- No doubt about it. This horn is beautiful. The red lacquer is bright and will stand out in any crowd. I received the horn in poor condition however. The keys were so stiff they wouldn't move. Many keys didn't have proper seals. The C key was nowhere near even looking like it would close. It is obvious that this horn was not looked at before it left the factory I'm sure once the horn is in proper repair that it will play quite well. Be prepared though. You might want to plan to add a couple hundred dollars in repair costs to the price tag...
