5 comments about Elixir Light Nanoweb Acoustic Guitar Strings.
- These strings are pretty amazing. I had gone many years without changing the strings on my guitar (they just held really well, and sounded great the whole time), but then a month or so ago I broke my G string (har har). I knew where I stood with electric guitar strings (which I break all the time), but I had never really had a reason to look into acoustic strings. I went to my friend, George, who is a local celebrity in the music scene, done a lot of recording, recorded two CD's which have sold very well for him, and who owns more and knows more about guitars than anyone I know, and he recommended these without missing a beat. I was annoyed by the price, but they have not disappointed in any respect. These strings are really easy on the fingers - very smooth and light. They are a little bright for my taste, but I think they'll warm up a bit as I break them in, and it might just be my guitar itself (which leans towards a lighter sound). I would recommend them to anyone who's not afraid to invest a little bit more in their strings. The cost has definitely been worth it, in my opinion.
- These strings are awesome. They are longer lasting and sound great.
I have one older guitar that has a muted sound with other strings I've tried. These strings bring out a better sound.
- Great sounding strings, but I don't suggest you get these if you play hard. My friend used my guitar for a show and asked what kind of strings I use. He said they were going to break. Elixir always breaks on him because he plays hard. Sure enough they broke. I play more lead type stuff and like to work the dynamics on the string/strum level as opposed to the amp/pedal level so the responsiveness of these strings are great for me.
- I've played with elixir strings since they first came out. I love the sound and the fact that they stay new for a long, long time. But it seems like about a year ago my g string started breaking way too early. I usually leave the strings on for about 3 months, but the g string has started breaking after about 1 month, or sometimes earlier depending on how much I play my acoustic. It breaks at the saddle and I make sure there are no burrs and that it's set up right, but it keeps breaking. I've talked to several other players in the area that have stopped using elixir for the same reason. If Elixir will get this fixed, I'll come back, but until then, I go with D'Addario DXR.
- These are the best strings available, a great sound and sound. I'd recommend them to anyone.

5 comments about Qwik Tune Guitar Professor Chord Finder.
- Very good product, at a very good price...fulfilled all my expectations...the professor chord is a very useful extra.
- I luv this tuner and use it all the time!!! It works great to tune my electric guitar. And fast. it also has many other usefull things in it. I highly recommend it!!!
- This thing is a really good deal for the price, so much more compact and accurate than my ancient LED tuner. I just love the chord lookup feature. There have been so many times when I discovered a new chord, but didn't know what it was. Although I still have to cycle through them with this device, it sure beats thumbing through reams of pages in my old Chord Book.
- I'm teaching myself to play guitar so I didn't have a clue on how to tune it. This product made it so easy to tune and the chord finder is nice to refer to.
- As a beginning guitar student, I found the chord finder and tuner both easy to use. The tuner can even "hear" the note from a few feet away.

5 comments about Sony 3" Rewritable DVD+RW for Camcorders - 3pk.
- Excellent price for this product; 40% less than retail price in stores, even with shipping charge.
- I agree with the previous reviewer. These DVD+RW disks are "the Dickens" to unwrap. I thought I could just cut along the edge and remove the disk, but NOOOOO, the plastic wrapping it seems was applied with heat to the 3 individual disk containers, which then again were shrink-wrapped with another layer of plastic. During the process, the plastic's molecular structure must have "affinitized" with the other layers of plastic covering, because instead of peeling the covering off in one piece of plastic, the plastic covering (first the 3-pack covering which covers all 3 disks) tears off in little pieces (not as a whole plastic covering), and then the individual disks themselves are shrink-wrapped, and they, too, do the same think. Talk about getting your consumers frustrated. These do work the best in my Sony HDR-UX10 and I give them 5 stars for performance and quality, but give them 1 star for the inconvenience of unwrapping the product. Just another unnecessary headache that Sony has created for its customers.
- I was disappointed the disks did not work in the earlier Handycams. It would be helpful to customers to highlight this fact in the product information.
- We recorded onto these disks and the video looks great. It doesn't take up space like the larger disks and works great for my new camcorder. It was easy to record to and compatible with my computer and dvd player. I bought two 3 packs.
- this is a great deal they work great and hold a great picture or video and the price was sure right.

5 comments about Belkin F3U134-06 USB Extension Cable - 6ft.
- This cable works well and is a good quality product, unlike other cheap cables which sometimes affect the USB transport. I recommend it.
- This is a great accessory to use with a webcam on a Laptop computer. My webcam would not attach and sit securely atop my laptop screen that I use. Because of this I had to position it on a nearby flat surface, but the cord was too short for my needs. With this Extension Cable I an place cam on suitable site and use the laptop without worrying about the cam falling off, or having to constantly be repositioned. The cable can also be utilized with other peripheral devices that hook into USB connectors. Very useful device!
- I had been looking in office supply stores for this item but they all seemed to sell it at a much higher cost ($14.95-$20.95). This is exactly what I was looking for and the price was hard to believe!
- This is a quality peoduct and fits my needs exactly. What I want to say here is that EVERY time I order anything from AMAZON on line the total experience is absolutely AMAZ--ING!. From the moment you press the send button on an order until the item is on your doorstep, AMAZON is in total communication with you...keeping you informed of each step in the shipping process. You can count on the fastest delivery in the business, as well. I order a lot of stuff on line and AMAZON is where I go first when searching for a product.
- A 2 meter USB extension cable for this price from a reputed maker is a surprise. Works well.

5 comments about Sony High Definition Minidv Videocassette (2-Pack).
- I've now used about 10 such tapes on my Sony HD camcorder and never had any issues. The tape works well and the recording quality is great. It is expensive but well-worth it in terms of the quality and error free recording. I wish Amazon would sell a 5 or 10 pack at discounted price of ~$8 per tape.
- great HIGH DEF. quality. No drop outs at all. just consistent smooth digital video and audio output.
- As a few of you may know this HDV tape is top of the line in quality video. Panasonic makes a really solid tape as well, although i experienced more drop-out with Pany tapes. The reason i gave it 3 stars is because sony came out with a new tape HDM63VG. The new tape is videography grade, and the quality is awesome! The biggest benefits of the new tape is the price. 1/2 the price of the red label HDV from Sony. You can only buy them online at authorized sony stores for now, but will probably hit mass market here shortly. If you want to buy a great quality tape and don't care out the price, The ones your looking at are as good as it gets.
- The tapes came very quickly, but rather then getting a 2-Pack as advertised, I got an envelope with two single tapes, not packaged for resale. If I knew I was buying tapes from a bulk reseller, I would've expected the price to be much lower.
I have not tried the tapes yet, so cannot vouch for their quality. I'm sure they'll be fine.
- These Sony tapes have worked flawlessly for us. My wife burns through tapes pretty quickly on her Canon HV10 camcorder. To date, image quality has been as-expected with no problems recording or transferring data to the PC.
I am sure there are cheaper options, but it's simply not worth the risk.

5 comments about Belkin A3L791-S 3-Foot RJ45 CAT 5e Snagless Molded Patch Cable (Blue).
- Littly pricy, but a great cable. You will plug this in and never get another, so why not get it? You may want a longer one though, I just use this from my cable modem to my router.
- No problems so far; does its job.(if you are setting up a wireless network, get windows XP. 1 click and you're set up.)
- I bought these Belkin cables. They are very nice quality. They seem heftier than a lot of the other cables. My system analyst neighbor mentioned that he prefers to buy the 1000 foot roll. He runs them to wall outlets, then uses the 7 foot or 14 foot snap in cable from the wall to the PC. That way, you don't have to buy a 40 dollar crimping tool.
You can't solder these cables. They require a metal to metal contact, and lead-solder doesn't qualify. Also, it is critical to keep them spiraled, all the way up to the end. Even when attaching, instructions call for twisting them right up to the connection. Since the tech instructions, tell you to keep them down to under 350 feet, these cables, whether they are long or short, are in the right lengths. I know Amazon doesn't print prices in their reviews, but they have the local major chain office supply stores beat hands down. The 50 foot roll was half again as much locally. These are the Category 5e cables. They give you a better return feed, which results in better overall performance. So insist on 5e instead of just 5. I initially bought some wall plates from (a nation wide electrical supply store) that were Category 3, then I returned those for the snap in option Category 5. Those were returned also, when I went to (a nation wide building supply center)... (of all places to go networking) and they had the complete Leviton line of 5e accessories. If I had to do it over again, I would still buy the Belkin 50 footers. I don't want to have a 500 foot roll of ethernet cable hanging around. These are tops. Gold plated connectors, Snag free ends, that protect that little lock in tab on the ends. You know the frustration of unsnarling a phone wire, out of a wiring mess, and the little tab bends over backwards, never to work properly again. Well Belkin built twin arches over the sides to prevent just that. Way to go. Highly recommended, good stuff, for a good price.
- I needed this cable after buying a second computer and a router. I only needed a short cable and this 3-footer worked perfectly.
- I bought this cable because the little plastic tabs on my old one broke off. This cable is very sturdy and great for the price.

5 comments about Signature Music Two Section Folding Music Stand with Carry Bag 7121.
- 1"Signature Music 7121 Two Section Folding Music Stand with Carrying Bag"
Very nice stand and very handy. Great service/fast shipping. Exactly what I was searching for! Thanks so much
- We bought this for our 9 year old son for guitar lessons. I wanted something sturdy and convenient to put away when we are done. I love it. My son already can adjust it to fit his height and it is very sturdy. Great buy, especially for the price.
- I found it to be flimsy, fiddly, and awkwardly designed, with a poorly made case that's a little too small. Unless you really need adjustable tilt, the Hamilton folding stand that's been around for 50+ years is far superior, has the same (limited) capacity, and is about the same size and weight.
If compact portability is not a requirement, you really can't beat the non-folding Manhasset MH48 which also has been around forever. Much sturdier, can hold a lot more weight, with a tilting mechanism that is simpler, easier to use, and far stronger.
- I am a beginning violinist and have never owned a music stand. This one looked appealing and cheap and based on the reviews I thought it would be decent.
The first thing I noticed when I set it up is that is that for whatever reason it stood at a slant instead of up straight. I examined it, trying to find the reason why this was, but couldn't see precisely where the problem was; there was some subtle structural problem that prevented it frpm standing up straight. I tried placing it on multiple areas of my floor to see if it was simply uneven floorboards, but that was not the case.
The stand itself was a bit too short; at maximum height I have to look down at where my music is instead of it being eye-level it. I am not an incredibly tall person; I am slightly under 6'0". A few more inches or even a foot would have made this more useful.
The final thing that turned me off is how I broke the botton tightening peg off simply by, well, tightening it. Perhaps this is my fault, but I don't recall using an unreasonable amount of force. I believe that it simply is that the plastic is so cheap that it didn't take much force to break it off. Had I not broken it so soon it probably would have broken within a few months of use.
The stand itself is made out of a metal, but it's not incredibly strong. Just by screwing in pegs you will scrape off the thin, flaky coating of paint. Underneath is paint at certain parts of the stand I found rust.
Overall I am very disappointed and now find the stand practically unusable. In the future I will go to a real store to buy a music stand so I can thoroughly examine its quality before purchasing, or perhaps base a future purchase off of another musician's recommendation.
- I was looking for a good easy to use beginner music stand for a 10-year old. The stand was very easy to assemble and take apart, even my 6-year old could do it. It's hard to beat the price too.

5 comments about Belkin F3H982-25 Pro Series High-Integrity VGA/SVGA Monitor Replacement Cable (25 ft.).
- We needed to move a video projector to the back of the room for a class, and this cable allowed us to have the presentor still at the front controlling his own presentation. Works fine.
- what can i say, i bought this to hook a projector to a laptop on the opposite side of the room and it works flawlessly. its a great quality cable for cheap.
- I purchased this cable to connect my notebook computer in the office to my television in the living room. This cable carries the signal perfectly. I am happy with the quality of the purchase and the price paid.
- Considering the length this cable has worked great. A bit cumbersome for home use, more of a pro situation cable. I absolutely recommend this cable.
- THis cable works great on my 22" rotating HP Display, HPw2207, i setup my laptop on my credenza behind me and the monitor on my desk so all i have visible is the monitor, wireless keyboard and mouse and my Bose speakers, It looks and works great

- Great service. The tapes came days before I expected them. They were just what I wanted. At a good price. Thanks.
- Hey, after reading all the other reviews, I had to get in on the action. Great price, great product!
- good product for the I did not find anything wrong with this tape. I already used 2 of them, and the quality of picture is also good.
- Tapes were shipped immediately after I purchased them. They were packaged very well, and I saw no damaged merchandise. Price per tape is the lowest I've found. Tapes record and playback with no apparent problems.
- Quality of this product has been uniformly positive. Made in Japan, as opposed to outsourced to another country, product is also competitively priced if one is willing to shop around. With free shipping, it's hard to beat when Amazon stocks and ships this product itself.

5 comments about Yamaha PKBB1 Single Braced Adjustable X-Style Keyboard Bench.
- I bought this bench looking for a match for the PKBB1 bench that came with my keyboard. A couple of the amazon reviews said that it was the exact same bench, but it's not. The foam pad on this one is not quite as thick or firm and the heights are slightly different at each adjustment level.
Overall, it is a great bench for the price, but if you are looking for an exact match for the PKBB1, don't get this one.
- It's light, it's portable, it doesn't shake when I sit on it. It's the right height, I don't get a backache. So, all good.
- This item was shipped quickly and is pretty easy to set up. We are delighted with it.
- Excellent value for this bench. Usually retails for about 29.99.Shipment was fast. Seat is quite comfy, cushiony, practical. I'm very pleased with my purchase.
- I have this bench with a Yamaha keyboard and the Yamaha double-x keyboard stand. The bench is small and doesn't take up much space, even folded out, which is great. When folded down, it's a little smaller but thicker than a fold-up chair. It's nicely padded and comfortable. My main complaint is that it only has 3 height settings, and the highest setting isn't high enough for me - I'm about 5'6" and at the highest setting, my elbows bend slightly upward when I'm at the keyboard, which makes it hard to keep straight wrists and curved hands without scrunching my shoulders (which gets uncomfortable and introduces a lot of tenseness in the playing). This bench is adequately stable for an adult who can touch the floor but is not stable enough for a young child who might want to climb or play on it (no way I'd let my 2 1/2 year old, who likes to "play" the keyboard, near this bench by himself). Also, at the highest setting, the legs at the bottom are close together, so the higher you set the bench, the less stable it is.
