1. I got this for my lil brother and he loves it, so does everyone else in his band class. It's not a professional quality horn but it's great for beginers and intermediates!

1. I've been playing the trumpet for about 10+ years now, and use this trumpet primarily for rehearsal settings. It's a good beginner trumpet, and a good rehearsal trumpet, but if you have been playing the trumpet for more than 3 years, then consider getting a professional trumpet. (Even though they're much more costly) This is a fairly decent trumpet for the price. Nice finish, durable case, valves a little crammed--however a good valve oil should solve it.
   
   Can't beat it for $99!

1. I was very happy to have found an inexpensive trumpet for my 5th grade beginner. I didn't want to spend $[...] on a trumpet not knowing if my son would still be interested next year. At first, I worried the Cecilio trumpet would be a cheap, plastic type toy trumpet, but was pleasantly surprised when it came and found it to be a good beginner's trumpet. My son also thought it was the coolest looking trumpet in his class. The trumpet was also shipped before the "ship by" date. Overall, we are very pleased with this product.



2. So my son just joined band for the first time and the trumpet he got from school was broken. They sent it in for repairs and after 2 weeks they still haven't even gotten to it. So I bought this trumpet for him so he could keep up with the class. It is black so he will be different from all of the other kids using the brass school trumpets. This makes him feel special and should keep his interest up through the troubling times of beginning to learn. Oh and it looks cool and all the kids are jealous. Brings a smile to his face; so I am happy.
   
   Now for the performance. I am by no means an expert so I will not try to give a professional review. I have read other reviewers talking about sticking keys and peeling lacquer. I am here to tell you I have not experienced any problems with this instrument. It looks beautiful. It plays beautiful (for a beginning 5 grader). No problems with inner workings.
   
   The shipping was extremly fast for regular shipping; so you won't hear any complaints there either.
   
   Overall, I am extremely happy with my purchase.

3. looking for a instrument was hard for me I participate in many things like marching band , jazz band , drum core and so on when I came upon this one I new it was good and when there is a good deal like this who cant beat it



4. This is a very good flute for the value. It sound's very nice and is smooth for playing. If you want to learn to play or you are short of cash this is a graet option.

Although I don't know too much about band instruments, the people at LJ Hutchen were very helpful in teaching me all that I needed to know before buying.

3. My 6th grader begged for his own (rather than rental) trumpet for his first year in band. This instrument has proven a fine investment at a very modest price. The tone is fine and the trumpet has many features that are appreciated by players with smaller hands, including a secure finger grip hold. My son's private instructor trained at Juilliard and agreed that given the price, you just can't beat this instrument. It is head and shoulders above similarly priced instruments.
