carinci

  5. This is another self-help book that I wouldn't recommend to anyone. The book begins with PMA and NMA talismans, in other words a gimmick. It reminds me of the old-timer street hawkers that sold elixirs that would help any illness you had.

I do believe in the power of your mind being part of what you need to concentrate on to be whatever you want to be. I just don't see a need to have someone push a "end-all" to get there. If theirs is the ONLY way to achieve it, why are there so many self-help books on the market? Also, it is mostly a rewrite of Hill's THINK AND GROW RICH and if you want to know about that book, buy it, not this one.

If you are someone that needs a push and a gimmick to get your going in the right direction, this audio book many give you what you need. If you don't, then it will not hold much interest for you.
