1. I feel that this book has been a valuable addition to my personal library, and I have enjoyed the work that I have been able to do out of it so far. However, I would like to caution anyone considering to purchase this book about a few issues with the layout of the book.
   1. This book is written in three languages (French, English, German) throughout its entirety, which definitely cuts back on the amount of information that is being presented.
   2. I purchased this book thinking that it would be mostly text and emphasizing pedagogy, but the approach is much more like a technique book for the intermediate to advanced tubist.
   3. Almost of the musical examples are in treble clef. The book claims that this is to accommodate key centered tuba that might use this book. I still find it a bit cumbersome to use the exercises to this day, but I feel that it is probably a beneficial thing for tubists to learn to do.
   All in all I am happy that I have purchased this book, but I would much prefer some changes to be made to the format in the next edition of this book.
